Love Saves The Day

When we are out of balance, our bodies try desperately to signal us. We may get aches and pains that we cannot ignore. It’s our body telling us to stop and listen because something is out of balance.

Each item produced in a factory has an MSDS sheet disclosing any hazardous substances in a product and what amount of that substance has been determined to be an acceptable limit. Throughout each day, our bodies come into contact with so many things containing “acceptable amounts” of hazardous substances that a days worth of MSDS sheets would look like a mountain. Separately, most manufactured items are at tolerable limits but cumulatively we are being loaded up with toxins. (See this post on detoxing)

Cultural norms tell us to ignore our bodies and keep working. In fact, all around us are messages telling us not to stray from the path of being good consumers and to trust modern advice. Our bodies have evolved on the Earth, alongside plants and animals forever. We have been using them to bring ourselves back into balance throughout eternity and now fearful messages show up warning us not to trust natural methods. If we hit the pause button for a moment, one has to wonder… where does the path of distraction and consumerism take us and why are we so willing to follow it? Every holiday movie right now is urging us to find the real meaning of the holiday in our hearts, while bombarding us with commercials telling us to buy, buy, buy.

With faith the size of a mustard seed, these mountains will indeed move. In recent posts, we’ve been talking about the sacred pattern of the Flower of Life and how it contains the patterns and flow of all creation. When seeds germinate, including mustard seeds, they burst into life using the Flower of Life pattern. In fact, the DNA double-helix is part of the Flower of Life. The mountain moves because the energy of the mustard seed grows and flows outward via the spiral of the Fibonacci Sequence.

We recently discussed using the Flower of Life when praying for the betterment of someone else, or a situation. Someone may be just opening their eyes and looking around, wondering what the heck the truth is, not knowing where to start finding it and they have no clue whom to trust. When someone’s boat is stuck in the water like that, an ounce of compassion can go a very long way. Be the gift to someone’s parched Soul. Because we have been reminded of the cost of life and stared down the darkness, people’s eyes are opening wide. Their ears are sensitive. Lift them out with care and point them to what really matters. Speak to their Soul. Picture the Flower of Life rubber stamped on all stubborn situations to open them up to start the energy flowing. The word flow is in the Flower of Life because that’s what it does… it gets things moving and creates momentum in sync with Mother Earth’s rhythm. A return to the love of the Mother saves the day.

We’ve been compulsively stuffing things into our mouths and our brains because we are starving for the kind of beauty in life that feeds our Souls. We are craving the love and the hidden virtue that life promises. We yearn to express our Soul’s true essence. To experience the warmth of the Soul-song and be fed with the nourishment that reminds us of our true home, which is heaven. We have been eating the wrong things and stuffing ourselves with the too much because we are impatient to experience the kind of ornate Soul-beauty that we are beginning to remember… and no amount of consumerism is ever going to fill that need. We miss home desperately. We miss who we truly are. The increased Light and higher vibrations are causing us to remember the love, beauty and bliss… which makes us crave it all the more. Our Soul is calling us, and we must listen.

Campfire in the Snow

Frosty breath amid evergreen boughs dumping snow at intermittent intervals. Birds searching and scavenging the last berries. Small animals chitter. The soul-permeating sound dampened quietude that draws us outward. Smokey plumes rising from the campfire tickles our nose. We sit in an insulated wintry kingdom. The fire draws us near. Our thoughts meander through our internal landscape, echoing outward into the pristine undeveloped woodland around us. God’s strong presence soothes us like a whisper. The promise of a night spent softly nestled in Mother Earth’s embrace coccooned upon an insulated pillow of snow, warmed by our light within.

Our world right now can be likened to an austere environment from which we must find the inner light that produces the lens with which we view our outer world. With so much structure of our outer world crumbling away, what is strongly needed is our ability to create that which we DO want in it’s place, and that conception starts with what we desire in our hearts, and it comes into our world through our imagination.

It is the first day of December. The month that marks the transformation from dark to light. That means things will feel differently, as if we’ve been transported to a new land with new experiences. Our job is to anchor them in to our landscape, our life our world. It may feel a bit strange and awkward at first, but, let’s let our imagination take the lead for a bit…

Because of the Light, what if our world transformed into a landscape of intense beauty.

Because of the Light, what if our priorities changed and our compassion ruled the day.

Because of the Light, what if we ALL worked to make sure no being was living in lack, ever again.

Because of the Light, what if our DNA switched on new gifts that made this work simple.

Becuase of the Light, what if we remembered who we are and why we are here.

Because of the Light, what if we had the tremendous urge to inspire eachother to greatness.

Perhaps that is what the gift of rising with the Light is bringing us.

Finding Inner Strength

Fear keeps us in a holding pattern. At a time like this when we need to outgrow old wounds and limitations, fear keeps us circling the airport, when we should be landing to move on to the next stage of our journey. With so much change ahead of us, it is quite understandable that things feel scary. It is fear of what we haven’t experienced yet. In a previous blog post, we discussed making a list of all the reasons that coming to mind, and using the EFT Tapping sequence (see here) to tap out (nullify) each item on the list. That is one way to assuage fears that are hampering our forward momentum, another way is to simply make the choice to drop fears and stand in your courage. By making the choice, we are engaging our conscious awareness in the moment and are making the decision that we are taking action and driving.

This far into a long, complicated process, defeatism is showing up. There comes a time in life when we must dig deep down and find the strength within us that we didn’t realize we had. Can we remember how we did that and pull from that reservoir of strength and wisdom once again? We must stand in our strength, stand in our integrity, and stand in what we know to be truth. Yes, we’ve been running scenarios up the wazoo and speculating til we turned blue. Much of it did not even come close. Why? Because it is God’s plan for our shift and ascension. It will always be a surprise. Yes, study and know the ins and outs of the entire terrain, but, we must be in the moment to be of the utmost effectiveness as conscious co-creators. With sincere willingness to serve, it is our faith, hope and love that keep us steadfast to God’s plan.

We may all have different reasons for which we feel strongly impassioned. A better future for our children, a longer healthier life for our pets, healthier conditions that create longevity for ourselves and our loved ones, better stewardship for our dear Mother Earth, a stronger healed country that shines because it is loved, a happier peaceful world, equality, the end of corruption… We may be standing for different reasons, and that’s okay, as long as we are all standing up and standing together.

So, when you are feeling tired, drained and defeated, get your energy back up, stand up for the reasons that compel you to rise to your feet, and stand in the eye of the storm. Let everything blow about, but stand steady and strong. You will be glad that your did.

Exercise for Inner Strength

  • Imagine yourself standing
  • Look inside yourself and find the spark of God inside.
  • It is at your center right above your belly button.
  • It is God’s spark of life but it is also you.
  • Brighten that light and make it a little bigger.
  • Expand that light until it becomes a vertical lighted column from your pelvis up to your collarbone.
  • Now brighten it and expand it until it fills your entire torso.
  • You are now a luminous lantern.
  • That is your light shining from within.
  • Feel the hum and the tingles in your body.
  • That is your body rebalancing and healing itself.
  • Now expand that light down your legs and out your arms and up to the crown of your head.
  • You should feel a hum or buzzing sensation throughout your entire body. You are now lit!
  • Now raise your vibration by imagining you are stepping up five stair-steps.
  • With each step higher, feel yourself rising up
  • Hold it there at the top as long as possible.
  • Imagine a spiral column of 2 golden brown DNA strands going from your core straight down into the Earth.
  • Now imagine another spiral column going upward from your core to the heavens.
  • You are receiving a loving, nurturing, strength from Mother Earth, the Divine Feminine, and the strong powerful love from God the Father in the heavens.
  • The golden brown energy circulates down and up the spiral and you are anchored in the golden pillars of strength.
  • There is now a vast wellspring of energy available to you, coming directly from the source.
  • Know you are blessed.  Know you are loved.

Staying Above Stressors

Help For The Holidays: I want to re-post this article written in 2017 by my friend Sara, entitled, Doing Grief Differently. It’s helpful to those of us who have lost loved ones and family members get through the holidays. Sara writes about her ongoing relationship with her son, Adam, after his earthly death. Sara runs a group on facebook called Doing Grief Differently with ADam & Sara discussing many of the topics we cover here. Sara does private coaching by appointment, her website is: https://www.sarakujawa.com/

Blogpost by Sara Kujawa on thriving during the holidays when we’ve lost loved ones.

Woodpecker Tree

What do we do when life throws us curveballs? We keep pecking away at life and stay as grounded in our highest vibrational light as we possibly can. We’ve all had unexpected twists and turns that have knocked our faith. Yet there were times that we were able to keep it in proper perspective and not lose momentum. Can we remember how we did that and pull from that reservoir of strength and wisdom once again?

Yes, things in the world are quite uncertain right now. Stress and worry are all too abundant. These are times that test men and women’s souls. If we realize that, we can apply measures to insure that we look at things with a steady eye and stand firmly on the rock that is our faith.

Going back to my previous post on anxiety, I can suggest a few natural aids to assist in staying steady.

Herbal: Ashwagandha, Chamomile, Gotu Kola, Lemon Balm, and St John’s Wort

Bach Flowers: Aspen, Red Chestnut, Rescue Remedy, Rock Rose and White Chestnut

Homeopathic: Aconitum Napellis, Arsenicum Album, Argentum Nitricum, Kalium Phosphoricum and Gelsemium Sempervirens

Finding the light inside of us and expanding it so that we shine more brightly, feeling the pulsating rhythm of our own energy is comforting and keeps our vibration healthy. When we stay above worry and do not fall into fear, we can navigate life with a calm, steady demeanor. Finding our I AM consciousness right inside us and knowing that we are not alone as we go through these times can be of comfort. Knowing that we have a team of guides, ancestors and Angels around us at all times, who love us and are here to help, allows us to keep moving forward through life with steady steps.

I was reminded this morning to tell everyone that it is okay to do the holidays differently this year. Not sure if there is a specific reason for that, but especially with all the stressors on families the last few years, we may not always see eye to eye but still want to share family holiday time. It’s okay to do things a little differently this year. Why not start the family get-together this year with a group toast with this calming tea.

Lemon Lavender Holiday Stress Busting Tea

5 Slices Lemon

Lemon Balm leaves

Freshly Grated Ginger

4 Teaspoons Honey

Lavender

4 Cups Boiling Water

Let steep, strain into teacups or mugs and share with family to start the holidays off in a non-stressful way.

I am reminded to convey that this is a time when we might feel out of sorts because our mind and our soul may not be on the same page (see my earlier blogpost here.) Things may look bleak and alarming in our world at the moment, but our soul knows that God has a plan. Let us stay as positive and strong as possible while remaining prepared. We have God inside of us and the ability to co-create, so let’s envision the best future for a peaceful, loving, healthy, abundant world. Meditate on things the make you happy to keep that flavor of emotion at the forefront. To manifest the best possible future, we should keep the feeling we want in our destiny, in our NOW moment. Then we draw that future toward us like magnets.

One day man will realize that his own I AM-ness is the God he has been seeking throughout the ages, and that his own sense of awareness- his consciousness of being- is the one and only reality.

Neville Goddard, Freedom For All

Each of us, as the I AM presence is a powerful creator in our own right, and many of us together are a force to be reckoned with. As we shine our Light out into the night. The darkness has nowhere to run. There is way more light on the planet right now than ever before. We are bathing in unconditional love. Look at how far we have come. There are no limits to our soul’s love. Let’s go beyond the limitations of worry. Be the change you wish to see in the world. Our life experiences have led us to this NOW moment. Let them be the catalyst that leads us to joy and freedom.

Integrity

Since yesterday was a day of elections, and evidence of tampering is already coming forward, so it makes me want to pose the question… if one’s candidate was declared winner, and evidence was brought out that cheating was involved, how would one go about doing something about it and would each citizen even choose to stand up for making corrections?

I’m not sure I want to know the answer, but I may find much more serious questions looming on our horizon beyond these problematic US election systems, and they are big, like whole world big. As it becomes clearer to each of us that our old systems are no longer functioning, numerous signs (physical and esoteric) are pointing to the arrival of big changes, I think our polarized political leanings will become less and less important in the face of more pressing issues, presenting us with some sobering common ground. We are all going to need to summon courage from deep down and muster the grit to do what needs to be done when it comes time to rebuild… and we’re going to need to work together.

For now, we are in an incredibly blessed by the birth of a new era. As I sipped my coffee in the chilly morning AM, bathed in moonglow from yesterday’s blood moon, I was told that benevolence is right at the door. Our aim is to get to a place where we are loving life again, with a reverence for all things. This is our direction. Do not lose hope, faith remaining strong. We’ve just been through a reset, helping us release outgrown choices and desires that cleans up room for a whole new US to come in. The change is happening to us because we are changing within us. Stay in a place of love and truth. I am feeling new tools rising within us. Things in our lives are lining up and watch for synchronicities. Expect destiny to suddenly shift in your favor.

Revelation 18: John saw another angel come down from Heaven and it had great power. This angel lightens the earth with his glory and shouted mightily. He shouted declaring that Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen.

Synchronicities

Look at how far we have come. Whichever side of the aisle we are on, we’ve been educating ourselves concerning our country and talking to eachother about our concerns. Not just complaining about our government as what used to be the case. We are so much more sophisticated in our thinking and discernment. We are connecting dots with ease. Instead of sitting back and complaining, we now know our stuff and are speaking out about it. Our noise has become a roar… and not a dull one either.

Something feels new in our world and not an insignificant something. Change that feels to me like an overlay that manages our world with an unmistakable newness. No matter what it is, we each will stay strong in ourselves, standing firmly on the rock.

I am being told to pay attention to synchronicities and coincidences. To allow them in our lives and be willing to participate in them for someone else… to be the Angel that shows up just in the nick of time. But it’s also how spirit talks to us in our lives. A synchronicity can be so blatant as to catch our attention informing us that, a) there is a lesson to be learned here, or b) something significant is about to happen so pay attention. Have gratitude for them. The more we acknowledge our interaction with our helper family in the quantum, the more it will happen for us, something very worth cultivating. Life is becoming much more robust. Instead of life happening to us, we are happening to life!

I am so grateful to everyone in my life now and everyone who has been in my life leading up to this NOW moment.

Be the change. Believe.

Putting a lemon wedge or splash of lemon juice in your water is a great way to break up congestion and cleanse liver and kidneys. Even though it’s fall, there’s still some lavender around and if you’re lucky enough to have some dried, you can try this recipe from Taste of Home for Lavender Lemonade.

  • 6 to 7 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 6 large lemons)
  • 2 tablespoons dried lavender flowers
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  1. Bring 2 cups water and sugar to a boil. Remove from the heat; add lavender. Cover and let stand for 2-4 hours.
  2. Strain, discarding lavender. Stir in lemon juice, vanilla and remaining water. Chill; serve over ice.

Remember Back

“Remember back” were the words I heard as I warmed my fingertips on my coffee cup this morning. Curious what today’s lesson entailed, I probed. I was shown how we are behaving under the amount of pressure in our world right now, contrasted with the highest and best that our experience could be. Yesterday’s lesson was about birthing new projects with the greatest love and care, and today’s is about heightening the quality of what we do by pulling forward our most precious of experiences that being alive on this Earth gives us. When we carry the value and appreciation for the simple pleasures of being alive, the ones that are special only to us, everything we do is enhanced because we have engaged the caring of our Soul.

The game of the dark was to entice us away from who we really are, by throwing things into our world that made us worry, fret, suffer and generally distract us away from our truth. Well, in the quality of Light in which we are now immersed, that ends. When we connect inward to our true self we are able to operate on a cleaner, clearer channel with less friction and noise. We are fast becoming clean and clear. With enough of our true essence on board, and the veil thinning, we can reach right through and grab the knowledge and skills that are our very own. We can speak Soul to Soul. We don’t just exist, we live. Keep tipping the scales into the positive. Don’t just wait for things to happen. Keep going forward. Keep fighting for life.

Create a list of those things you love doing to remind you of who you really are. Revisit them often. Carry them in your heart as you go about your day to day life. This is why we are here. Believe. The intensity of feelings help speed our creations. To help you get an idea of what I’m talking about….

The smell of newly fallen snow bestowing the world with a blanket of icy, downy, powdery fluff adorning every fence and tree. How enchanting the world feels with the crunch of every footstep as we trod our way through a new white crystal land.

The sights and smells of early spring. What is more lovely than walking under a shower of pink petals from the blossoms of happy trees just emerging from their winter slumber. A scented warm breeze kisses our cheeks and tousles our hair.

The sound of crumpled leaves as we walk down an autumn lane with our special someone. God’s masterpiece painted on Mother Earth’s canvas and we get to play in it. Geese fly overhead, practicing for their big trek south whence comes the cold. It’s harvest time and that means hot cider and spiced pumpkin bread.

Lazy summer afternoons with a few free hours to kill. Heading off for some fishing. Hearing the plunk as we cast out into the clear, cool water. Watching dragonflies dance and race. That thrill when we’ve got one on the line and we commence the work to pull it in and see how big it is. Finally pulling off our shoes and sticking our hot feet in the water before we head home.

“The difference between the almost right word and the right word is really a large matter. ’tis the difference between the lightning bug and the lightning.”
― Mark Twain, The Wit and Wisdom of Mark Twain

Adaptation

Do you know how hard it is to hold your vibration high in the midst of everything looking dark? Very. But you are doing it, aren’t you?

Honestly, I think we get to a point where we just get so tired of fighting all the hopelessness around us, and then we look at ourselves one day and wonder… where did the fight in us go? The part of us that fought to keep sight of who we are and hold that dear and not let anything quench the Light inside. So what does it feel like to lose the battle against hopelessness? It feels like a downward slide.

In order to sustain ourselves, we’re going to have to fight for our lives back.

How? Along with creating in the NOW, as we’ve been discussing, we’re going to have to reclaim golden pieces of ourselves that have been lost in the struggle. What did you used to do in your life that made you happy that you’d like to reclaim as a statement that you are whole again? Painting? Woodworking? Riding a bike? Singing and dancing? Rebuilding cars? Racing them? Roller skating? Something that would remind you that you are… you again. In this way, you are fending off the darkness by raising up the true you. You aren’t buying into dark illusions that make promises that never deliver. You are being the conscious creator of your life and you tell everyone and everything trying to take a piece out of you– not today!

Adaptation is not just a survival skill, it is also a method of attaining forward momentum. An example in nature is trees. Their seeds drop and they are bound to the environment of that spot unless a bird or an animal or the wind carries it off to a new area. From the moment they begin to sprout, their journey of adaptation to those particular surroundings begins.

What am I saying? Not only are you going to have to reclaim the real authentic you again, but you are going to push forward and your main tool will be adaptation. These are challenging times, and fair warning, change is coming. Time to hone your tools that help you cope and adapt. If you can jump hurdles and rise above what comes and not let anything pull you down, you will experience more freedom and joy. Give up and let the wave take you under and it won’t be pleasant. I can’t say it more plainly than that. It’s becoming that clear. You can do it and here are some tools to fight forward through adaptation:

1. Remember your vitality– Remember a time when you were strong and vital. What did you love doing? Now do something that reminds you of that time. Those who have the tool of being able to pull from the skillset you have built throughout your whole life gain rapid momentum.

2. Switch to a new perspective– Seeing your situation from more than one vantage point gives you the advantage of clarity and the ability to be flexible. Those with the tool of being able to see things from all sides can sidestep pitfalls more easily.

3. Just move– When we don’t know what is happening and it seems hardest to move forward, or even to move at all, put one foot in front of the other. Those with the tool of being able to take the first step into unknown territory despite anything holding them back. Just breathe and move forward.

4. Summon Strength– By taking a deep breath and pulling strength from somewhere deep within we can turn the tide in our favor. Those with the tool of strength in their toolbox can simply stand firm and outlast anything.

5. Intuition– By being able to listen to our gut, our inner-knowing, we can navigate tricky times with more confidence. Those with intuition-gps in their toolbox, can bob and weave the unexpected more efficiently.

6. Forgiveness and Grace- Forgive others but most of all forgive yourself. Grace is when we invite God’s benevolence into the situation to flood everything with Light and healing. Those with the tools of Forgiveness and the ability to call-in Grace can move forward with a clearer conscience, unburdened by the weight of unresolved things.

7. Find a sense of wonder– Life may have kicked our butt more than we care to admit but there are still things in life that are mysterious and magical. Those with wonderment in their toolbox can adapt more easily because it is a key that opens doors in almost all areas of life.

Shine Forth

All the work we’ve done. How far we’ve come. How much we’ve grown. The vibrations we’ve cultivated have become refined. The human family is being activated and illuminated from within. Extremes in our thinking are beginning to come closer toward one another as we discover the things we hold most dear really aren’t that dissimilar. That unlocks doors that were once inaccessible. We’ve been empowered to create beyond previous limits. We’ve been entrusted with the responsibility to tool our reality for the betterment of us as well as others on God’s behalf. Shine forth.

And now for some cozy autumn snuggle time…

Wonderment

Unsatisfied with things as they are, we are reclaiming our journey with the Earth. To take up the reins and steer a course forward into the mysterious and the magical.

“Some day you will be old enough to start reading fairy tales again.”
― C.S. Lewis

Wonderment opens doors and deepens experiences. It enriches our day to day adventures, coloring our landscape and nourishing our spirit, making us feel like winking at eachother again.

Our human family is going through a growth spurt. We are maturing fast. Growth spurts typically aren’t very pleasant, and near the end we realize that our pants no longer fit.

“Even darkness must pass a new day will come and when the sun shines it will shine out the clearer.”
― J.R.R Tolkein

Barely resembling our old selves, our compass has been set on true north, living as our true selves, the eternal being that we are, creating in the eternal now.

“Hope is the thing with feathers
That perches in the soul
And sings the tune without the words
And never stops at all.”
― Emily Dickinson
