Week 78 of the Trump 2.0 Administration

This is a wrap-up of Week 78 of President Trump’s second term in office. Election integrity took center stage this week, as President Trump delivered a powerful primetime address to the nation, exposing China’s interference in our elections and urging immediate action to secure our democracy, explaining how election integrity is a vital matter of national security, and outlining bold, proactive steps to secure our elections and safeguard the future of our republic.

A bilateral meeting occurred at the White House with the recently elected Prime Minister of Iraq, Ali al-Zaidi who was sworn in last May. He also visited with SecWar Hegseth at the Pentagon. They discussed economic cooperation, investment, countering Iran’s influence, and strengthening U.S.-Iraq ties. Also at the White House this week was an Indy Car Pit Crew demonstrating a rapid-fire pit stop for the America’s Freedom 250 Grand Prix which will be screaming down Pennsylvania Avenue August 21-23, 2026.

President Trump signed two Executive Orders protecting two of America’s National Monuments in Utah. Despite the war’s volatile effect on the markets, the economy continued to turn out strong growth numbers, with the CPI comin in 4x less than economists predicted. Trump accounts continue to bring happy smiles to happy young faces, and to commemorate America’s 250th Birthday year, President Trump’s face will adorn a new $1 gold coin along with his signature being added to all paper currency. Treasury Secretary Bessent announced that all of America’s Ft. Knox gold is present and accounted for, and The U.S. and the UK announced a joint plan to establish cross-border rules for tokenized assets and stablecoins.

The war on fraud just keeps intensifying with new types of fraud being announced every day. Obamacare fraud has been discovered, giving unauthorized access to approx 160,000 accounts for an estimated total of $27 Billion. Trade and customs fraud is over $1 Billion so far and and there will be a Netflix documentary on the war on fraud featuring Dr. Oz, coming very soon. The tremendous scope and scale of fraud coming into focus is fast becoming unbelievable, but America is that important, so we have to keep focused and keep working. The State Department declared war on domestic leftist terroristic violence this week at the Ministerial to Combat the Resurgence of Political Terrorism, hosted by Marco Rubio. ICE was involved in two defensive shootings again which sparked talk of discontinuing traffic stops, but President Trump intervened saying that “Radical Left Dumocrats would like to see this done, but it won’t happen on my watch. I.C.E., be judicious, fair and smart, and go back and do your very important job. Keep those Crime Stat Records coming! Remember you are loved and respected in America. Thank you for your attention to this matter! President Donald J. Trump”

More talk of Communism elements in our government commenced, saying that the barbarians are at the gate, calling for us to fight to uphold freedom, liberty and democracy. As America said goodbye to Senator Lindsey Graham, his sister was sworn in to carry on his work. Our beautiful FLOTUS is working to end the Orphan Tax, an old controversial practice where some states seize Social Security survivor benefits (monthly payments for children who lost a parent) from foster youth and use them to offset the cost of foster care, rather than saving the money for the child’s future.

America is taking an important proactive approach to improve the integrity of our elections and to stop the cheating and election fraud that has been a threat to our National Security. The war on fraud is important enough to stay focused and vigilant to see this through so that America can be the shining beacon on the hill that she was always meant to be. If states are not willing to address system vulnerabilities, then voters must question them why. It is not that difficult for them to do it. It is not a partisan issue. All states will be supported but states must do their part to secure our election system, and DHS stands by to help.
Illegals, or those voting illegally must turn themselves in, or they will be hunted down and held accountable.
States that will not cooperate, will then draw an investigation into the election officials to be held accountable.
Everybody that purposely misled the American people abusing their power and their authority will be held accountable.

07132026 Executive Orders Protecting Antiquities: Bears Ears and Grand Staircase National Monuments in Utah

President Trump signed two proclamations (under the Antiquities Act) on July 13, 2026, modifying the Bears Ears and Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monuments in Utah. These actions reduce the monuments by a combined nearly 3 million acres—shrinking Grand Staircase-Escalante from about 1.87–1.9 million acres to roughly 181,500 acres and Bears Ears from about 1.35 million acres to around 121,100 acres (roughly 90% reductions each)—to focus protection on specific historic and scientific sites while opening surrounding lands to multiple-use management like grazing, mining, and recreation.

The December 2025 GAO report (GAO-26-108742) revealing persistent fraud risks in ACA marketplace Obamacare subsidies, including weak identity verification that allowed fake SSNs, fictitious applicants, and deceased individuals to receive advance premium tax credits. Unauthorized access to around 160,000 accounts and cite estimates of up to $27 billion in improper payments tied to improper enrollments, based on analyses from Paragon Health Institute and congressional reviews. What is happening? The SAVE America Act is being attached to HR 8595 (the National Security, Department of State, and Related Programs Appropriations Act, 2027, must-pass legislation) through provisions in H.Res. 1423, which is a standalone veterans’ education benefits bill. Republicans used the rule to add the SAVE America Act text during engrossment of a related appropriations package, and the House passed the combined measure. H.R. 8595 was part of a larger rules package involving H.R. 8800, and the SAVE America Act was inserted into the engrossment of H.R. 8800 to combine it with appropriations priorities. This is a common tactic to advance policy riders on funding bills. H.R. 8800 (the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2027) passed the House and advances to the House Armed Services Committee and the full House (under a structured rule that also handled related bills like H.R. 8595) before it passes to the Senate.
