Blessings on this Spring Equinox! Crafting this morning’s prayer was especially powerful. There is a healing in it for you if you so choose to allow it to occur. Just quietly set that intention while reading the prayer. I had a flash of light next to my right as I wrote it, that is the healing that came in for you. <3
Love to everyone today! Know you are cherished and appreciated. 🙏✨💫
Father,
As the Light enters into another day, we strive to recognize the forms of yesterday that have already been transformed into wisdom. Because we have learned to love and accept ourselves just as you do, it becomes wisdom. Bless us today, Father, and all those around us. We know you accept us as whole and beautiful and completely loved in every way. Shine your Light upon us and our world, Father, and we will take it in and allow it to work miracles, ever reminded to nurture ourselves as the precious soul that we are in your eyes. We forgive and accept who we are so that we can just “be” in the greater “becoming.” As we are told in 1Peter, “Finally, all of you, be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another, be compassionate and humble.”
We know our world is changing, it can be scary at times, but let us remain in the gladness that your hand is at work making our world ready for renewal. We will remain fruitful amidst the chaos, Father, because we know in our hearts that a greater force than us is at work, and we know your love for us is behind it. Allow us to be utterly and completely filled with your Light so much, that it spills over into our world and flows to one another. Let that light work in our bodies and our lives, so that everything becomes balanced, optimized and renewed. Let this transformation occur with your full blessing Father, and allow it to be self-sustainable in all possible ways.
In this swirling, confusing world, we remain in the faith that “Everything is possible for one who believes.” (Mark) and so, we accept and bless this personal restorative gift from you, Father, in gratitude to you and the Angels who so lovingly bestow upon us. We know it will be so, because we know that with you, all things are possible.
I’ve been reading about 5th Generation Warfare, or 5GW lately. It’s a topic of interest because it seems like something that is taking place in our world now. The book that I’m reading talks about an “unseen hand” controlling the populace by making small, controlled groups look like the majority by suppressing the speech of the real majority. Shadow-banning, deplatforming, canceling and bot attacks. People are also controlled by confirmation bias leading them to believe that their beliefs are the only beliefs that matter. Then they weaponize the battlespace of the mind by making topics relevant that will polarize groups. One group will have the righteous position and the other is seen as illegitimate or unrighteous. Methods used are:
-Discreetly manipulate minority group making them vocal and thinking they are the majority.
-Leverage messaging to develop an in-group/our-group dynamic.
-Keep influencing both groups and encourage demonization of the other group’s viewpoints.
This is then psyopped by reinforcing the in-group’s values and motivations through artificial news reports and social media sharing. The in-group’s feedback loop is therefore an echo-chamber of their own thinking, which messes up decision making because there is no outside-the-box thinking. The other group, the out-group, gets a feedback loop that is filled with doubt. The out-group is silenced in secret and publicly demonized to try to keep them from mobilizing as the majority they are.
In a 5GW Psyop campaign, everything is weaponized until something better can be weaponized. It is non-kinetic, irregular hybrid warfare, however, it can have kinetic effects inducing groups to riot. We can undercut this weaponization by protecting our minds. We protect our minds by controlling our emotions. I think it’s important to state here, not to suppress emotions, but to be in control of them, to regulate them. How do we do that?
1. When we feel ourselves getting triggered, before letting it affect our thinking, we can ask ourselves some questions.
What am I feeling right now?
What happened to make me feel this way?
Does the situation have a different explanation that might make sense?
What do I want to do about these feelings?
Is there a better way of coping with them?
2. Keep a daily journal and write about the mood we are in. This helps to bring our moods and emotions into conscious awareness so that we can regulate it.
3. Breathe. Try this:
Take a deep breath
Hold it for a count of 5
Release
4. Use a Mantra- Something like: I am calm, I am relaxed, I am strong yet flexible.
5. Express or release your emotions in a safe and controlled way. Being mindful of your surroundings and the situation can help you learn when it’s OK to let feelings out and when you might want to sit with them for the moment.
6. Use Stress Management Techniques- Exercise, take a walk outside, meditation, massage, work on a hobby.
One of the chapters in the book I’m reading is entitled, The Flies Must Conquer the Flypaper, it’s telling us to manage our own psychological susceptibilities that make us vulnerable to unseen manipulation. Instead of automatically accepting what is given to us, I think that takes raising the level of mindfulness to consciously consider what is really being given and do we really want it. On the 5GW battlefield, techniques used to manipulate people are:
-the use of stereotypes in wording in order to elicit an emotional response.
-loaded language and/or selective information.
-wording with negative connotations and being vague.
All this is designed to bring up an emotional response. If we recognize that this is happening, we can disconnect our emotions on our end, and stop ourselves before becoming emotionally invested. When we get emotionally invested, then polarized thinking takes hold of our psyche. If we can stop it before that happens, then we are conquering the flypaper.
Developing a mental toughness is a necessity. We maintain control of our lives by thoroughly researching something before making a decision from a) people you know who are sensible, b) public libraries and c) internet (watching out for manipulation.) But the best way to stop emotional investment and short-circuit polarized thinking is through the use of critical thinking.
The use of critical thinking involves:
Drawing knowledge from experience in conjunction with the application of logic and reasoning
It involves examining beliefs or any form of knowledge in light of any evidence that supports any conclusions drawn
Recognizing problems and finding workable solutions
Comprehending information and interpreting data with clarity and accuracy
To evaluate arguments and test conclusions and generalizations
To be able to reconstruct one’s beliefs based on a wider range of experience
To make accurate judgments about specific things and qualities in everyday life
Critical thinking is self-directive, self-corrective. It works in the gray area of a subject rather than the black and white dichotomy of polarized thinking. By using facts and data, logic and reason, emotions remain in a healthy place and do not affect our ability to consider the whole picture from all angles. 5th Generation Warfare (5GW) uses the narrative as the weapon, in the battlefield of our minds, trying to control how we see, think and feel in order for us to give over our trust and not think for ourselves.
As we step forward into a new day, we realize it is because of you that we have this opportunity to make a difference. It may have been the most difficult of journeys, watching others fall along the way, but we are reminded in Proverbs to “Give careful thought to the paths for your feet and be steadfast in all your ways,” and we will.
We thank you Father, for this opportunity to stand together against the darkness, to leave our mark on our world as we carve it and shape it in the name of your love. Galatians reminds us “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” And we will not give up.
Though the path be difficult, “I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us” (Romans) We will press onward as a testament to the resiliency of the human spirit in service to you, Father.
Let it be so.
So be it. Amen
When the whole world is running towards a cliff, he who is running in the opposite direction appears to have lost his mind.
CS Lewis, Author
Every spiritual advance that we make is preceded by a fall of some kind. It is when we are at some type of lowpoint in our life that we generate a type of energy that propels us upward and outward. All the illusions of the old systems that we thought were our world are self-destructing in front of our eyes. It’s like God is pulling the tablecloth revealing what isn’t real in our world. That can throw some into a cognitive dissonance decline and depression. The tendency is to curl up in a ball. Why am I being so morose? Because we must press onward. We cannot stop and become stagnant. We must be resilient.
Resiliency comes in many forms. It is the bounce that we make after a sweeping away of something that no longer belonged in our world. Dr. Wayne Dyer told us, “The idea that the way you were going to come out of this crisis is by just getting more credit or just spending, spending, spending. There’s really no such thing as an economy. You can’t find an economy any more than you can find strep. It’s so intertwined with every single thing that we do. So, this entire economy idea that we’re all in the sheer state of collapse because of some terrible thing that’s happening in an economy is the stuff that everybody is buying into and being afraid of. I think it’s a cleansing process. I think we’re cleaning out some of the sediment. Forest fires do that. Tsunamis do that. Nature does that. All those bad loans and bad stuff, there is something positive about it.”
M-W give the definition of resiliency as:
The ability of something to return to its original size and shape after being compressed or deformed
An ability to recover from or adjust easily to adversity or change : RESILIENCE
As we embrace the all important ability to overcome challenges and face life’s inevitable difficulties, we develop the ability to bounce back. We can move forward as if our life has been strengthened as stronger, smarter human beings with more self-esteem than we imagined. Seeing ourselves as survivors and being emotionally grounded with a sense of fortitude is an attribute of resilience. It requires a sense of compassion for oneself, and a centeredness that can adapt to circumstances as they come, utilizing self-assessment and problem-solving skills.
If I could offer one key to resilience, it would be to always, always, always choose the positive viewpoint. Yes we can look at what is dark, but from a position of staying in the light. Almost like we are grounded on solid rock in a heavy storm. If we determine ourselves to elicit the emotional intelligence to manage our emotions, we can always gain ground even if we get blown off course.
Being resilient offers benefit not only in the short term, but we will be better off in the long run. Life does throw setbacks our way. It is how we choose to deal with those changes that determines whether we lose ground or not. Are we using unhealthy coping mechanisms? If so, can we change that? It would make a big difference in our lives and we would be freed up to move forward with passion. Pretty soon we are tackling problems head-on and pulling up the strength to overcome adversity and move on with our lives to make them even better.
It can be very hard to be patient. Though we go through painful life lessons to achieve it, our minds can still chatter about and take us off course. How to keep on our path when our feet begin to falter and our mind jumps ahead of ourselves. We can all feel change occurring. Inside, outside, all around us and underneath our feet. It may leave us feeling flummoxed, or we may be seeing stars and taking in life in bliss-filled gulps of air. Whatever the case, life has taken on a different feel and is throwing new kinds of challenges our way. What can we do when we are struggling, know someone who is having difficulty and nothing is working?
Realize how strong you are. You’ve built strength and gotten over bumps in the road because of what you’ve been through. Those tough times in the past did not take you down completely. They made you strong.
Put one foot in front of the other. If we feel stuck in indecision, just moving forward can get us unstuck.
Point our compass toward the change we want to see in the world and BE that change. Become the change and everything sorts to align with that change.
Confront small fears every day. If we can overcome at least one tiny fear, the larger fears will become less fearful.
Divine Love drives out fear. Connecting with the love of God within ourselves raises us above fear and fills us with possibility.
Do the things that stoke a passionate fire inside. Be creative. Do something you always loved doing or find something new that sparks your interest. Light your interest on fire and move forward with purpose.
Calling on patience to set our pace allows us to operate in this new world at a comfortable pace, while giving us the flexibility to power up and slow it down as needed. We are in the driver’s seat.
When we feel something big coming, we can feel impatient and lose our footing. Staying grounded and focused and moving forward is key right now. Breathe. Keep ‘er steady. Keep moving forward, one foot after the other.
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.” – Galatians 6:9
“Courage is not simply one of the virtues but the form of every virtue at the testing point, which means at the point of highest reality. ”
― CS Lewis
Courage resides in each of us. There comes a time in eveyone’s life when we reach our testing point. Doing good in the world is something we earnestly try to achieve. In times of pressure, we are tested. If we can continue to be merciful and kind when it is hardest, that is when our courage is visible. By standing for what we truly believe, we pull out everything we have and knowing that our strength will carry us through, we will achieve greatness together.
I know it seems we will never make progress, and life just seems to keep smacking us around. I promise you that you can do this, that you were born to be here now and that you have it within you to rise to whatever challenge is set before you and shine brightly. What does it mean to shine brightly?
~Don’t take the bait. Resist the thing.
~Stand in your strength; stand up for truth.
~Choosing to align with Love (See Affirmation)
~Letting that which no longer serves us to drop away.
~Unconditional Love transcends all
~Kindness and compassion
~Mindful awareness, patience, faith and hope
Affirmation
I align with love.
I align my path with my highest destiny.
I align with the North Star.
“Courage is not the absence of fear. Only fools have no fear. Rather, courage is the intellectual mastery of fear by understanding the true risks and opportunities of the situation and keeping those things in balance”
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT) identifies distorted patterns of thinking, emotional response, inappropriate behavior and substituting them with more objective, realistic thoughts and coping skills. It can address challenges such as:
Anxiety
Mood Disorders
Eating Disorders
Schizophrenia
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
Social Anxiety Disorder
Panic Disorder
Generalized Anxiety
Specific Phobia
OCD
Dysthymia
Substance Abuse
ADHD
Stress
Relationship Difficulties
Anger
CBT Steps:
Identifying Negative Thoughts- To learn what thoughts, feelings and situations are contributing to maladaptive behaviors. It can be difficult for people who have trouble with self assessment and insights into what their negative self limiting thoughts.
Practicing New Skills- In Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, people are taught new skills to use in real life situations to improve experiences and demonstrate empowerment in a situation. To practice coping skills and rehearse ways to avoid or deal with social situations that could trigger a reaction.
Setting New Goals- Goal setting can be an important step to establish forward momentum and to use newly polished interpersonal and coping skills. A CBT therapist can help set SMART goals (specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-based) with a focus on the process of attaining the goal.
Problem Solving- Learning problem-solving skills during CBT helps to identify and work to solve a problem resulting from life stressors. Being adept at solving problems can reduce harmful impact of psychological and physical illness. Problem Solving steps are:
Identify the problem
Generate a list of potential solutions
Evaluate the pros and cons of each possible solution
Choose a solution
Follow through with the solution
Self-Monitoring- Tracking behaviors, symptoms, or experiences over time and sharing them with someone to whom you are being accountable.
Other CBT Techniques- Journaling, role-playing, relaxation strategies and using mental distractions.
Benefits of CBT:
Healthier thought patterns
Potential short-term improvements
Effective for a wide variety of problems
Online or face to face
Doesn’t require medication
Challenges to CBT
Change can be difficult and uncomfortable while going through it. CBT is very structured and some people may not do well in heavily structured programs. For CBT to be effective, it will take an investment of time and effort on the patient’s part. A willingness to put out the effort and to be honest in the analyzation of ones thoughts and feelings. Progress can be gradual, and may not be for someone wanting immediate results. Change takes time.
Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT)
TF-CBT is a treatment approach in helping mostly children and adolescents process and overcome their experiences of trauma. One of the ways a trauma survivor heals is to help them normalize their responses. TF-CBT can give them new skills to manage their feelings while educating them why they respond the way they do around the traumatic memories. By understanding the effects of trauma, they are better equipped to cope and find practical solutions. When someone with PTSD feels stuck in some of their thoughts because of the trauma they underwent TF-CBT can assist a person to recognize false beliefs they hold because of the trauma and to correct unhealthy behavior patterns that allows forward growth and momentum. It helps them develop new ways to cope, through self care, self healing and choosing emotional expression in healthy ways. In TF-CBT, parents and caregivers can also be involved in the therapy. This supports parents in building skills related to better parenting, improving communication, and managing any distress about the child’s trauma, all of which help the child feel more supported. The child is able to disconnect the memories and thoughts of the traumatic experience with the overwhelming emotions which arise by association.
Summing Up
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT can be an effective way to correct unhealthy habits and emotional responses and inappropriate behaviors. The changeover to productive empowered living involves practicing new skills, setting new goals and learning problem solving techniques. Progress is tracked using self monitoring and measurable results. Trauma Focused CBT or TF-CBT is mostly used for children and teenagers who have experienced one trauma event or repeated abuse. It has been successful in helping the young person disconnect their thoughts and emotions from the trauma event.
Through the course of the day we run into many people complaining about the government and how things are run. Luckily there is a system for us to take our thoughts and opinions to people who will do something about it and it is to call our representatives. Yeah I know, what’s the use, you might say, they will just give lip service and forget about me. The truth is they work for us, let’s make them earn their salaries that come from our paychecks and keep the pressure on them to be more productive on our behalf. This is guide to help get your comfortable and up to speed.
Preparation Tips
Keep it concise- Keep the message simple and concise. A good model to follow is: State the issue, support with facts and then state your goal, such as asking the legislator’s support for a bill.
Stay on Topic- Keep to one issue in each call. If you want to discuss other matters, call back another time. A well-organized and understandable comment means it will be more accurately passed along.
Landing your message- A personal touch makes all the difference. Don’t be afraid to say something positive, it might help your message get through. Think of it as putting a little bit of yourself out there to carry the message to target. Keep it relevant but as authentic as possible.
Provide your information- If you are a constituent of that Member’s district, you will probably be asked to give your name and address so that you can receive a response letter or email.
Your comment becomes part of the public record– Be aware that the letter you send is not private. All correspondence to congressional representatives goes into their constituent-management system, where it is made public record.
Your tone matters- When making your call, be calm and polite. Staffers deal with daily calls with people ranting. They will tune out any callers who yell or use insults and obscenities. Comments of callers who are rude or disrespectful are often thrown in the trash, if they are even written down at all. You want your message to be heard so be respectful and your message will be respected. Avoid emotional arguments, personal attacks, threats of political influence or demands. Thank the staffer for taking your call and let him or her know how you will follow up.
Following up- Decide beforehand how you will follow up. Do you want a phonecall, letter, email in return? Will you call again to follow-up? Tell your representative how you will follow up and have them to agree to getting answers for you by then.
Calling outside your district– Don’t be afraid to call a member of Congressional Leadership, such as the Speaker of the House or Senate Majority Leader, OR a Member of Congress on a certain committee or who has influence over a certain policy matter. However, keep in mind that if you are not a constituent of that Member’s district, the person answering your call may refuse to take your comment. You may then ask them to forward you to your Congressman’s office.
Ways to Contact
Phonecall- When it comes to taking action, the power of a phone call is stronger than that of text, email, Facebook post, or a tweet. Most of the time, the intern will simply log your call into a spreadsheet and a high-level staff will generate a weekly report that contains data such as the number of phone calls, the subject of the calls, and the constituents’ opinions. Instead of calling a Washington office, call your representative’s local district offices. They usually have more staff who can entertain constituents’ calls.
Video or Podcast- Consider making a video or podcast and tagging your representative to get your message across.
Twitter- Tweets are more instantaneous and let senators and congressmen know what constituents are interested in. Social media is effective though when the people are showing a trend in their opinions, then their voices can carry weight.
Emails- Emails are not the most effective means to get a message through. Due to sheer volume of emails, they get grouped together by an algorithm and put into a report.
Letter- Sending a letter to a representative’s local district office is better than sending an email, but not as effective as a phonecall.
Meeting in person- Go to their office with or without making an appointment. You may meet with a staffer, but you will make an impression and will be remembered in your follow-up. Persistence pays off.
How to Call
So, I like to learn a little about the issue so I am acquainted with the overall picture. I take notes on facts. Then, I take a few quiet moments and think about the issue, and then relate it to myself. How does it make me feel? I write that down. For example, that makes me really angry/sad/furious/exhausted/poor/sick/etc…then focus that energy to coming up with 1-3 points to discuss. Then I try to come up with some questions around those so that I sound like I know what I’m talking about and can have a conversation on the off-chance that a staffer actually answers the phone. You can pull out questions by doing your own research.
Now pick up the phone and call. Be civil, but firm. Once you do it a few times, it gets much easier and is a healthy to channel our aggravation, granted we are speaking in a calm, reasonable manner. They say speaking out to the proper channels is more healthy and productive than stuffing our frustration and anger inside of us, feeling defeated. When we stand up and take action, we are telling the Universe that we are an effective force in our world, and that carries weight for all other things in our life.
Public pressure helps create movement. Our calls are documented and compiled on spreadsheets. They are tallied up and looked at by political analysts attempting give their boss an edge. Our calls don’t just sit there untouched. Our voices are incredibly powerful, especially when raised together.
Senate
When you have inquiries or opinions about public policy or legislation or want to request personal assistance, we recommend contacting your state’s senator.
Something has been building and it feels as if the unexpected is about to occur. The word that came to me this morning was “overcoming.” Overcoming what?
It’s almost as if we are being gathered together and pushed forward, which means we must drop our stubbornness and move past any resistance to shifting from fear and survival mode into love and possibilities. Moving into our heart space and releasing all that no longer serves our highest and best good such as angst, anger, blame, grief, and words we withheld. With all the new information coming out now, we must accept and grow past everything that has been blocking us from living our best life.
If I had any advice right now it would be to let go of any attachment to any suffering that keeps us stuck. Our Souls have a higher calling for us. It is time to go with the flow and go forward where our Soul is taking us, releasing any resistance. We must step forward boldly… in truth, in Love.
We are walking into a new unity that binds us as we rise above anything that seeks to pull us downward. We are not going down again and we stand together, as one. We are making healthier choices now, choices that support our own transformation. We are grounding ourselves on a better path, and building stronger foundations for new relationships and careers. We are letting go of overthinking in favor of a wiser knowing. We are washing out all that has been holding us back. We as a collective have had enough so we are moving past whatever was causing resistance and overcoming our own blockages so that we can make anything happen now, together.
So, we can clear away clutter, exercise or take a walk, drink more water, organize our space. We can stop worrying and start working. Finding what needs changing in our world and being willing to be those changes. We can become the support we’ve always needed by cultivating a mindset of productivity and a just-do-it attitude. Might be a good time to upgrade our skills. Every small task we do gets us closer to success, and our bright new future.

The thyroid is a butterfly shaped gland located in the throat that regulates the metabolic functions of the body. It dictates growth and development, and how the body uses energy. It determines the pace at which cells work. Thyroid problems such as hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism and goiter can result in fluctuations in weight and difficulty with weight loss. Hypothyroidism is an underactive thyroid. The thyroid does not produce sufficient amounts of thyroid hormones (T3 and T4.) Hyperthyroidism is an overactive thyroid where a person has difficulty keeping weight on. When an Iodide deficiency exists the thyroid can become enlarged, which is called a goiter. Iodine is the principal building block for thyroid hormones, therefore an iodine deficiency should be ruled out right away. Common symptoms are fatigue, drastic weight change, digestion problems, muscle weakness, body aches, sensitivity to extreme temperatures, and thinning hair. Causes of thyroid dysfunction are iodine deficiency, autoimmune disease such as Hashimoto Thyroiditis and Graves’ Disease, inflammation, pituitary or hypothalmus problems.
Conventional medical treatment for thyroid problems are medication to regulate thyroid gland function, supplementing hormones, or surgery. Most patients will use those medications for life. For anyone wishing to treat thyroid imbalances naturally, here are some suggestions:
Herbal Remedies for Thyroid Care
Ashwagandha– Has been proven to heal thyroid and adrenal issues
Black Pepper- Contains piperine which helps lower levels of thyroid hormones
Bladderwrack– Rick in iodine which the thyroid needs
Sitting under a dense cloudy sky this morning, although I could not see the full moon, its power shined through. Wondering what today’s message was, my attention was brought to our core, the torso of our body. It’s where our vital organs are housed. It’s also where we store excess fat reserves and trauma energy. We’ve been discovering some horrid things in our world and as our old systems collapse, it has us on edge and vigilant. That is actually a physiological reaction that keeps us ready to react into fight or flight mode should there be an immediate threat. It puts us into a state of energetically walling off our torso for protection of our vital organs. We’ve been holding our breath, waiting for something to happen. If we maintain this for a prolonged period of time, the torso can become congested.
Tearing down stubborn walls of protection is not hard. We can use our imagination, visualization and affirmation. Speaking to our bodies should be an every day thing that we do to encourage it and bath it in love and gratitude. The power of the spoken word can set things in motion.
Exercise to Tear Down Walls of our Vital Area
Get quiet and take some deep breaths.
Bring your awareness to your body and say something like:
“Thank you body, now please take down the walls surrounding my torso and let the energy flow through it unencumbered, releasing all concern and old stored up energy that are no longer needed now that we are in the new energy now. Thank you. I love you.”
Now feel the lightness and freedom. Breathe out the stuckness. Imagine yourself tearing down actual walls around your torso and let it breathe freely.
Now expand your light inside your torso and open your heart and let the energy flow through you freely. Feel your engine chug along. Good job.
Beautiful. Now back to today’s message which builds on yesterday’s. My initial key this morning was “God’s Care” which led me to a beautiful verse from the book of Nahum with Word from the Lord: “Now I will break your yoke and tear your shackles away.” -Nahum 1:13. With God’s Care we will step forward with our shackles falling away and the light of our divinity expanding from inside us and shining out into the darkness. Standing up. Voices loud. Forward together.
As I did my visualization for this full moon, I set the intention that this would become outwardly manifested for each and every person in our beautiful changing world.
2023 Wolf Moon Visualization
Open up, brighten and expand our core.
Connect down to Mother Earth through our feet, being grounded to our Dear Mother.
Picture a braided cord of golden-white light going up up up and connecting into the Angelic realm.
That braided cord is actually fiberoptic cable and now downloads packets of information to us.
Those packets of information, are zip-files of whole libraries of pictures, movies, plans, diagrams and artwork.
A tsunami of information being given to humans. Whether aware or not, we are activating and ready for it now.
It comes through our imagination.
Humans will design with what they’ve been given and link up with others who will bring these wondrous creations into reality.
We are working on multiple dimensions at once now. Believe it. It’s true. It’s how we were designed.
Thank the Angels who are singing to you a song of triumph of the human spirit and emoting love for the beauty and resilience of humanity.
Now take several deep breaths and breathe this outward to the world, sending out ripples of inspiration.
As we step forward together into new possibilities, we become the bridge between the seen and unseen. Anchoring our dreaming and watching it crystalize into reality. This is the miraculous world we are stepping into. We only need to open our eyes, our hearts, look to eachother for inspiration, and believe. God’s care has broken our shackles, and we are moving forward with new gifts opening up more and more by the day. Finding our workgroups and bringing those divinely inspired plans into reality.
