When We’re Challenged

Life doesn’t always throw positive stuff our way. In fact, that may be the point, to challenge us to bend and stretch. If we were meant to stay in our comfort zones, we probably wouldn’t be on this planet…

We are on a bridge transitioning from separation to oneness, or put another way, from living from the small ego one life self to living from the higher expanded awareness eternal Soul self. Quite a challenge when interpersonal issues come up and we suddenly feel a conflict between ego and soul self. The ego has thoughts and the soul’s thoughts don’t align. Everything is hunkydory when they agree but when they don’t we develop a wobble, and we don’t always realize this is what is happening. When our limiting belief patterns are triggered we get out of sync with our unlimited soul self. If we are feeling not quite right, the wobble needs to be addressed. Take a breath and come back to center. Relax, this is all part of shifting. Try this exercise and see if it helps…

Flower of Life Exercise

  1. Come back to center. Breathe.
  2. While breathing, focus on the light at your core and turn up your brightness as you raise your vibration.
  3. As you feel the hum of your body at your core, imagine a flower of life pattern in your mind (see above pic.)
  4. Think of a situation in which there is conflict. Blanket it with purple tinted white light.
  5. Put the Flower of Life pattern over the situation on top of the light. Hold that focus for 1 min. Relax.

The Flower of Life is an ancient sacred symbol containing the essence of everything in existence. It has been found as far back as 645 BCE carved on the wall of an ancient palace of the last great king in Assyria. It has also been found in the ancient Egyptian temple of Osiris. It is said to contain code for the basic building blocks of the universe. It unifies and harmonizes. It is a powerful tool to assist in healing where there is imbalance and conflict.
