Society has been hyper-focused on health. With vast sums of money being put into diagnostic tools and research, you would think we were much healthier. But unfortunately that is not the case. Before modern medicine took over, natural medicine was the way of curing the root cause of the disease. It worked with the elements of nature, and how their energy could assist the human body, mind and spirit. Science and Spirituality were once studied as part of eachother, but then there was a split.
Bruce Lipton, in his book Biology of Belief describes it this way,
“When Science turned away from Spirit, its mission dramatically changed. Instead of trying to understand the “natural order” so that human beings can live in harmony with that order, modern science embarked on a goal of control and domination of nature. The technology that has resulted from pursuing this philosophy has brought human civilization to the brink of spontaneous combustion by disrupting the web of nature…. Meanwhile we are leading lives without a moral context. The modern world has shifted from spiritual aspirations to a war for material accumulation. The one with the most toys wins.”
Eastern medicine, having a track record going way back into ancient history, takes our concerns about health and looks at the energetic blockages caused by repressed feelings and emotions. Dealing with that core wounding and clearing the body allows the body’s life force energy to flow freely as it was designed to do, thus raising one’s vibrational frequency.
In her book, Hands of Light, Barbara Ann Brennan states:
“It is essential that we deal with the deeper meaning of our illnesses. We need to ask, what does this illness mean to me? What can I learn from this illness? Illness can be seen as simply a message from your body to you that says, wait a minute; something is wrong. You are not listening to your whole self; you are ignoring something very important to you. What is it? The source of illness needs to be searched for in this way, either on the psychological or feeling level, on the level of understanding or simply by a change in one’s state of being, which may not be conscious. A return to health requires much more personal work and change than simply taking pills prescribed by a doctor. Without personal change you will eventually create another problem to lead you back to the source that caused the disease in the first place. I have found that the source is the key. To deal with the source usually requires a life change that ultimately leads to a personal life more connected to the core of one’s being. It leads us to that deeper part of ourselves that is sometimes called the high self or the spark of divinity within.”
But that is not the way we have been programmed to deal with our health challenges. We have been told to go to a doctor or hospital, then a specialist and soon we are going down a road that has us locked into following orders with very little solid answers and no alternatives. Thankfully there are more and more natural innate healers coming online. People like you and me, who have gone through a process of self-discovery as they followed their Soul’s calling to heal themselves, and in the process developed the ability to heal others.
According to Dr. David Hawkins, in the book Power vs. Force, there is a correlation between a person’s calibrated level of energy and their capacity to heal. People who calibrated above 600 on his map of consciousness scale exuded healing energy. Disease simply cannot exist in the presence of such high spiritual energy. In The Power of Intention, Dr. Wayne Dyer states it perfectly:
“You must focus on healing yourself so you’ll have this healing ability to offer others. If you reach a level of blissful illumination where you’re reconnected to Source and are harmonized vibrationally, you’ll begin to radiate the energy that converts disease to health. In St. Francis’s powerful prayer, he asks of his Source, ‘Where there is injury, let me sow pardon,’ meaning, allow me to be a person who gives others healing energy… Bring higher/spiritual energy to the presence of lower/diseased energy, and it not only nullifies the lower energy, but converts it to healthy spiritual energy.”
It is in higher vibrational energy that lasting health resides. Therefore, clearing out as much as we can, connecting with our higher power to ask and allow for healing in all aspects of our lives makes sense. Every day is a new adventure in the higher energies hitting our planet, bringing new opportunities for deeper and deeper healing which will turn into shining our Light more brightly. As we light our own candle with God’s Light of healing, we can light the candles for others and together help heal our world.
