Frustration and despair at the state of things in the world is pretty common at the moment. Just by conversations on the street, it’s clear that a general tone of powerlessness and limitation exists. Whatever your opinion on the world at the moment, it is certainly confusing. Unfortunately hopelessness and depression have been going viral. Here are a few suggestions to help.

- Look For Change- Positive change may not be completely visible yet but we need to hold space for it. One way we can address our own hopelessness is to look for the favorable stories of change that we need to see.
- One Small Thing- Making one small positive change can get us out of a rut and create the momentum to ride the elevator toward beneficial change. Be the change you want to see.
- Surround Yourself With Optimistic People- Being in an environment filled with optimistic people is encouraging to the soul and crushes hopelessness.
- Raise Your Vibration- Feel the hum inside yourself and lift it up until you feel yourself tingling and then buzzing. Perhaps taking a long walk in nature or a workout will help.
- Positive Mindset- Opening the mind up to seeing the positive first, and then gray and negative areas can set a priority message to the brain that positivity rules the hierarchy.
- Create- Getting into creative mode changes the whole rhythm of the brain for creative output.
- Herbal remedies– Gotu Kola, Lemon Balm, Ashwagandha, Holy Basil and Turmeric
- Sunlight and Vitamin D– Soak in The Light, it will make you feel better.
- Bach Flowers Rescue Remedy– Really helps lift moods and quell fear.
- Homeopathic Remedy Kali Phos

My point is that we really don’t know what is coming. We are currently only seeing the visible spectrum of light that is visible to the human eye, which is only a small portion of the electromagnetic radiation spectrum. If we could see the truth of what else is happening in the world, excitement could be tinder for inspiration, burning out feelings of powerlessness. Let us sow hope in all our communications. When people feel hopeful, they attract auspicious experiences. More optimism anchors enhanced quality of life and spurs on the kind of healing society can harness for change to occur.
