Remember Your Light

It is when things feel at their worst that we need to shine our brightest. This morning I could feel the glow of the Divine Feminine with me. She came in so sweetly and bestowed love everywhere and to everyone. She showed me how Lightworkers are working in multiple dimensions at the same time. We are entirely capable of doing this because it is our true nature as designed by God. But it is that aspect of us that are conscious here in the physical that is a key. We are anchoring all that work here into the physical and that is how changes are taking place in physical density.

If we only knew the power of Divine Light shining through as a human. That spark of Divinity that animates us, that bit of God’s essence so sweetly implanted in every cell of our body through our DNA. Our physical awareness, the thoughts and emotions, all designed by God to give us the robust richness of a tangible experience. There is a divide between our awareness in this experience and the higher part of us that is multidimensional. The veil separating us from the rest of our memories is now thinner than ever.

Take a minute and try this small exercise with me. Find the spark of God inside you. Focus on God’s light at your center. Expand that light until it fills your entire torso. Now brighten it. You are now a luminous lantern, like a jellyfish. That is your light shining from within. Feel the hum and the tingles in your body. Expand it down your legs and out your arms to your hands and up to the crown of your head. You are now lit!

“You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.

Matthew 5:14-16

We have no idea how immensely powerful it is to do this one thing. Try it during a conversation with a neighbor or a family member. They probably won’t notice anything consciously but will be affected on an energetic level and may act or say something differently. Shine while you work or talk on the phone. When you walk into a store or anywhere in public, remember your light. Shine it outward. Notice if anything happens while you increase the amount of light around people. What if many of us all shined at once while focusing on a problem or a situation. Hmmmm….

Synchronicities

Look at how far we have come. Whichever side of the aisle we are on, we’ve been educating ourselves concerning our country and talking to eachother about our concerns. Not just complaining about our government as what used to be the case. We are so much more sophisticated in our thinking and discernment. We are connecting dots with ease. Instead of sitting back and complaining, we now know our stuff and are speaking out about it. Our noise has become a roar… and not a dull one either.

Something feels new in our world and not an insignificant something. Change that feels to me like an overlay that manages our world with an unmistakable newness. No matter what it is, we each will stay strong in ourselves, standing firmly on the rock.

I am being told to pay attention to synchronicities and coincidences. To allow them in our lives and be willing to participate in them for someone else… to be the Angel that shows up just in the nick of time. But it’s also how spirit talks to us in our lives. A synchronicity can be so blatant as to catch our attention informing us that, a) there is a lesson to be learned here, or b) something significant is about to happen so pay attention. Have gratitude for them. The more we acknowledge our interaction with our helper family in the quantum, the more it will happen for us, something very worth cultivating. Life is becoming much more robust. Instead of life happening to us, we are happening to life!

I am so grateful to everyone in my life now and everyone who has been in my life leading up to this NOW moment.

Be the change. Believe.

Putting a lemon wedge or splash of lemon juice in your water is a great way to break up congestion and cleanse liver and kidneys. Even though it’s fall, there’s still some lavender around and if you’re lucky enough to have some dried, you can try this recipe from Taste of Home for Lavender Lemonade.

  • 6 to 7 cups water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1-1/2 cups fresh squeezed lemon juice (about 6 large lemons)
  • 2 tablespoons dried lavender flowers
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  1. Bring 2 cups water and sugar to a boil. Remove from the heat; add lavender. Cover and let stand for 2-4 hours.
  2. Strain, discarding lavender. Stir in lemon juice, vanilla and remaining water. Chill; serve over ice.

Remember Back

“Remember back” were the words I heard as I warmed my fingertips on my coffee cup this morning. Curious what today’s lesson entailed, I probed. I was shown how we are behaving under the amount of pressure in our world right now, contrasted with the highest and best that our experience could be. Yesterday’s lesson was about birthing new projects with the greatest love and care, and today’s is about heightening the quality of what we do by pulling forward our most precious of experiences that being alive on this Earth gives us. When we carry the value and appreciation for the simple pleasures of being alive, the ones that are special only to us, everything we do is enhanced because we have engaged the caring of our Soul.

The game of the dark was to entice us away from who we really are, by throwing things into our world that made us worry, fret, suffer and generally distract us away from our truth. Well, in the quality of Light in which we are now immersed, that ends. When we connect inward to our true self we are able to operate on a cleaner, clearer channel with less friction and noise. We are fast becoming clean and clear. With enough of our true essence on board, and the veil thinning, we can reach right through and grab the knowledge and skills that are our very own. We can speak Soul to Soul. We don’t just exist, we live. Keep tipping the scales into the positive. Don’t just wait for things to happen. Keep going forward. Keep fighting for life.

Create a list of those things you love doing to remind you of who you really are. Revisit them often. Carry them in your heart as you go about your day to day life. This is why we are here. Believe. The intensity of feelings help speed our creations. To help you get an idea of what I’m talking about….

The smell of newly fallen snow bestowing the world with a blanket of icy, downy, powdery fluff adorning every fence and tree. How enchanting the world feels with the crunch of every footstep as we trod our way through a new white crystal land.

The sights and smells of early spring. What is more lovely than walking under a shower of pink petals from the blossoms of happy trees just emerging from their winter slumber. A scented warm breeze kisses our cheeks and tousles our hair.

The sound of crumpled leaves as we walk down an autumn lane with our special someone. God’s masterpiece painted on Mother Earth’s canvas and we get to play in it. Geese fly overhead, practicing for their big trek south whence comes the cold. It’s harvest time and that means hot cider and spiced pumpkin bread.

Lazy summer afternoons with a few free hours to kill. Heading off for some fishing. Hearing the plunk as we cast out into the clear, cool water. Watching dragonflies dance and race. That thrill when we’ve got one on the line and we commence the work to pull it in and see how big it is. Finally pulling off our shoes and sticking our hot feet in the water before we head home.

Pulling Together

A project is like a new child. You cover it with nurturance and guidance and protection until it matures enough to take on a life of its own. Until it gains momentum you watch over it and carefully keep it on track. Then comes the point when the fledgling project is ready to walk on its own… scary… but with prayers and quiet reserved vigilance, things work out just fine.

My coffee-slurping pre-daybreak contemplations took me to a stage in our journey where a multitude of details have been unleashed. The kind of details that contain facts and data. A cloud of them. I was reminded to remind everyone to shine their light from within themselves. Stoke your flame, get your lamp lit and shine it brightly. All details become illuminated with God’s Light. When we shine our light, with that spark of God inside us, all nooks and crannies and corners are seen. God’s Light, shining through us containing a divine intelligence magnetizes all those data-points according to God’s plan. All the intricacies of those details synchronistically attract together like puzzle pieces. The light lifts them to a higher vibration, for Light-infused truth and healing. This gets harmonized with the flow of Mother Earth’s rise to prominence… always with support for our loving Mother.

Be the change. Live as if our bright destiny is coming to us right here and NOW, not somewhere off in the future. We’re ready for this. Keep fighting by speaking up and shining brightly. Keep rising up. When we can recognize eachother by the Light inside us, then we know we’ve made it.

Accountability

This morning’s coffee time was filled with orbs zooming through the dark prior to the sun’s emergence. They were excited. Glimmers of light winked at me from everywhere. It was like a happy dance of the elementals. The smile and hope they gave me is beyond value.

Even though it was in sharp contrast to the news of the world at the moment, they seemed to be celebrating. In addition to the sense of futility over the lack of any kind of progress toward peace, transparency and accountability, we seem to be careening toward the sharp edge of a cliff. Our government leadership lacking any sort of meaningful connection to the people who are suffering and acting as if they were on a stage keeping people entertained by word salad soliloquies.

We ask… where is the adherence to Divine Law and accountability to its own moral and ethical sense and how are we being tricked into giving our consent through our silence?

To empower ourselves is to increase the light within our core, to think of ourselves as the powerful energy generators that is of our design. To stoke the fire of effectiveness on our world through the passion that burns brightly inside of us. At our core, we are Love, the God-spark of Light burning brightly. If we are to continue to fight for that which we strongly believe, then we must turn up our light to its maximum brightness.

I looked at my Secret Language of Light deck again. Card 38 – Create Space. It says that when we want change, it is up to each of us to do something about it. Knowing what we want to change gives clarity of purpose of creating space for change. Creating space and holding space for the change to appear in our reality assists its appearance. Being empowered to create change means having the knowing that the change we desire is on its way. When we apply gratitude and unconditional love to our intention, such as a government operating in the light and holding itself accountable, we are creating in line with the natural law of conduct in our Universe (the Tao,) of which we, lest we forget, are members. Just imagine what our world would be like.

I’m so glad you are here. Bless your work and your purity of heart. Bless your creations. You are shining out into the world through them. The Light is shining in all dark corners; nothing can be hidden any longer. Reject what is false, stick with what is true. Stay connected to Mother Earth. We are expanding our awareness moment by moment while our innate gifts deepen. Release and transformation are in store. Expect magic.

Shine Forth

All the work we’ve done. How far we’ve come. How much we’ve grown. The vibrations we’ve cultivated have become refined. The human family is being activated and illuminated from within. Extremes in our thinking are beginning to come closer toward one another as we discover the things we hold most dear really aren’t that dissimilar. That unlocks doors that were once inaccessible. We’ve been empowered to create beyond previous limits. We’ve been entrusted with the responsibility to tool our reality for the betterment of us as well as others on God’s behalf. Shine forth.

And now for some cozy autumn snuggle time…

Frothy Hot Mugged Cinnamon 

Drink Recipe

2 -4 cups Coconut and/or Almond Milk in a saucepan.

Add a splash of real Vanilla or Vanilla Bean Paste

Add a Cinnamon Stick or Cinnamon Powder or a teabag of Cinnamon Tea

And a pinch of Cayenne or Red Pepper Flake 😎 

Simmer til it just comes to a boil. Pour into a mug and say hello to heaven.

Pro Tip: Add a spoonful of coconut oil for extra richness.

The Magical NOW

All the work we’ve been doing is making a difference. All the rummaging through stuff we no longer need, and then discarding, has given us some breathing room. Our housecleaning is paying off. When we do the work to clear ourselves out and lift ourselves up, we are enabling a new expanded awareness to come forward. We’ve typically been surviving by establishing habits to get ourselves through our day. That used to work for us, but now it may not because we’ve gotten ourselves stuck in a rut. If we mix up the order of that which we normally do, or change how we do them, we are forcing ourselves to be more mindful instead of running on autopilot. We are shifting from routine living to one that is interacting with the magical NOW.

The starting point to living as a conscious creator is to step out of the dream and bring your conscious awareness forward independent of the Maya (the dream.) To live by The Tao, also called The Way, is to live as an eternal being having a temporary experience as a human. The typical things that frustrate us don’t because we are no longer buying into the illusion. We just will not want to pick up the same old drama. Instead of complaining about not getting what we want, we are empowered to create it. What is the thing blocking our way? Old anger, hurt, resentment, fear, shame and regret. What is the answer? Forgiveness. When we forgive we are untethering ourselves from being karmically shackled to an unhealthy situation or a person with tendencies of a lower vibration. We don’t have to play it out because we have called in grace. The whole situation becomes flooded with God’s benevolence, love and mercy and we become free souls once again. Grace is The Way.

The Great Way is universal; it can apply to the left or the right.

All beings depend on it for life; even so, it does not take possession of them.

It accomplishes its purpose, but makes no claim for itself.

It covers all creatures like the sky, but does not dominate them.

All things return to it as to their home, but it does not lord it over them;

thus, it may be called “great.”

The sage imitates this conduct:

by not claiming greatness,

the sage achieves greatness.

I pulled a card from the beautiful oracle card deck The Secret Language of Light. It is the 21st card named Soul Tree. It shows the tree of life springing up from the Earth as an Angel. The wisdom for this card inspires us to connect with nature and see trees as physical manifestations of Angels, to interact with them by asking questions and listening for answers with an open heart. They remind us to stay rooted in our strength no matter what may blow around us.

“When you know that trees experience pain and have memories and that tree parents live together with their children, then you can no longer just chop them down and disrupt their lives with larger machines.”

The trees right now are trumpeting a time of housecleaning. Their fiery foliage heralds a time of discarding lower vibrational energy, dusting off our wings and flying to new levels of experience. They coax the Angelic part of us to shine forth with a Light that is uniquely our own. Trees teach us to become the Angels of our better nature because we have cultivated the strength and compassion to live in harmony with nature as intended. They inspire us to live consciously aware and fully engaged in the magical NOW.

Sewing Seeds of Love

At this point in our journies, The Great Awakening has turned into “The Great Cleansing,” cleaning out large chunks of old anger and regret. The rest is dissapating as we become inspired to step into new roles and work on new creations. We’ve sown seeds and if we’ve been humble and diligent, they are good seeds. We are contributing to Earth’s Song of Life through our hands, our bodies, our heart, our thoughts and feelings. Being in the flow of life is to breathe life into our work and sow seeds with care for how they will someday add to the overall joy. To work with love is to give the most precious gift to the world. Work is love made manifest. To love your work and doing whatever you do is a gift most precious.

Through the seeds that we sow and by living in our hope and faith, we have a direct effect on our reality now. When we choose love over fear, our sustenance is magnetized to us and our patience is rewarded. We water our seeds with tenderness and keep the soil cultivated with compassion for all life. We sing to them songs of hope and beauty. The energy of our hands breathes nourishment into our work which travels outward to new destinations where that enhancement will inspire someone who needed that very same thing to sow their own seeds.

Nurture the seeds of your creations with care. Stay on the path carrying the Light. Contribute to the overall beauty in the world. Be Love in everything you do. I’m so glad you are here doing the work of your heart and sowing good seeds. Your presence here is more healing than you know. May all your creations be blessed and may the Light of the Universe always accompany you.

Attention and Intention

This morning’s wake-up started in a misty foggy soup, but I couldn’t help the feeling that awesomeness was in store for the day. As usual, I didn’t know why, but I was then reminded that the solar eclipse was at hand. Not visible in my part of the world, which was still dark, but literally starting as I sipped my coffee. I was still sleepy so I connected up to the Angels to see if they had anything to share. I was given the impression that it would be an auspicious time to set some intentions during a powerful alignment such as this. So my mind went to being in a world that is brighter, healthy, peaceful and joyful.

I was then guided to become aware of where my attention was going and how I was applying it. The phrase, “where your attention goes, energy flows” popped into my mind. I was reminded of how I saw marked improvement in the harvest of my garden when I visited my garden with my mind before going to sleep. On one occasion, a zucchini seemed to have grown 10 inches when I came out to see it the next day.

Attention comes before emotion. Then thoughts arise. This then becomes intention.

Attention + Feeling + Thoughts = Intention

That was an interesting connection; an organic conversion of harnessing the natural flow of creation energy (attention) into a powerful tool (intention) used by a creator being (us.) This opens a doorway to shifting reality because we are then influencing the subject on which we are putting our attention. So I decided to go one step further and try this on a subject about which I’ve become quite concerned… America. My fellow countrymen have been under such pressure of escalating polarization and inflation. It’s rough and we are hurting. I wanted to use my compassion and conscious awareness to try to assist. I wondered if, on this day of awesomeness, I could use my attention and my intention to raise the spiritual level of thinking for everyone within America’s borders, and help America herself.

In the past couple weeks, I’ve been led to ponder the connection between God’s Divine Law, natural law coming from nature, The Tao and the original principles that this country was built upon as laid out in our Constitution and Declaration of Independence. (see my post entitled The Tao) The principles that protected our rights and freedoms as given to us by God as sovereign individuals. My attention went to America and I wondered what was there on a soul level. She emerged. To me, the consciousness of America feels like a lady, not dissimilar to Mother Earth in all her loving and nurturing strength and beauty. She is the missing piece to the puzzle because as directed in our original founding documents, she holds the purpose, the mission statement under which we wish to live as a country that is brighter, healthy, peaceful and joyful. She has a soul, and it is connected with us. So, as today’s solar eclipse reached it’s maximum, I set my intention to lift America up, with the golden white Light of God and the Angels. For that Light to lift her and hold her up and flow under her to support her with renewed buoyancy. Because she was created to uphold and preserve the natural laws of Earth and God and to protect us, America rises just as Mother Earth rises.

In the United States Declaration of Independence, for instance, it was stated with great clarity by the originators that the rights of man stem from the divinity of their creation and thus was established the principle of spirituality. However, they differentiated this from religion by saying that citizens are to be free from the establishment of any religion… The Declaration of Independence (which calibrates at 705) spells out that this is a nation whose government derives its authority from the spiritual principles of the Creator, and that it is to be guided by spiritual principles that see everyone as equal, with justice and freedom for all. This obvious position has great power and needs no defense… Spiritual truth, then, is universally true and without variation through time or place. It always brings peace, harmony, accord, love, compassion, and mercy. Truth can be identified by these qualities. All else is the invention of the ego.

Be The Change

Be the change you wish to see in the world. The phrase that urges us to live from the end result of what we are creating. It beckons us to skip all the intermediate steps and live as if it has already happened. Dr. Wayne Dyer calls it “thinking from the end.” That people who do this are connected to a divine force he calls the field of intention. He says that those people can see what it is they intend to manifest into their lives as if it has already materialized, and because they are harmonized with the field of intention, they are exceptional at realizing the fruits of their intentions.

But we have been conditioned for centuries to only see the bleak and the weak. What can we possibly do to change our old ways of doing things? Firstly, realize that we are coming into new times and we have permission to use new tools to do things differently. Secondly, if we work on lighting and brightening the light in our core, we won’t feel empty anymore from looking at the world in a glass half empty manner. We can learn a new skill or renew an old one to focus on igniting our own passions to show others the pathway to the bridge to better living. When we are filled with Light, darkness doesn’t have the chance to get inside and make us feel low. 

Mulled Cider Recipe

1 gal Apple Cider
1 sliced organic Orange, peel on
3 Cinnamon sticks
1Tblsp whole Cloves
1 whole Star Anise
1 tsp Cardamom pods

Mull (simmer) on stove for an hour
 or keep in crockpot on low.

The 3 N’s of Feeling Hope

News- We are not obligated to be in fear and stress over every little thing that comes over the news. It may not even be the truth of what is really happening in the world, so do not allow a news story to lower you into fear, complacency and powerlessness.

Neutralize Fear- Find ways to bring fear to zero. Fear is part of the old system. It was a way to get through to us in our density in a dense world. But, we are lightening and brightening. We are more sensitive, sophisticated and astute. Also, Love neutralizes fear. Every. Single. Time.

Nature- Try to get out in nature and take in the smell of the ozone, the colors of plants, the wisdom of trees and the flow of life in the natural world. Being in nature restores us to a natural state of being hopeful about our lives.

Reclaiming the simple things that make us feel hopeful again is about renewal of the human spirit and allows us to live as if our highest, best destiny of love and joy is already happening in the blessed Now.
