Be The Change

Be the change you wish to see in the world. The phrase that urges us to live from the end result of what we are creating. It beckons us to skip all the intermediate steps and live as if it has already happened. Dr. Wayne Dyer calls it “thinking from the end.” That people who do this are connected to a divine force he calls the field of intention. He says that those people can see what it is they intend to manifest into their lives as if it has already materialized, and because they are harmonized with the field of intention, they are exceptional at realizing the fruits of their intentions.

But we have been conditioned for centuries to only see the bleak and the weak. What can we possibly do to change our old ways of doing things? Firstly, realize that we are coming into new times and we have permission to use new tools to do things differently. Secondly, if we work on lighting and brightening the light in our core, we won’t feel empty anymore from looking at the world in a glass half empty manner. We can learn a new skill or renew an old one to focus on igniting our own passions to show others the pathway to the bridge to better living. When we are filled with Light, darkness doesn’t have the chance to get inside and make us feel low.

Mulled Cider Recipe

1 gal Apple Cider
1 sliced organic Orange, peel on
3 Cinnamon sticks
1Tblsp whole Cloves
1 whole Star Anise
1 tsp Cardamom pods

Mull (simmer) on stove for an hour
 or keep in crockpot on low.

The 3 N’s of Feeling Hope

News- We are not obligated to be in fear and stress over every little thing that comes over the news. It may not even be the truth of what is really happening in the world, so do not allow a news story to lower you into fear, complacency and powerlessness.

Neutralize Fear- Find ways to bring fear to zero. Fear is part of the old system. It was a way to get through to us in our density in a dense world. But, we are lightening and brightening. We are more sensitive, sophisticated and astute. Also, Love neutralizes fear. Every. Single. Time.

Nature- Try to get out in nature and take in the smell of the ozone, the colors of plants, the wisdom of trees and the flow of life in the natural world. Being in nature restores us to a natural state of being hopeful about our lives.

Reclaiming the simple things that make us feel hopeful again is about renewal of the human spirit and allows us to live as if our highest, best destiny of love and joy is already happening in the blessed Now.
