Week 91 of the Trump Administration is flying into the future with rallies, mounting accomplishments, an SBA Small War Plants Commission, U.S. Treasury/IMF activity, honor for First Responders, Election Fraud arrests, child rescue efforts, Russia/Ukraine developments, CMS Anti-Fraud Force findings, and flying Tesla Roadster Cars. Pressure is revving up on lawmakers. The House passed Rep Thomas Massie’s House Resolution to force the release of congressional sexual-misconduct settlement records to the public. Another massive 21 billion dollar investment in America’s soaring future was announced by GlobalFoundaries and the Department of Commerce to build 2 giant new semiconductor manufacturing plants in New York. The deal will bring 27,000 high paying construction and supply chain jobs and over 1,000 additional highly skilled manufacturing jobs in New York.

The U.S. Treasury Department announced more than $1.21 billion in penalties against Bank of America which has been grounded for its failures in anti-money-laundering, the third largest penalty imposed in Treasury history. Specifically, it failed to report on time more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions. Of that amount, more than $1 billion involved priority national-security and illicit-finance risks, including transactions linked to Chinese money-laundering and suspicious transactions in trade-based money laundering and fraud surrounding the U.S. southwest border.

HSI has committed to arresting illegal noncitizen voters in American elections and this week accelerated with announcements. This is another substantiation for the SAVE America Act to be passed, which would require the citizenship of all new voters to be verified and for voter rolls to be checked and cleaned regularly. There was also a big ACT Blue investigation into money being donated to the Democratic party in people’s names that did not donate. The detail that will hit the thrusters and send the whole investigation into hyperspeed, is how those phantom donations connect back to Ukraine.

Tensions mounted this week between President Trump and Ukrainian President Zelenskyy following the U.S. deal with Russia for ~2.25+ million barrels of Russian diesel fuel for the U.S. and global markets, with additional sanctions relief. Zelenskyy called President Trump “weak” for making the deal with his adversary, President Trump immediately fired back how it is time for Ukraine to get a new President, and questioned why U.S. money aid to Ukraine disappeared and why Ukraine elections have been frozen. (see my article here) President Zelenskyy proceeded to attack Russian oil refineries and the U.S. reportedly shut down the Starshield systems that Ukraine uses to control Ukrainian drones. President Trump has explained that with all the war, and all the dead bodies, and rejection of all attempts to make Peace, President Zelensky has “destroyed” Ukraine.

The FBI and HSI’s work taking down scam compounds blasted all speed records this week. Scam compounds, also called scam centers are run in largely Southeast Asia, the Middle East, or Africa by transnational crime organizations with workers, frequently trafficking victims forced to work under threats of violence. They prey on Americans in various ways, taking advantage of them and stealing. This weeks high RPM results are from a coordinated “Joint Disruption Week” focused on West African scam networks, part of the broader FBI-led Operation Blackout. They took down more than 3.7 million fraudulent social-media accounts, pages, and groups. $11 million in freezable funds were earmarked. Over 120 trafficked workers, and more than 100 Americans victimized. The bottom line is that Americans are more safe because these scam center networks have been closed down.

The FBI also announced a significant development in its ongoing campaign against the 764 network—a horrible online group that targets vulnerable children through encrypted platforms, coercing them into producing sexual abuse material, self-harm, animal cruelty, and other extreme content for status within the group. A core leader pleaded guilty in federal court to conspiracy to sexually exploit a child; he faces 15–30 years in prison. FBI Director Kash Patel described the plea as the latest victory in dismantling the network, noting a nearly 500% increase in 764-related arrests the previous year with more than 350 active investigations nationwide. The broader FBI and HSTF multi-agency efforts (including with HSI and local partners) continue to focus on identifying and recovering exploited or missing children through task-force operations, victim identification, and predator arrests, with recent examples including multi-agency recoveries of dozens of missing children and teens in coordinated actions such as those on Long Island. Officials emphasize that many specific rescues remain non-public until completed for operational security. Please support these heroes. They are putting their lives on the line every day.

The CMS anti-fraud task force announced its findings on improper Obamacare subsidies. They found that taxpayers were paying for duplicate coverage for people that have died. Improper enrollments of people who were not even aware they had been enrolled, with 189,000 subsidized Obamacare enrollments when the enrollee already had Medicare, Medicaid or CHIP coverage. This action is estimated to prevent about $738 million in improper payments this year alone and over $1.5 billion annually. The bottom line is Dr. Oz wants us to know that our federal programs and subsidies are now being truly safeguarded for those who truly need them, and not for scammers or fraudsters.

Week 91 gave us many surprising kick-twists. Official DOJ and FBI reports on efforts like Operation Iron Pursuit show FBI leadership with all 56 field offices, U.S. Attorneys’ offices, state and local agencies, HSI, U.S. Marshals, Victim Services, and partners such as NCMEC.

Recent New York recoveries involved nearly 40 agencies. Homeland Security Task Forces add nationwide coordination across 20-plus federal agencies and 440 state/local partners, including child trafficking cases.

How long has this problem of child trafficking been around? How were we misled, misinformed and duped? Well, ten years ago it was Pizzagate, and with Democrats in office it turned into Open Borders resulting in Unaccompanied Minors smuggled into our country by cartel and gang members and put into the hands of traffickers and unvetted sponsors by Biden’s HHS.

The Children… all children, our children, the children of the world… deserve truth and justice.

How are they correcting the wrongs being done to children? Who are the ones out front and center driving this effort to find the missing children?

HSTF is co-led by FBI and HSI with a nationwide network of 30 regional task forces. It prioritizes dismantling human trafficking and smuggling networks, especially those involving children, as one of its core threat categories. Specific named rescue operations are generally not announced in advance for operational security. Public reports confirm HSTF is producing results. Examples include a July 2026 LA operation that arrested 10 gang members on sex trafficking charges and identified at least 51 victims, a January surge with 507 arrests and 257 victims identified (including 27 children), and recent actions such as 144 arrests in Las Vegas Operation Loaded Dice with major seizures. Details typically emerge after operations conclude for security reasons.

Fraud Committed to Smuggled Unaccompanied Minor Children through Biden’s Open Borders

According to the official HHS ORR memorandum, the six forms of fraud in the prior UAC Program were: fraudulent identity documents (most common, including fake IDs, licenses, passports, birth certificates); manipulated photographs; address fraud; fingerprint fraud; sponsors failing to disclose all household members; and UACs misrepresenting their age. These enabled releases to unvetted sponsors, sometimes resulting in abuse or worse.

HHS under Sec. RFK Jr. strengthened sponsor vetting with mandatory household fingerprints, biometrics, and ID checks starting in 2025, and cleared a 65,000-report backlog. ORR has located roughly 157,000 previously released children and continues searching for over 85,000 more. FBI Director Kash Patel leads intensified efforts locating missing kids and arresting thousands of predators and traffickers. DOJ pursues related prosecutions.

If it wasn’t for President Trump, none of those children would be reunited with their families. FBI reports under Director Patel show strong results on this front. Operations have yielded thousands of predator and trafficker arrests (with notable percentage increases over prior periods), thousands of children located or rescued, millions of online predator accounts dismantled, and ongoing weekly successes like dozens of missing kids recovered in recent multi-agency efforts. But President Trump has pushed for completion, for the whole entire operation to go the distance and get the job done.

What is Logan’s Law and how will it help?

Logan’s Law is a proposed bill for a public national registry of violent offenders (force/threat convictions, 180+ day sentences). It boosts data sharing and accountability. AG Blanche backs it to keep repeat felons off streets by closing record gaps. Logan’s Law creates a national public registry of violent offenders (force/threat convictions over 180 days) and mandates better interstate/federal data sharing on fingerprints and records. This closes gaps that hinder tracking repeat offenders. FBI Director Patel has called it critical for the data the Bureau relies on. HSTFs (FBI-HSI co-led) target trafficking and child exploitation among other transnational crimes, so fuller records would aid their work identifying predators with violent histories.

Formed under EO 14159 in January 2025 and fully operational by September, HSTFs (FBI-HSI co-led, 30 regional + 29 satellite offices) reported major results. The 2025 September Surge alone yielded 3,266 arrests and over 91 metric tons of narcotics seized. 2026 operations continue with large takedowns, including 144 arrests and 1,124 kg drugs in Las Vegas, multi-kilogram fentanyl seizures, 1,500+ firearms recovered, lengthy sentences, and extraditions targeting cartels, gangs, trafficking, and related crimes.

Their EO mandate also prioritizes child trafficking cases specifically, with ongoing multi-agency rescues and predator takedowns beyond the drug/gun stats. Federal agencies including the FBI, HSI, and US Marshals conduct continuous investigations and operations against child trafficking and exploitation networks. Many remain non-public by design until arrests or rescues occur, to protect ongoing work. Recent public examples and official statements confirm this priority continues through task forces, victim identification, and targeted enforcement.

Week 90 of the Trump Administration swept up everything in its path like a surging red wave as it entered the month of October. Secretary of State Marco Rubio gave a momentous speech at the Acropolis in Greece, hailing Greece for its cultural roots in establishing a democratic style of government upon which the early American Founders based many of our principles. Even early American government architecture was heavily influenced by Greece. He called out Europe for making it fashionable to prioritize global-community policies over one’s own people. Loyalty to one’s nation and defending its interests above all else is neither selfish nor wrong—the ancient Greeks understood this. Under President Trump, the United States has chosen “the unapologetic pursuit of national power.” Europe can “awaken from its long slumber” and rekindle the fire lit in Athens; Greece is a model ally on energy, migration, and defense. The U.S. wants alliances that can deliver real strength. He called for rebuilding institutions and alliances to face great-power competition and new threats.

President Trump was once again passed over for the Nobel Peace Prize. He made his point by comparing his record of ending eight wars (with two more about to be ended) to the award given to former ICC judge Navi Pillay “for her efforts to promote peace and international law.” The award was framed as a reminder and “a message to those who are attacking” international law, showing that the Nobel Committee was taking the side of the ICC. The ICC is a court created by the 1998 Rome Statute that began operating in 2002. It is based in The Hague and prosecutes individual people (not countries) for genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes, and the crime of aggression. Several hours later, Secretary of State Marco Rubio explained that America never joined the ICC. They want to prosecute American citizens and service members protecting our country, Border Patrol agents protecting our border, and our elected leaders. They want more power, and they want it at the expense of American sovereignty. President Trump “will never allow the International Criminal Court to prosecute Americans,” so the U.S. is sanctioning the ICC. “The United States and the American people are not subject to the jurisdiction of this fake ICC. Either the ICC will end its threats, or the U.S. will end the ICC.” The Treasury listed the ICC with a six-month grace period and limited exemptions.

The medal once given to John Trump for historic innovation in science and technology has now been presented by President Trump to six great Americans for excellence in science and technology: Elon Musk, Michael Dell, Jensen Huang, Sergey Brin, Satya Nadella, Lisa Su, and Dr. Jayanta Bhattacharya at the Golden Age of American Innovation Summit in Washington, D.C., this week. Numerous countries also pledged to support new long-term research under the Kyoto Vision for a Golden Age of Science—to harness super-intelligence, cultivate new talent by identifying and investing in the right people, and embrace new directions.

Former White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt announced that she has joined Fox News, and President Trump announced the new White House Press Secretary, Katie Zacharia, who is an attorney and frequent commentator on Fox News and Newsmax and works well with the media. Meanwhile, Secretary of State Marco Rubio called out the fake artificial news for trying to ambush him to confirm a story written using “anonymous sources.” He pushed back and called them out for printing a sensationalized story without verifying the facts and then trying to validate it by getting him to make a blind comment. Even CNN reported this week that Iranian operatives used AI to plant fake stories in multiple U.S. media outlets, and many repeated the stories—especially CNN. As President Trump is calling them, the Dumocrats, along with their partners in the fake artificial news, are trying to create the false narrative that he is so “unpopular” that Republicans are going to lose. The facts say the opposite and now the DOJ is officially investigating ABC, CBS, CNN, NBC and Fox News.

President Trump made a deal with Russian President Putin to purchase over 300,000 tons of diesel to aid availability and bring prices down while the U.S. works on getting the proper refineries back up and running. He also signed an executive order to waive the off-road requirement for red-dye diesel, which is the same product as regular diesel. This will help farmers and bring down the price of diesel quickly.

An amazing press conference took place this week about H-1B visa fraud. The White House Anti-Fraud Task Force announced that American companies have been undercutting American workers by laying them off, forcing them to train their replacements, and then bringing in foreign H-1B visa workers at $20,000 less who are essentially indentured servants working under duress and the threat of deportation. Some Americans committed suicide after losing their jobs. Nine universities are now on notice for J-1 visa fraud for creating a pipeline of foreign workers for corporations that undercut American workers. Two American companies—Microsoft and Adobe—were suspended from the H-1B program for abuse. The total fraud figure cited was $22 billion. Rep. Tim Burchett is calling for an end to the H-1B visa program.

The Super Intelligence Force (SIF) is a White House task force announced by President Trump this week to coordinate the federal government’s work on advanced Super Intelligence (AI). Its goal is to ensure that the country leads the world in Super Intelligence. It follows an accord signed by several major tech leaders, including Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, Sundar Pichai, Jensen Huang, and others. It is chaired by Director of National Intelligence Jay Clayton (also serving as the administration’s AI/SI czar). Vice chairs are FTC Chairman Andrew Ferguson, Under Secretary of Defense for Research and Engineering Emil Michael, and OPM Director Scott Kupor. It reports to Trump and White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles.

The Hague Conventions are a set of treaties on the laws of war, mainly from the 1899 and 1907 Hague Peace Conferences. They set rules for how wars are fought—treatment of prisoners, protection of civilians, bans on certain weapons, and neutrality. They are agreements between states, not a court.

The International Criminal Court (ICC) is a permanent court created by the 1998 Rome Statute that began operating in 2002. It is based in The Hague and prosecutes individual people (not countries) for genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes, and the crime of aggression.

Both are linked to international humanitarian law and the city of The Hague, but one is a body of rules from the late 19th/early 20th century, and the other is a modern criminal tribunal.

According to Secretary of State Marco Rubio, America never joined the ICC. They want to prosecute American citizens and service members protecting our country and Border Patrol Agents protecting our border- and they want to prosecute our elected leaders. They want more power, and they want it at the expense of American sovereignty. President Trump will not allow that, so they are sancting the ICC. The United States and the American People are not subject to the jurisdiction to this fake ICC. Either the ICC will end its threats, or we will end the ICC.

Week 89 is another HUGE week for America in the hands of the Trump Administration. America is moving at Trump speed and we can see that happening right in front of our eyes. This week had new investment announcements in American energy and manufacturing, a wonderful Hispanic Heritage Month celebration, the launch of https://America.gov, the helpful new front door to the American government online consierge system. There were visits to Texas, and the continued broadcast of all these events on https://TrumpTV.Gov. Some of the biggest names in the Tech Industry came out to partner with First Lady Melania Trump for Fostering the Future, Welcoming-in the Era of Super Intelligence.

Early voting for the midterms has begun and President Trump is doing rallies across the United States already. He works tirelessly and he gets it all done. He made a major announcement in Iowa for a new steel plant there bringing in over 1700 private-sector jobs and over $18 billion being put up to build the plant. The Trump economy is going strong, Census Bureau data on real median household income is at an all-time high, plus the lowest-ever overall and child poverty rates, combined with projections of 5% annualized GDP growth driven by manufacturing and construction wage gains, shows the economy is growing, not waning.

South Korea announced that it will put about $200 billion into U.S. energy projects. The $200 billion is the strategic-investment half of a broader $350 billion South Korea–U.S. package agreed in November 2025. The other $150 billion is for shipbuilding. The $200 billion will be spread out in 3 projects: 1) Texas gas power, about $22.3 billion. Project Star is a 6,472-megawatt combined-cycle gas plant in Encinal, La Salle County, meant to supply AI data centers. A first phase of about 1,952 megawatts is scheduled for 2029, with full operation aimed at 2032. Seoul says this is the first project actually selected under the $200 billion program. 2) Eight nuclear reactors, up to $120 billion. Project Power would fund two Korean APR1400 reactors and six Westinghouse AP1000s: about $100 billion in construction costs and $20 billion in contingency reserves. This is still a framework and needs further approval. Korean investors are also discussing a stake of at least 5 percent and under 10 percent in Westinghouse. 3) Alaska LNG, about $54 billion. Project North would help a pipeline of roughly 1,250 kilometers from North Slope gas fields to a liquefaction and export terminal at Nikiski. Seoul says this goes ahead only if commercial and legal conditions are met. It is not a final commitment.

Anti-Fraud efforts are increasing with an expansion of “aggressive, all-tools” approach on four priorities: health care fraud, government-program fraud, tax fraud, and trade fraud, including tariff evasion. That also covers how the division will weigh corporate compliance, cooperation, and voluntary disclosure. President Trump is asking Congress to pass a fraud proposal aimed at Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security Fraud. The proposal has two parts. Mandatory prison for benefit fraud. People who steal from programs meant for the sick, the hungry, children, and retirees would face mandatory minimum sentences. Probation would not be allowed. The sentence would rise with the amount stolen. A second conviction for stealing from the public would double the sentence. Also, Personal liability for officials who ignore fraud. A state or local politician who knows about fraud, has the power to stop it, and does nothing could be held personally liable for the full taxpayer loss they should have prevented. President Trump makes it clear that the actions are to be a strong deterrent for committing fraud, or for letting it happen.

250,000 Visas are being revoked by the State Department due to criminal activity such as DUIs, assaults and theft. President Trump and Secretary of State Rubio are making it clear that noncitizens who are in our country by privilege, and commit violence against the American people, will not be tolerated.

President Trump is the hardest working President ever. He rarely sleeps and he is working for you and your family, even if you do not appreciate it. Open your eyes and see what he does to get our country moving forward. Try to understand with an open mind.

If I could think of one way he has improved life for America off the top of my head, dropping the prices of so many major pharmaceutical drugs through most favored nations pricing is a landmark change. If you were paying hundreds of dollars a month for a drug you needed to survive, because your insurance only covered half the price- and now the price is less because of President Trump and insurance covers the whole thing– that would be a lifesaver to you.

Think of all the mothers and fathes who have been in the Oval, thanking him for so many things– they are not paid to do that, they are real people.

10 Ways President Trump is more transparent than Biden:

1. Volume of presidential press interactions. In the first year of his second term Trump logged hundreds of exchanges with journalists (interviews, event Q&As, gaggles). Trackers recorded roughly 493 such interactions versus about 266 in Biden’s first year. Trump averaged more than two media sessions per workday early on; Biden’s first-year rate was about 1.1.

2. Questions answered in Cabinet meetings. Trump fielded roughly 90 press questions across his first three open Cabinet meetings in 2025. Biden answered a total of five questions across nine Cabinet meetings over four years, with public portions typically lasting about five minutes.

3. Oval Office availabilities. Trump used the Oval Office for press Q&A far more often in his second term (dozens of events in the first year) than Biden did in a comparable period. These sessions are typically unscripted and longer than prepared remarks.

4. Air Force One and travel gaggles. Trump took questions on or beside Air Force One dozens of times in his first year back; Biden’s comparable first-year count was far lower (around 17). These sessions give reporters access outside the briefing room.

5. Unscheduled and phone access. Reporters have described being able to reach Trump directly by phone for short interviews—an option not available under Biden, who granted few newspaper interviews until late in his term. NYT reporters covering both administrations have stated that Trump answers more questions than Biden did.

6. Declassification of long-held assassination files. In January 2025 Trump ordered plans for full release of remaining federal records on the JFK, RFK, and MLK assassinations, criticizing prior delays (including under Biden). Subsequent releases included newly digitized RFK records and additional JFK material that agencies had continued to withhold or redact.

7. Education Department FOIA outcomes (first term). A review of Department of Education FOIA logs found a 67% response rate and 44% granted in whole or in part in Trump’s first three years, versus 48% response and 19% granted under Biden’s first three years, with a larger share of Biden-era requests left without final disposition.

8. Direct, unmediated public statements. Trump posts policy announcements, personnel decisions, and event commentary in real time on Truth Social (and previously Twitter). That bypasses the traditional filter of prepared White House statements and press-secretary briefings that characterized much of Biden’s communication.

9. Length and openness of televised sessions. Several Trump Cabinet meetings and roundtables ran well over an hour with reporters present and asking questions; one session exceeded three hours. Biden’s public Cabinet portions were brief and tightly controlled.

10. Early-term press-event word volume. White House stenographer data released in late 2025 counted millions of transcribed words from Trump’s open-press events in the first year—far more raw presidential speech available for public review than the more limited, scripted appearances typical of Biden’s first year.

Week 88 of the Trump Administration burned rubber and launched us into the future. The state vist from Chinese President Xi Jinping changed everything, and the world will never be the same. Already, China has frozen all of Iran’s monetary assets placed with them and there will be more to come. It was a visit like no other with tours of the newest White House additions, like the new helipad, dinners of incredible elegance, viewing the President’s iconic Fight, Fight, Fight Portrait, the Autopen Portrait and a meaningful viewing of Our Great Constitution, Declaration of Independence, the Bill of Rights at the National Archives.

Just prior to the visit, the news media was scolded for publishing so much fake news stories, that it really has been propagandanizing the American people. Three news outlets, CNN, MSNOW (formerly MSNBC) and Politico had their badges taken and their access to the White House revoked. They went to a judge who gave an order to reinstate them in time for the last day of President Xi’s visit. In the meantime, the White House launched TRUMP TV, a 24/7 all access to what the White House has been doing these past 18 months and airing current live events. Incredible! POTUS: “I love an open, free press. What I don’t like is a fake press.”

Just prior to the China visit, President Trump’s Address to the UN Security Council was equally incredible! “The United States will no longer permit threats to America to gain a foothold anywhere in the Western Hemisphere — and if necessary, we will use our unmatched military might to secure the vital national interests of the United States.” he told them. The historic trilateral signing of the Greenland Deal also took place there and many other notable meetings, such as the second meeting of the Shield of the Americas, a multilateral meeting of the Gulf Cooperation Council, and a meeting of the Board of Peace all happened at the 81st UNGA in New York. President Trump repeatedly punctuated remarks specifically at Iran and Cuba, inviting them to come to the table in earnest, and put forward forthright work toward better days.

Another innovation being launched by the White House, is something that has been in the works by the National Design Studio to completely revamp the Public Interface with information of their government, making it more accessible and user-friendly- and AI will be at the assist. This Tuesday, September 29th, an all-day event will take place for the launch of America.gov,  “a new front door for the federal government that will provide a one-stop shop for Americans looking for information and resources from the federal government that are currently spread over a maze of various agency websites.” A Golden-Age of America experience will be unfolding for every American. The day will include panel discussions with other senior administration officials and top industry leaders on artificial intelligence, energy dominance, health, space and agriculture.

Our amazing First Lady spoke at the UN in a Fostering the Future Event that brought nations together to collaborate on the possibilities for our children and their future, and the next morning she rang the opening bell at the NYSE. She did an incredible job proparing for the visit from President Xi and Madame Peng. She planned a great deal of it. And by the looks on their faces, by the end of the visit President Xi and his wife were incredibly touched and impressed. President Xi talked about friendship and healthy competition between our two countries, one that is fair and reciprocal, and spurs us onward to reach new heights, not annhilation. That is the sign of a huge game-changer!

Welcome to the wrap up of Week 87 of the Trump 2.0 Administration. The week began with the Trump Team’s return trip from a very successful visit to Ireland, and the week ended with the signing of the Greenland Deal, giving the U.S. complete control over security and other needs in Greenland whereas no adversary to America can establish any base in that territory, forever. This deal is paramount to long-term U.S. national security. The Greenland Deal cites:

• Permanent access, basing, and overflight rights
• Ability to increase the number of bases
• Ban on non-NATO bases / adversary military presence
• Screening of sensitive investments (aimed at China and Russia)
• The arrangement continues even if Greenland becomes independent
• Builds on / upgrades the 1951 Defense of Greenland agreement

Another important set of events happened in the media this week. WikiLeaks Founder Julian Assange posted on his social media out of the blue. Assange practiced Scientific Journalism where the stories were supported by verifiable facts, documents and disclosures. What is the problem with The Media? Information is being declassified and disclosed to the public, but the mainstream media refuses to report on it. That’s why they are nicknamed the Fake News Media. How is the public going to be given the truth and have confidence that it is actual truth? President Trump took some drastic steps yesterday. Calling CNN, MSNOW/MSNBC and Politico “fake news” he banned them from the White House. They were escorted off the property and their badges deactivated. Other reporters asked him if he was doing right by the Constitution and the First Amendment. President Trump answered that he does uphold the Constitution—“much more so than you”—and that he was acting because the outlets are “fake news.” He described the decision as the result of “cumulative” coverage rather than any single story. He added that he does not have to let them into “the people’s house,” that the country needs a fair and honest press, and that courts should not allow what he called fake news to be written “day after day.” Legal experts and press groups immediately called the ban unconstitutional. However they scream, at least 3 Supreme Court cases hold that the media has the First Amendment Right to communicate to the public information it has obtained, not that it is guaranteed the right to collect it from the government.

Our Great First Lady spoke at an Elementry School event at the Mountain View, Ashe County School in Jefferson, North Carolina. She spoke about the community’s recovery from Hurricane Helene and the importance of technology and AI education for the future with tools such as StudyFetch AI learning subscriptions. She wanted them to move beyond Helene and imagine new possibilities. She told them they are stars. Then she gave out hugs. The AI Race debate is heating up with opinions sounding off from all directions. President Trump recently posted that the word “Artificial” is a misnomer, it is really a revolution of Super-Intelligence, he even suggested it could be considered Supreme or Extreme Intelligence. Regardless, President Trump has been so fond of Space Force, that he proposes to start AI Force, a new government body to oversee artificial intelligence, modeled after Space Force. He also said he will soon name an “AI czar” (only “High I.Q. individuals need apply”) and that the group would watch the industry grow while using existing criminal and civil law to go after “BAD” actors.

President Trump reduced the cost of prescription drugs even further with an expansion of Most Favored Nations pricing. He is the FIRST president to actually lower drug prices, they are dropping even more. all 50 state Medicaid programs will receive lower prices on hundreds of brand-name drugs through most-favored-nation (MFN) rebate agreements with pharmaceutical manufacturers, matching the lowest prices paid in other developed countries. The Council of Economic Advisers estimates this will save taxpayers $64.3 billion over the next decade ($36.6 billion federal and $27.6 billion state) while the administration’s broader MFN deals, covering 89% of the branded market, are projected to generate $600 billion in total savings. This is unprecedented and a huge gift to the American people.

News around the world, it was announced that the U.S. is establishing an Army Base in Poland, Venezuela is moving $4Billion of its Gold Buillion Reserves from London to NY, China is helping to contain Houthis in Iran, and France is showing signs that it is in an energy crisis by beginning energy lockdowns.

Lots more happened this week… the war on fraud continues to intensify with AG Todd Blanche holding a Press Briefing where he announced a DoJ-DHS surge in targeting voter fraud, and that crime is at it’s lowest in modern history. FBI Director Kash Patel told the Senate Oversight Committee hearing that the FBI has captured 10 out of 10 of America’s Most Wanted and 6 out of 10 of the Most Wanted Fraudsters. In just 18 months, 54,000 violent criminals have been arrested. That is a 90% increase over previous administrations. Collaborative partnerships between federal, local and state law enforcement is working.

The Trump Administration is having an effective positive impact in numerous different areas. Sometimes we don’t realize what the process of making corrections, renovations and restoration looks like, and many become uncomfortable with change, but if we remember correctly, the country was headed for disaster, we could not go on like we were going. There was too much fraud, waste and abuse going on, and worse. If we love our country, and we do, we will continue to work together to make America Great Again. We had some fantastic news for Week 85 of the Trump 2.0 Administration. August’s jobs report numbers came in triple what was expected at 162,000 jobs added with the unemployment rate holding steady at 4.1%. The reaction is that Trumpanomics is working. The news comes just in time for Labor Day Weekend, a time when we celebrate life, and the good news about the economy is that in just 19 months, we have hit 80 stock-market highs, exports are surging, the number of working Americans is at its all-time highest, Trillions are being invested in America, the border is secure and Americans are getting the largest tax refunds in history. Americans are building and making things again and America is investing in its work force. The Trump Administration has opened The Foundry School to sharpen the skills used in American manufacturing. Jobs are opening for American workers and American workers are stepping up for better jobs.

The War on Fraud continues, exposure and accountability are occurring, arrests are happening. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent announced, “We are telling the financial system bad actors: We know who you are. You know who you are. It’s over.” Whether it is cutting finding for Iran through banks here in the U.S. or overseas in Operation Economic Outcast. Larry Kudlow called Scott Bessent the best Wartime Treasury Secretary in history. Bessent hosted Finance Ministers from around the world at the G20 Summit in Asheville, NC this week and immediately following, Turkey announced that they were joining the U.S. to cut off the Iranian Regime’s ability to do banking through their Golden Global banking system. Secretary Bessent:  “While we hope no more banks will need to be sanctioned, that ultimately depends on how quickly the international community comes to its senses and ceases support of the murderous Iranian regime. We know who you are, we know where you are, and we will continue to take action together with our allies and partners until we have buried the head of the Iranian snake.”

Walmart paid a $50 million settlement for filling illegal prescriptions for opoids. Indictment of an illegal alien from the country of Georgia was made for $1.3 Billion in the largest healthcare fraud in history. Poul Thorsen pled guilty to operating a wire fraud scheme that stole more than a million dollars in CDC grant money for autism research. More election fraud arrests for those on city council and for illegal aliens voting in federal elections. Whole counties such as Zapata County, Texas are under investigation. Pulte is going after predatory Credit Bureaus for preying on Americans over credit worthiness. And… to the roar of applause from America’s ranchers in the Oval Office, President Trump signed an Executive Order that allows ranchers and farmers to sell directly to the consumer and by-pass the big 4 meat packers, until they are investigated.

DHS Secretary Mullin announced that over 2197 illegal aliens were arrested in Operation Rotten Apple in the state of New York. In a major Fraud Announcement, Secretary Mullin and Transportation Secretary Duffy announced Operation Highway Shield, which arrested 95 illegal aliens that were illegally driving trucks with CDL licenses, 76 of them came from California and 6 came from New York. They stopped 2 human smuggling events with 17 smuggled aliens, shut down 110 CDL “schools” that weren’t even schools but just illegal certification scams, and removed over 160 training providers for failing to meet standards. Scam CDL schools were cited for: inadequate space for driving exams, unlicensed training instructors, zero classroom spaces, no records of any testing being done. Most could not read or speak English.

DHS created a new rule ending birthright citizenship for children of foreign government employees. DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin also sent a 4-page letter to the DoJ with concerns about Election Security such as QR codes or bar codes on ballots, CISA warning about hackers being able to alter votes and ERIC and CEIR handling sensitive DMV data. Georgia is a state of particular attention. The letter asked the DOJ if voting systems that count votes from barcodes and QR codes comply with Title III of HAVA. The DoJ now requires states to report illegal immigrants or risk federal funding.

The Trump Administration’s Week 84 has been packed with achievement. This week started off with the thrilling Freedom 250 Indy Grand Prix, a roaring success- and it ended with President Trump establishing the new United States Space Academy and awarding the four crew members of the Artemis II a special Presidential Medal of Honor. Combined with last week’s executive order on opening up space travel, and the potential of Helium3 mining on the moon, the United States is positioned to make stellar improvements by leaps and bounds.

The war on fraud continued and the Supreme Court cleared the way for President Trump’s order on mail-in voting to come into effect for mid-terms, although immediately after the ruling the same federal judge tried to block it again. Any way you look at it, it’s become clear, the voter rolls need to be cleaned up. POTUS signed Senator John Kennedy’s bill for our government to stop sending money to dead people, which has been going on for decades. Every week, new types of fraud come out into the clear view of daylight. One thing that has drawn high level concern is Chinese involvement with U.S. voting systems and Chinese parts in electronic voting machines, making it possible to influence American elections. President Trump was asked if he would declare a National Emergency to secure the 2026 Mid-term Elections. His answer: “Stranger Things have happened, OK?”

Deportations and ICE arrests strongly continue. All immigrant VISA appointments have been paused worldwide. It was announced that Venezeulan oil will be in U.S. partnershp agreement for majority control of 65 Billion barrels from Venezuelan proven oil reserves, making it the biggest oil deal in U.S. history. It was also revealed that there has been some covert dredging of a sizeable channel on the Oman side of the Strait of Hormuz giving hassel-free passage to oil tankers there.

Another shocking fact revealed by AAG McDonald is that drug traffickers are supplementing their (theft from American taxpayer) income by committing benefit fraud in addition to trafficking drugs.

AG Todd Blanche officially referred Anthony Fauci to the DoJ for criminal conduct. More evidence was released in Dr. Fauci’s texts to expose that truth that he was informed about adverse reactions to the Covid vaccines and sounded the alarm that nobody is studying and nobody knows how to treat them. CHTX Nurse Vanessa Silvadge speaks out for the first time after winning a $10 Million settlement that also resulted in the establishment of the first Detransition Clinics in the Nation. 225 hospitals have been referred to the Department of Justice and the HHS IG by VP JD Vance and HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for preying on vulnerable children and convincing families that their kids needed life altering treatments, when what they needed was compassion and counseling. Director Kash Patel announced Operation Blackout dismantling internet and phone scam centers prey on vulnerable Americans. He explained that the scam industry steals hundreds of billions of dollars every year from taxpayers. He also urged Americans who encounter suspicious texts, emails or phone calls to report them to the FBI’s Internet Crime Complaint Center, or IC3. These are expanded capabilities now and President Trump is not messing around in his focus on taking down cyber-crime to protect Americans.

Another area of fraud being addressed is fraud conducted through funding of the many NGOs in the Homelessness Industrial Complex. HUD Secretary Turner and HHS Secretary RFK Jr. teamed up to let fraudsters know that the days of funding “corrupt failure” are over. No more endless tax dollars flooding out the door to fund endless homeless fraud, the Homeless Industrial Complex has been put on notice. HUD and HHS announced the “End Homelessness Toolkit.” It is The Best Practices Toolkit: Addressing Homelessness and Addiction through “Treatment First”, a resource released on August 12, 2026, by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy (ONDCP), and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The policy now is treatment first, not housing first, which is how things were handled in the past.

Elections are heating up with primaries sorting things out before the midterms. President Trump assures us that there will be voter ID for the mid-terms. More documents were disclosed by the DoJ on 22 Democratic Attorneys General making a secret agreement to commit lawfare on President Trump in 2024. More documents on the FBI Investigation into President Trump after firing FBI Director James Comey, in even greater expansion of the Russia Collusion/ Crossfire Hurricane truth. Documents disclosing Operation Round River showed that the FBI actively stopped the truth from getting out about the Bidens and ran a secret operation to dismiss anything that came out about them as disinformation.

In a highly unusual move, Judge Jeanine is convening a special grand jury in Washington DC to probe major cases- this has not been done before except in cases of government corruption, conspiracies or organized crime. Crime rates are dropping, not just in DC, but all over the country. The DC Beautification Task Force made more than 16,000 arrests and seized over 2,000 illegal firearms, captured 35 homicide suspects, and recovered 25 missing children.

DHS has announced that it will now prioritize sanctuary cities going after people who are illegally in this country and abolishing the criminal trafficking networks that endanger children. Temporary Protected Status has now been ended for another group of immigrants, and that is Somalia. They will be deported immediately. Russia freed U.S. ex-Marine Robert Gilman who arrived home, safe and sound this week. CENTCOM launched the first-ever Multinational drone attack force this week, DHS is hiring gamers to be the new air traffic controllers, and shipbuilding returns to the United States.

HhS announced a new vaccine schedule where vaccines are spaced out. CHIP will no longer fund s*x rejecting procedures for children, and HHS Secretary RFK Jr. announced reforms to GRAS Food Practices (Generally Recognized As Safe) for New Safety Regulations.

• Secretary Kennedy signed a formal declaration stating that these procedures are neither safe nor effective as treatment for children with gender dysphoria, fail to meet professionally recognized standards of care, and that practitioners or entities providing them to minors are out of compliance with those standards.
• CMS proposed rule (hospital conditions of participation): Hospitals participating in Medicare and Medicaid (nearly all U.S. hospitals) would be barred from performing sex-rejecting procedures on children under age 18 as a condition of participation.
• CMS proposed rule (funding prohibition): Federal Medicaid funding would be prohibited for these procedures on individuals under age 18; the same restriction would apply to federal CHIP funding for individuals under age 19. (This funding prohibition was later finalized.)
• FDA warning letters: The FDA issued warning letters to 12 manufacturers and retailers for illegally marketing breast binders (Class I medical devices primarily for post-mastectomy recovery) to children for treating gender dysphoria.
• Proposed rule on disability nondiscrimination (Section 504): HHS proposed clarifying that gender dysphoria does not constitute a disability under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act (reversing aspects of prior guidance) and that policies preventing or limiting sex-rejecting procedures do not violate disability nondiscrimination requirements for recipients of HHS funding.
• Public health message from the Assistant Secretary for Health: Admiral Brian Christine signed a message informing healthcare providers, families, and policymakers that current evidence does not support claims that puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones, and surgeries are safe and effective treatments for pediatric gender dysphoria, and recommending against providing them.
• These built on a prior HHS peer-reviewed evidence review finding low-quality evidence, significant risks (including infertility, impaired sexual function, reduced bone density, and other harms), and insufficient justification for the interventions in minors. Later developments included finalization of the Medicaid/CHIP funding ban on these procedures.
