Welcome to the wrap up of Week 87 of the Trump 2.0 Administration. The week began with the Trump Team’s return trip from a very successful visit to Ireland, and the week ended with the signing of the Greenland Deal, giving the U.S. complete control over security and other needs in Greenland whereas no adversary to America can establish any base in that territory, forever. This deal is paramount to long-term U.S. national security. The Greenland Deal cites:

• Permanent access, basing, and overflight rights
• Ability to increase the number of bases
• Ban on non-NATO bases / adversary military presence
• Screening of sensitive investments (aimed at China and Russia)
• The arrangement continues even if Greenland becomes independent
• Builds on / upgrades the 1951 Defense of Greenland agreement
• No expiration date

Another important set of events happened in the media this week. WikiLeaks Founder Julian Assange posted on his social media out of the blue. Assange practiced Scientific Journalism where the stories were supported by verifiable facts, documents and disclosures. What is the problem with The Media? Information is being declassified and disclosed to the public, but the mainstream media refuses to report on it. That’s why they are nicknamed the Fake News Media. How is the public going to be given the truth and have confidence that it is actual truth? President Trump took some drastic steps yesterday. Calling CNN, MSNOW/MSNBC and Politico “fake news” he banned them from the White House. They were escorted off the property and their badges deactivated. Other reporters asked him if he was doing right by the Constitution and the First Amendment. President Trump answered that he does uphold the Constitution—“much more so than you”—and that he was acting because the outlets are “fake news.” He described the decision as the result of “cumulative” coverage rather than any single story. He added that he does not have to let them into “the people’s house,” that the country needs a fair and honest press, and that courts should not allow what he called fake news to be written “day after day.” Legal experts and press groups immediately called the ban unconstitutional. However they scream, at least 3 Supreme Court cases hold that the media has the First Amendment Right to communicate to the public information it has obtained, not that it is guaranteed the right to collect it from the government.

Our Great First Lady spoke at an Elementry School event at the Mountain View, Ashe County School in Jefferson, North Carolina. She spoke about the community’s recovery from Hurricane Helene and the importance of technology and AI education for the future with tools such as StudyFetch AI learning subscriptions. She wanted them to move beyond Helene and imagine new possibilities. She told them they are stars. Then she gave out hugs. The AI Race debate is heating up with opinions sounding off from all directions. President Trump recently posted that the word “Artificial” is a misnomer, it is really a revolution of Super-Intelligence, he even suggested it could be considered Supreme or Extreme Intelligence. Regardless, President Trump has been so fond of Space Force, that he proposes to start AI Force, a new government body to oversee artificial intelligence, modeled after Space Force. He also said he will soon name an “AI czar” (only “High I.Q. individuals need apply”) and that the group would watch the industry grow while using existing criminal and civil law to go after “BAD” actors.

President Trump reduced the cost of prescription drugs even further with an expansion of Most Favored Nations pricing. He is the FIRST president to actually lower drug prices, they are dropping even more. all 50 state Medicaid programs will receive lower prices on hundreds of brand-name drugs through most-favored-nation (MFN) rebate agreements with pharmaceutical manufacturers, matching the lowest prices paid in other developed countries. The Council of Economic Advisers estimates this will save taxpayers $64.3 billion over the next decade ($36.6 billion federal and $27.6 billion state) while the administration’s broader MFN deals, covering 89% of the branded market, are projected to generate $600 billion in total savings. This is unprecedented and a huge gift to the American people.

News around the world, it was announced that the U.S. is establishing an Army Base in Poland, Venezuela is moving $4Billion of its Gold Buillion Reserves from London to NY, China is helping to contain Houthis in Iran, and France is showing signs that it is in an energy crisis by beginning energy lockdowns.

Lots more happened this week… the war on fraud continues to intensify with AG Todd Blanche holding a Press Briefing where he announced a DoJ-DHS surge in targeting voter fraud, and that crime is at it’s lowest in modern history. FBI Director Kash Patel told the Senate Oversight Committee hearing that the FBI has captured 10 out of 10 of America’s Most Wanted and 6 out of 10 of the Most Wanted Fraudsters. In just 18 months, 54,000 violent criminals have been arrested. That is a 90% increase over previous administrations. Collaborative partnerships between federal, local and state law enforcement is working.

The Trump Administration is having an effective positive impact in numerous different areas. Sometimes we don’t realize what the process of making corrections, renovations and restoration looks like, and many become uncomfortable with change, but if we remember correctly, the country was headed for disaster, we could not go on like we were going. There was too much fraud, waste and abuse going on, and worse. If we love our country, and we do, we will continue to work together to make America Great Again.
