Week 91 of Trump’s America

Week 91 of the Trump Administration is flying into the future with rallies, mounting accomplishments, an SBA Small War Plants Commission, U.S. Treasury/IMF activity, honor for First Responders, Election Fraud arrests, child rescue efforts, Russia/Ukraine developments, CMS Anti-Fraud Force findings, and flying Tesla Roadster Cars. Pressure is revving up on lawmakers. The House passed Rep Thomas Massie’s House Resolution to force the release of congressional sexual-misconduct settlement records to the public. Another massive 21 billion dollar investment in America’s soaring future was announced by GlobalFoundaries and the Department of Commerce to build 2 giant new semiconductor manufacturing plants in New York. The deal will bring 27,000 high paying construction and supply chain jobs and over 1,000 additional highly skilled manufacturing jobs in New York.

The U.S. Treasury Department announced more than $1.21 billion in penalties against Bank of America which has been grounded for its failures in anti-money-laundering, the third largest penalty imposed in Treasury history. Specifically, it failed to report on time more than $5 billion in suspicious transactions. Of that amount, more than $1 billion involved priority national-security and illicit-finance risks, including transactions linked to Chinese money-laundering and suspicious transactions in trade-based money laundering and fraud surrounding the U.S. southwest border.

HSI has committed to arresting illegal noncitizen voters in American elections and this week accelerated with announcements. This is another substantiation for the SAVE America Act to be passed, which would require the citizenship of all new voters to be verified and for voter rolls to be checked and cleaned regularly. There was also a big ACT Blue investigation into money being donated to the Democratic party in people’s names that did not donate. The detail that will hit the thrusters and send the whole investigation into hyperspeed, is how those phantom donations connect back to Ukraine.

Tensions mounted this week between President Trump and Ukrainian President Zelenskyy following the U.S. deal with Russia for ~2.25+ million barrels of Russian diesel fuel for the U.S. and global markets, with additional sanctions relief. Zelenskyy called President Trump “weak” for making the deal with his adversary, President Trump immediately fired back how it is time for Ukraine to get a new President, and questioned why U.S. money aid to Ukraine disappeared and why Ukraine elections have been frozen. (see my article here) President Zelenskyy proceeded to attack Russian oil refineries and the U.S. reportedly shut down the Starshield systems that Ukraine uses to control Ukrainian drones. President Trump has explained that with all the war, and all the dead bodies, and rejection of all attempts to make Peace, President Zelensky has “destroyed” Ukraine.

The FBI and HSI’s work taking down scam compounds blasted all speed records this week. Scam compounds, also called scam centers are run in largely Southeast Asia, the Middle East, or Africa by transnational crime organizations with workers, frequently trafficking victims forced to work under threats of violence. They prey on Americans in various ways, taking advantage of them and stealing. This weeks high RPM results are from a coordinated “Joint Disruption Week” focused on West African scam networks, part of the broader FBI-led Operation Blackout. They took down more than 3.7 million fraudulent social-media accounts, pages, and groups. $11 million in freezable funds were earmarked. Over 120 trafficked workers, and more than 100 Americans victimized. The bottom line is that Americans are more safe because these scam center networks have been closed down.

The FBI also announced a significant development in its ongoing campaign against the 764 network—a horrible online group that targets vulnerable children through encrypted platforms, coercing them into producing sexual abuse material, self-harm, animal cruelty, and other extreme content for status within the group. A core leader pleaded guilty in federal court to conspiracy to sexually exploit a child; he faces 15–30 years in prison. FBI Director Kash Patel described the plea as the latest victory in dismantling the network, noting a nearly 500% increase in 764-related arrests the previous year with more than 350 active investigations nationwide. The broader FBI and HSTF multi-agency efforts (including with HSI and local partners) continue to focus on identifying and recovering exploited or missing children through task-force operations, victim identification, and predator arrests, with recent examples including multi-agency recoveries of dozens of missing children and teens in coordinated actions such as those on Long Island. Officials emphasize that many specific rescues remain non-public until completed for operational security. Please support these heroes. They are putting their lives on the line every day.

The CMS anti-fraud task force announced its findings on improper Obamacare subsidies. They found that taxpayers were paying for duplicate coverage for people that have died. Improper enrollments of people who were not even aware they had been enrolled, with 189,000 subsidized Obamacare enrollments when the enrollee already had Medicare, Medicaid or CHIP coverage. This action is estimated to prevent about $738 million in improper payments this year alone and over $1.5 billion annually. The bottom line is Dr. Oz wants us to know that our federal programs and subsidies are now being truly safeguarded for those who truly need them, and not for scammers or fraudsters.

Week 91 gave us many surprising kick-twists. Who would have thought that we would see a Tesla Roadster lift up vertically surge forward, do a flip in mid air, clearing sever obstacles, including the cab of a tractor-trailer semi, and land soft as butter! President Trump is the first president in modern history to actually lower prescription drug prices, delivering the biggest drop in 63 years. President Trump has created more than 1 million private sector jobs in his second term, including nearly 112,000 factory construction jobs and 72,000 manufacturing jobs this year alone.

Official DOJ and FBI reports on efforts like Operation Iron Pursuit show FBI leadership with all 56 field offices, U.S. Attorneys’ offices, state and local agencies, HSI, U.S. Marshals, Victim Services, and partners such as NCMEC.

Recent New York recoveries involved nearly 40 agencies. Homeland Security Task Forces add nationwide coordination across 20-plus federal agencies and 440 state/local partners, including child trafficking cases.

How long has this problem of child trafficking been around? How were we misled, misinformed and duped? Well, ten years ago it was Pizzagate, and with Democrats in office it turned into Open Borders resulting in Unaccompanied Minors smuggled into our country by cartel and gang members and put into the hands of traffickers and unvetted sponsors by Biden’s HHS.

The Children… all children, our children, the children of the world… deserve truth and justice.

How are they correcting the wrongs being done to children? Who are the ones out front and center driving this effort to find the missing children?

HSTF is co-led by FBI and HSI with a nationwide network of 30 regional task forces. It prioritizes dismantling human trafficking and smuggling networks, especially those involving children, as one of its core threat categories. Specific named rescue operations are generally not announced in advance for operational security. Public reports confirm HSTF is producing results. Examples include a July 2026 LA operation that arrested 10 gang members on sex trafficking charges and identified at least 51 victims, a January surge with 507 arrests and 257 victims identified (including 27 children), and recent actions such as 144 arrests in Las Vegas Operation Loaded Dice with major seizures. Details typically emerge after operations conclude for security reasons.

Fraud Committed to Smuggled Unaccompanied Minor Children through Biden’s Open Borders

According to the official HHS ORR memorandum, the six forms of fraud in the prior UAC Program were: fraudulent identity documents (most common, including fake IDs, licenses, passports, birth certificates); manipulated photographs; address fraud; fingerprint fraud; sponsors failing to disclose all household members; and UACs misrepresenting their age. These enabled releases to unvetted sponsors, sometimes resulting in abuse or worse.

HHS under Sec. RFK Jr. strengthened sponsor vetting with mandatory household fingerprints, biometrics, and ID checks starting in 2025, and cleared a 65,000-report backlog. ORR has located roughly 157,000 previously released children and continues searching for over 85,000 more. FBI Director Kash Patel leads intensified efforts locating missing kids and arresting thousands of predators and traffickers. DOJ pursues related prosecutions.

If it wasn’t for President Trump, none of those children would be reunited with their families. FBI reports under Director Patel show strong results on this front. Operations have yielded thousands of predator and trafficker arrests (with notable percentage increases over prior periods), thousands of children located or rescued, millions of online predator accounts dismantled, and ongoing weekly successes like dozens of missing kids recovered in recent multi-agency efforts. But President Trump has pushed for completion, for the whole entire operation to go the distance and get the job done.

What is Logan’s Law and how will it help?

Logan’s Law is a proposed bill for a public national registry of violent offenders (force/threat convictions, 180+ day sentences). It boosts data sharing and accountability. AG Blanche backs it to keep repeat felons off streets by closing record gaps. Logan’s Law creates a national public registry of violent offenders (force/threat convictions over 180 days) and mandates better interstate/federal data sharing on fingerprints and records. This closes gaps that hinder tracking repeat offenders. FBI Director Patel has called it critical for the data the Bureau relies on. HSTFs (FBI-HSI co-led) target trafficking and child exploitation among other transnational crimes, so fuller records would aid their work identifying predators with violent histories.

Formed under EO 14159 in January 2025 and fully operational by September, HSTFs (FBI-HSI co-led, 30 regional + 29 satellite offices) reported major results. The 2025 September Surge alone yielded 3,266 arrests and over 91 metric tons of narcotics seized. 2026 operations continue with large takedowns, including 144 arrests and 1,124 kg drugs in Las Vegas, multi-kilogram fentanyl seizures, 1,500+ firearms recovered, lengthy sentences, and extraditions targeting cartels, gangs, trafficking, and related crimes.

Their EO mandate also prioritizes child trafficking cases specifically, with ongoing multi-agency rescues and predator takedowns beyond the drug/gun stats. Federal agencies including the FBI, HSI, and US Marshals conduct continuous investigations and operations against child trafficking and exploitation networks. Many remain non-public by design until arrests or rescues occur, to protect ongoing work. Recent public examples and official statements confirm this priority continues through task forces, victim identification, and targeted enforcement.
