Today’s word is TRANSCEND. To rise above everything that tries to pull us down and hold us there. When our path comes across people that aren’t in a positive mindset, we can try to remember that we just don’t know what that person has been through or what they are currently dealing with until we’ve walked a mile in their moccasins. We just don’t know. On the other side of the coin, when we see someone who is doing well, sometimes we feel like we are somehow less. It is impossible to compare ourselves to others, really. But, we do have a tendency to do so, and we typically see ourselves as lacking in some way. We may not have cleared the messages that play in our heads from parents, relatives and teachers who were overly critical. Those messages tend to play on tapes in a loop through our brains until we become aware enough that they are merely crumbs from the past and have no bearing on now onward. We stop the tape and unplug the tape machine, able to fully grasp the steering wheel of our lives. If we could only see ourselves the way God and the Angels see us we would never listen to a word on those tapes again. When we stand next to others and give them permission to shine, we both win, we all win.
Here are the tips and tools to transcend.
- Go into the fear and clear it out, Feel it, understand it, rise above it, clear it out.
- Don’t ever look at yourself as less than anyone else… ever.
- Keep that high-vibing, self-generating light that is inside bright and feeding you all the time.
- Accept yourself as you are. I AM ENOUGH. I AM. Claim your existance.
- Stay rooted in peace and be the absolute.
- If you get rattled, focus on your breath and stay grounded.
- Don’t buy into the disparaging messages that may play in your head. You are in command.
- We have the strength to weather any kind of storm.
- Breathwork does wonders. (see below)
- Align your path with your highest good.
- Concentrate on filling our core with Light. Nothing else can get in.
- Stand on solid rock, that way someone else’s mood will not pull at us.
- Take care of yourself first, then another. Put on your oxygen mask before helping the person next to you.
- Stay grounded in peace, grounded in Love, focused on our breath.
- Be in the flow of Mother Earth’s life-Force energy. When we are in flow, our bodies don’t need to work as hard, and has the resources it needs to restore and renew itself. In flow, you feel carried like in a stream. Everything feels effortless.
- Talk to your body. Thank it. Tell it how well it is doing.
- Envision with intention. Give commands.
Breathwork
Breathwork means just what it sounds like, it is working with the breath. By making use of the outbreath, we can focus on exhaling out blocked energy, tension and emotion from the body. Then, by using the inbreath, we can bring more of what we want into our bodies and our lives. For weightloss, we can breathe out heaviness and baggage, and breathe in fitness and wellness. For abundance, we can breathe out lack and limitation, and breathe in wealth and abundance. This can be done while taking a walk, utilizing the power of forward motion.
If we are stressed, we can focus on counting. Breathe in for a count of 5, hold for a count of 3, breathe out for a count of 7. Keeping count helps us regulate our brainwaves and can serve as a stress reset by removing us from any sort of panic or anxiety.
