Blessed Jesus,

We humble ourselves before You, Lord.

Submit our pride and arrogance to You,

Graciously admit our flaws,

On this day, we ask You to pour

Your Strength into Our Weakness,

To let no weapon against us prosper,

Lift and heal; Light and guide.

Protect our children; keep them safe,

Uphold Our Nation,

May it be One Nation under God

Thank you God for the gift of Life,

The gift of this day.

Thank you for transforming our world.

For shining the Light into darkness,

Exposing and upholding Truth,

For all to see, acknowledge and accept,

For the breath in our lungs, strong bodies,

the life-blood in our veins.

We thank you Lord for Your gracious generosity,

Your mercy and grace.

Come into our hearts and into our lives,

Our families, friendships, schools and our communities,

King of Kings, Lord of Lords,

Merciful Healer, Wonderful Counselor.

Thank you. We Love You.

In the Name of Christ Our Lord, Amen.
