Week 93 was the week the Trump Administration went ghost hunting, and the ghosts lost. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent and the Anti-Fraud Task Force pulled back the sheets on fraud rooted in Minnesota: 81 subjects charged, 17 search warrants, 115 fraudsters arrested, and $8 Billion in suspicious wire payments. Nationwide, over $260 billion in fraud has been uncovered, with about $72 billion a year now blocked from reaching illicit actors.
And the Fraudbusters want your help! Treasury spotlighted its new whistleblower portal at America.gov/fraud, backed by a $25 million Fraud Whistleblower Incentive Program. To report health care or Medicare and Medicaid fraud, call the HHS tip line at 1-800-HHS-TIPS (1-800-447-8477). President Trump raised the stakes even higher with $1 Million for tips on voter fraud in past elections or the upcoming 2026 Midterms, paid upon the arrest and conviction of those who created the fraud. Arrests of illegal voters are surging, and seniors now have their own line of defense, the new Elder Fraud Hotline at 833-FRAUD-11. The New York Times also reported that Alaska Democrat officials searched for a candidate with the same name as Republican Dan Sullivan to confuse voters and take votes from him.
President Trump delivered $8 Billion in fuel cost Harvest Relief Program for American Farmers. Dairy prices are dropping at the grocery stores. With $11.3 Trillion in new investments in America, jobs are on the rise adding 72,000 manufacturing jobs so far this year after losing more than 200,000 in Biden’s final 2 years. Wages are up 3.5 percent after adjusting for inflation showing that President Trump is looking out for the American worker and bringing more jobs back home.
Help for American families and workers kept rolling in. Two new proclamations protect American manufacturing by finding that imports of wind turbines, robotics and industrial machinery threaten our national security. The $275 million Nurses for Nursing Homes program offers nurses up to $40,000 in loan repayment or a $10,000 stipend to serve three years in rural and short-staffed nursing homes. And the America First Seafood Strategy launched Seafood.gov and a new “U.S. Caught Seafood” label so families can buy American.
Ex-presidential candidate Flavio Bolsonaro has arrived in the U.S. following a stolen election in Brazil. Secretary of State Marco Rubio signed a Technology Prosperity Deal with Finland and Elon Musk is now a part owner of CNN. An apparent coup took place in Poland and the Truce brokered by our wonderful FLOTUS between Russia and Ukraine in the city of Oleshky began this week in order for humanitarian aid to be brought in for its people. Secretary of State Marco Rubio is holding Rwanda accountable for not abiding by the terms of the Washington Accords for Peace and Prosperity, and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent commented as well. Former FBI Director James Comey was indicted under the Espionage Act for transmitting national defense information.
The Fraudbusters weren’t the only ones cleaning house in Week 93. Alon, Oren and Tal Alexander were each sentenced to 30 years in federal prison for a decade-long sex-trafficking scheme that victimized women and minors. At the border, the 2026 fiscal year closed with the lowest numbers in history: only 98,708 Border Patrol apprehensions at the southwest border, about 95% below the Biden years, and for the first time, zero Border Patrol releases into the country.
The rescues keep coming. The FBI announced that over 12,800 child victims have been identified or located since January 2025, a 62% increase, and over 6,000 child predators and human traffickers have been arrested. In Florida, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office wrapped up “Polk Around and Find Out II,” a seven-day sting that made 281 arrests, including 31 child sexual predators, and identified 11 human trafficking victims. And in Canby, Oregon, U.S. Marshals rescued a kidnapped 10-year-old girl and captured her kidnapper.
