Regarding Loneliness

Someone recently asked me what I recommend for deep feelings of loneliness. My immediate response was “we are never alone.” With all the disembodied watchers and helpers that I feel around me, the truth is more like, are we ever really alone? Each one of us has a team of guides, angels and helpers. That’s amazingly wonderful, but a little esoteric. We can be the biggest badass in the world but still crave a little warmth of human compassion and companionship. So, I’ve put my thinking cap on, pulled out some of my healing books and asked my heart for answers…

Starting with the obvious, suggestions would be getting a pet, some fish, a few houseplants, collecting some rock specimens, or planting a garden. I talk to all of these around me, including the trees in my yard. I never feel alone with these friends around me. Hobbies are a fun way to spend alone time and there are so many online groups that can be joined where one can post pictures and share progress reports, as well as giving pointers and mentoring newcomers. Another way that beats loneliness is to do something nice for someone without expecting anything in return. It can be done anonymously or not, but I promise that the warmth one feels when doing this is personally rewarding. Along those lines, self-love and self-care is important. Whenever we are feeling lacking in any way, we need to try to give it to ourselves first and foremost. Try a little different perspective and see alone time as an opportunity for self-development by studying something that will improve your life in some way. Often, that investment in oneself pays off in dividends later with new doors opening to rewarding friendships. Taking a class in something like yoga, tai chi, tai chi chih, or qigong will help one channel their own life force, which will aid in opening to profound feelings of connectedness and expansion.

I must state that I am not a physician and am only sharing research, please do your own research and decide for yourself what is safe and helpful for you. Here is a rundown of some things I found:

  • If one is experiencing acute feelings of loneliness, similar to panic attacks, my advice is to try the EFT tapping sequence that I posted a few weeks ago in my post entitled “Calm and Strong.” (Video here: https://youtu.be/WhoOhJMTVso)
  • Gemstones that one can keep in their pocket or hold in their hand to assist with feelings of loneliness are Garnet, Rose Quartz and Snowflake Obsidian. Rocks emit a frequency and that frequency can assist in rebalancing the body.
  • There are also aromatherapy oils that can help such as Rose, Sandalwood, Frankincense, Bergamot and Orange Blossom. https://www.aromaweb.com/recipes/loneliness.asp
  • Sound vibration therapy can also be effective in alleviating feelings of isolation. You don’t need to get fancy, just striking a 432hz or 528hz tuning fork and holding around the body can smooth out human energy fields and realign one with the energy of Love.
  • Bach Flower Remedies that can give aid for loneliness are Heather, Impatiens and Water Violet… and I always add Rescue Remedy to the list because it is a versatile powerhouse. https://www.original-bachflower.com/dr-bach-therapy/7-bach-flower-groups/loneliness/
  • Getting outside to take a walk in nature with fresh air and sunlight raises serotonin levels and helps boost vitamin D. Also, try Earthing. https://draxe.com/health/earthing/

  • The Homeopathic Cell Salt Kali Phosphoricum 6x can be helpful to bring nerves into balance.

With all we have been through the past couple years, family strife and loved ones lost, I sincerely hope that something here can be of assistance. I just want you to know that in these changing times, it is not uncommon to feel lonely. We are all adjusting to frequency fluctuations and recalibrating to new markers which can throw us off in lots of ways. We may be missing our families, but as members of the human family with sparks of God within us, we are assisting in the ascension process simply by being here, open and aware… each Soul valued as a fellow traveler on the path of life here on Mother Earth. We are loved and appreciated by God and the Universe and I do not lie when I say that we truly are never alone. <3
