So, you let something or someone get to you and you let your behavior get out of hand.  You’re looking back now and feeling ashamed of yourself, or you’re on the verge of escalating things for justification’s sake.  Your heart’s racing, you’re ready to fight or flee.  Wherever you are in the process, just stop and take a few minutes to reflect.  You can go back and get into it if you so choose, but take a time out before you do.

Bypass any shame for a minute.  Just put it in suspension.

If you could see the situation from the vantage point of your higher self, you may have done things differently, but you certainly wouldn’t be shaming yourself.  Right now, this very moment is a golden chance to do something differently.  It allows us to clear that last moment’s energy and drive our life experience on the higher road.  If we want a life with more joy and happiness, then we must avoid detouring down onto the road of non-love.

Take a look at the situation.  Who is in survival mode… and why.  What is the story they are playing out?  Where is the fear?  The truth is, at our essence each of us is Love and anything else is an illusion.  Anything other than Love is just play acting on a stage in order to have an experience with eachother.  That is something we have been doing.  That is what we are used to.  But now, if we are waking up and living life authentically as Love, we need to choose differently than we have in the past.  We need to choose to be Love.

And that includes forgiving and not shaming ourselves, or piling on the “I should have done this or that” thinking.  Just don’t go there.  We can then elevate our experience into the new energy by speaking the way the highest version of ourself would do.  “I am Love.  You are Love.”

Let’s elevate things into this new higher vibration, which, by the way, is bringing all of this up now in order to let us look at it before we let it go with Love.  There is more energy coming in the new year and more growth.  We need to get past this so we can be ready for what comes next this spring… and then it’s game-on for all of us Lightworkers.  We will be the wayshowers for all the rest who are confused and just waking up.
