“The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace.” (Romans 8:6)

Father,

Now as we witness the crumbling of old systems governed by fear, we turn toward our new experience, which is based on Love. We came to this conclusion naturally, Father. Our values have changed as we have changed. We are more love-based now because you loved us first. We are gathering up everything we hold dear… our families, our pets, our friends, places, experiences, things… and we are putting out our arms and scooping them up and holding them close to us. In this way, Father, we are doing the important job of sorting what we really want to keep, and letting go of all the rest. We are making room for actual living of life, Father, such an important thing to do now that old fear-based gut reactions are dissipating.

Just as darkness is being transformed by the Light, our lives are changing as we claim what we love in humility and appreciation. As we sort through the possibility of experiences available to us today, we choose the ones that bring us joy and loving interactions that have value and pay off in dividends, without ulterior motives. We choose to act in integrity over selfish gain, and we choose to feed our spirit with an open heart that loves fiercely and walks bravely. As we muster the courage to put our claim on the things we value most, we are heartened by your promise of the fall of darkness, and the rise of your Children of Light.

Father,

Thank you for the gift of this day. A chance to be alive. Today we want to ask for unity among your children. The darkness seeks to divide, Father, so we seek to undo that dark work and find our common ground, our humanity. For there to be the feeling of harmony in the people, as Jesus sought when he prayed “May they all be one, just as, Father, you are in me and I in you…” (John 17:21) We find that we gain more unity not when we focus on eachother, but when we focus on the common thread that flows between each of us, which is You. We are united when we consider ourselves all to be your children.

Allow us to feel that unity again, Father. To lift the miasma of division and separation that have been thrust upon us like an infestation. To clear the falsities that poison beliefs. To bring Light to old ideas and lift them into the living realm of higher thought with heart. To transform bitterness into possibility. We pray for peace among the nations. We pray for a unified approach for standing in the Light against the darkness. When we realize that we are united because of your undying love for us, then we feel the unity in belonging to eachother. “That there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another.” (1 Corinthians 12:25)

Father, we pray that we will cognize what we can accomplish together. That it will become our common focus. Bless us with the ability to work in unity as one well-oiled machine. Bless us with the clear understanding of what our part is and how to do it best. Bless us with the gift for forward momentum, so that we make progress together, effortlessly with the wind at our backs.

Father,

We’re grateful for the gift of each moment. To be able to experience the simple pleasures of life such as feeling the warm sun on our faces and the cool breeze that brushes our skin. Thank you for allowing us to swim in an ocean of your love so vast and deep. To be so awake and alive as to freeze that moment and touch it, feeling into all the intricate design that is the miracle of your creation. “Mercy, peace and love be yours in abundance.” (Jude 1:2) May we experience miracles today, may the magic of creation conspire to bring beautiful happenings into our existence. To comfort and lift a weary world. We know it is possible because you make it so, Father. “For nothing will be impossible with God.” (Luke 1:37) With you there are endless possibilities, and we promise to look for them, instead of automatically going into complaint, instead of only seeing the negative. We will expect good things to happen again.

Bless us today. Thank you for all the wonderful experiences of life coming back to us, growing in number and expanding life’s sweetness. May everyone remember those good things of life again, and choose to make good things a part of their lives creating a brighter future, now.

Father,

And so begins another opportunity to learn and grow today. To experience inner freedom when we address our fears as they come up. This is not a world of fears anymore. We’ve outgrown them and we’re tired of being controlled by them. Help us see and understand our fear so that we can let them go to make room for new growth. While we do this we will remember to stay grounded in our faith, as much as possible. To stay steady as winds may try to blow us off the rock. Such is the nature of a storm. Father we know this storm is clearing out much that is unneeded. As we observe revelations of truth as they unfold. Thank you for this opportunity to learn more truths. Yes, please we do want more truth exposed, Father, thank you. “The Lord is near to all who call on him, to all who call on him in truth.” (Psalm 145:18)

Help us walk the straight pathway and enter through the proper gate, the one that is right for us. Guide us with the light that is the lamp to our feet. Renew our strength and resolve during this challenging time. Help us stay steady, though the winds of change may blow. Help us stay strongly on our path, no matter how hard those winds try to push us off track. Keep us surrounded by your light, by your protection. Keep us in truth as we put our hands to work, always in honor and service to you.

“But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves. For if anyone is a hearer of the word and not a doer, he is like a man observing his natural face in a mirror; for he observes himself, goes away, and immediately forgets what kind of man he was. But he who looks into the perfect law of liberty and continues in it, and is not a forgetful hearer but a doer of the work, this one will be blessed in what he does.” (James 1:22-25)

Father,

We thank you for the gift of this day. We thank you for choosing us to serve during this important time. Thank you for the many blessings bestowed upon us every day, for giving us everything we really need, in abundance during this time of change. Bless us with a strength that allows us to thrive in this world. May we never lose our faith amidst the tumult, the nations are in agony, the bewilderment over the clamor of oceans and waves. May we not be swept away by panic. “Then the King will say to those on his right, ‘Come, you who are blessed by my Father, inherit the Kingdom prepared for you from the creation of the world.” (Matthew 25:34)

Father we pull from the Light that is inside of us, the light that comes from you, from a special place within. It is an endless supply of love and support. We shine it, we share it with our neighbors who need it most. So important during this time, Father, that as we witness, as we become aware of cruelties that shock us, that we do not take them in. We are reminded to let those who committed the sin be responsible, and we are endorsed by You, Father to hold our ground and shine our light on them. Their sin is not our sin. Their sin is theirs. “They will be condemned at the time of judgment. Sinners will have no place among the godly.” (Psalm 1:5)

We honor you, Father, by keeping our own Light sacred and protected, without fear of losing it, because from You, the truth is that nobody can take it away from us. It is ours. A gift from you of your holy intrinsic seed. As we nurture it, as we fight for what is right, that seed has grown into a mighty oak. So strong and vital, that we can merely stand in our power, granted by you, in peace and confidence, strong in our faith, while those that committed wrong pay their price. “Show your fear of God by not taking advantage of each other. I am the LORD your God.” (Leviticus 25:17)
