“For everything that was written in the past was written to teach us, so that through the endurance taught in the Scriptures and the encouragement they provide, we might have hope.” (Romans 15:4)

Father,

As we walk through this pathway of changes, we observe new truths emerging out of the dust and miasma. We spend our time hacking away at confusion using swords anointed with truth and honed with Your Light. May the words that we choose hit their mark and may truth prevail in all possible ways. Renew our strength, Father, allow us to be the steady hand in the midst of chaos. “And you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” (John 8:32)

We stand together against the darkness and we shine into it. “For at one time you were darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light.” (Ephesians 5:8) Together, as your children of Light we are an impenetrable force. The darkness cannot overcome it. May we always be renewed in our faith and restored in Spirit, guided by your hand. May we always be able to discern truth from fallacy. May we always express your love in action and may we never grow weary.

Bless our day, our loved ones, our journey and the work of our hands. May we rise up as we remain humbly in service to you.
