Self-Healing With The Archangels

Archangel Metatron works with vibration. Years ago, I learned to ask, “Archangel Metatron… Please raise my vibration as high as it will go.” And then I would feel my internal hum rise and get stronger. Now that I’ve been actually seeing energy, and doing all sorts of work in my sleep, I experienced something the other night that is kind of fun and astounding. I was consciously working on my vibration and asked Metatron to raise my vibration like I always do. As I felt it rise, I saw a neon blue green concentric geometric circle appear. I just knew it was Metatron and I thanked him. Then, in response, an outer geometric pattern sprang from the center. I was so pleased to experience a wink from the great master.

I wanted to re-create Metatron’s “wink” (as closely as I could) in a mandala and here it is. I’ve asked Metatron to infuse it with his energy so everyone can have their own experience. Go ahead, ask him.

Healing with Archangels can be powerful and amazing, and we are always treated with immense love and care. No, they are not too busy, they want to help us. Particularly now in this new energy. Archangels are omnipresent, just as God is, so do not worry you are taking them away from someone else. They can be helping you and others at the same time. We only need to ask them.

Archangel Michael can cut cords of old wounds from others who are sucking our energy, and attachments to people and things that are not serving us well. When we call on him to help cut us out of a mess, we can visualize him using his sword, scissors, a chainsaw, a welding torch… whatever we wish him to use to cut off or cut out attachments.

We always want to follow that up with healing and that is Archangel Raphael’s wheelhouse. We can call on Archangel Raphael to transform/transmute and heal areas being worked on, or our whole body. We can ask Archangel Raphael to heal us while we sleep… every night if we want. We only need to ask before we go to bed at night or take a nap during the day. If you would like to go into a career in the healing or medical profession, Archangel Raphael is the one to help you get the money, schooling and job your need to be of service. Just ask.

Sometimes we just need a little 3D physical validation that this is happening or has happened. Ask for a sign. But, remember to keep your eyes open and your brain mindful and open for that sign. A feather is a common one.

If you see colors with your eyes closed, seeing a color in your mind’s eye can sometimes denote an Archangel is present. Please note, these colors are not a hard and fast rule… some may use different colors with different people for their own reasons. You will have to grow your understanding as you develop your relationship with them. Don’t worry, they will help you along. If they see you are interested and curious, they will teach you.

A (very) general small list of Archangels (and one Saint), their colors and their specialties. There are many more, but this is a great place to start some work.

Michael– Blue- Help, cutting away, protection
Raphael– Green- Healing
Metatron- Blue/Green- Vibration & frequency
Uriel- Red, Purple, Green- Wisdom
Gabriel- Orange- Messages
Chamuel– Pink- Find lost things, Peace
Saint Germain- Purple- Energy Healing

Saint Germain may not necessarily be an Archangel, but he is a very helpful healing Ascended Master. You can call on him for energy healing while doing daily maintenance of clearing and healing. He can also rework your whole energy field during a deep self-healing experience. He is associated with a violet purple color. If you are interested in being an energy healer yourself, ask St. Germain. He can make it happen.

Open your eyes. Wake up. Your world is trying to interact with you every moment, wherever you are. As you walk by a bush, it is saying hello to you. There are messages in the clouds. If you are sitting in the sun and getting hot, a breeze comes by and kisses your skin to cool you off. Birds tweet a hello to you. Snowflakes put on a special dance just for you. Rain makes your air clean and new. The world is brighter just because you are in it.

Vibrational Healing

Atoms and molecules are the building blocks of matter. A solid object made up of molecules may be sitting still to our eye, but looking at them microscopically, they are still moving albeit verrrrrry slowly. Gas molecules move more rapidly. Gasses are lighter and float. The example of water becoming ice when the molecules slow down in freezing cold and steam when they speed up with heat shows how higher vibrating molecules are lighter.

When we are happy, we tend to feel lighter. Emotions such as love or joy make our whole body vibrate at a higher rate. Sadness and depression can make us feel heavy and slow. Think of all the molecules that make up our body. They vibrate differently due to our activity level, our mental and emotional state. When we interact with others, we affect eachother with our vibration. We need to keep that in mind in order to make better choices in how we act, react and interact. With so many of us on our planet interacting, one little positive influence can carry a long way.

Dr. Wayne, in his article Do You Make A Difference? writes, “By raising your own frequency of vibration only slightly to a place where you regularly practice kindness, love, and receptivity, and where you see beauty and the endless potential of good in others as well as yourself, you counterbalance 90,000 people somewhere on this planet who are living in the low-energy levels of shame, anger, hatred, guilt, despair, and depression.” That is a very big difference indeed. So, just by smiling at someone, or telling someone how much you appreciate them and how they make a difference in your life, you effectively raise the vibration of the whole planet just a little bit.

Medicine uses vibration in a couple of ways. Ultrasound therapy is now used to treat muscle and bone fracture healing and now even treating Alzheimer’s Disease. The vibration caused by sound waves emitted by a blunt metal wand help stimulate healthy tissue production. Also, low-level laser therapy, or cold laser therapy, is being used to treat dogs with arthritis, tendon or soft tissue injuries and to promote wound healing. The vibration of the tissue triggered by the laser increases circulation and cell regrowth. Energy healing such as Reiki is a natural form of vibrational therapy. We get this energy when we listen to certain types of music or walk in nature, but some people have been opened to channel healing energy through their bodies and out their hands. It is entirely safe and one of the fascinating miracles of our evolving world today.

In 1967, Hans Jenny published about his experiments (building on the earlier work of Rudolph Steiner) creating vibration using an oscillator connected to a metal plate. On this plate he placed a variety of substances such as sand, dust and fluids. The oscillator could produce a broad spectrum of frequencies, and he tried different types of sounds and music with different substances. As the substances vibrated, they organized into different structures creating patterns similar to those found in nature, and amazingly, looking like a mandala.

One amazing experiment playing the sound of a voice singing an OM chant upon a powder created the pattern of a circle with a dot at the middle, which coincidentally is one of the symbols for OM.

He observed that the patterns were geometric and mathematical in nature, and changed depending on where he applied the vibration, the substance he used, and the frequency of the vibration. This type of study is called Cymatics and it is just fascinating. If we take that simple understanding, we can use our voice, music, mood and intention to uplift others as we go about our life.

The Golden Ray Healing Mandala above was created by me. Like my other mandalas, it is a labor of love. It’s purpose is to help us all heal and live in a higher vibrational state.

Our Expanding Consciousness

“There’s a plane of awareness that you can opt to live at, wherein you can, if you are willing to change your concept of yourself as an ordinary being, find yourself fulfilling any and all wishes that you have for yourself. It begins with changing your concept of yourself.” These are the words of Dr. Wayne Dyer in his article, Extraordinary You!

We are so much more than we realize. As we go about our day to day existence, we deal with chaotic life, strive to pay the bills, generally just work hard to improve our existence. But what if there was a higher part of us that exists in higher realms, a part of us that sees all from such a high vantage point, that all those daily problems that preoccupy our minds, look trivial.

Dr. Wayne continues, “The ideal of your soul, the thing that it yearns for, is not more knowledge. It is not interested in comparison, nor winning, nor light, nor ownership, nor even happiness. The ideal of your soul is space, expansion, and immensity, and the one thing it needs more than anything else is to be free to expand, to reach out and to embrace the infinite. Why? Because your soul is infinity itself. It has no restrictions or limitations—it resists being fenced in—and when you attempt to contain it with rules and obligations, it is miserable.”

If we could find a way to consciously expand our awareness, such as in daily meditation, and still continue to pay the bills and take out the trash, until there comes a point where we are living our physical life from a higher vibrational, greater perspective. In order to do that, we must let go of the fears and pain that are weighing us down. We must find a way to be okay with them, even if we cannot resolve them to our comfort at this time. Then we can embrace our expansion and entirely new possibilities.

Dr. Wayne explains, “A higher concept of yourself involves taking on new truths and shedding your old views of what you can achieve. This is the only way you can achieve your desires. You must begin by replacing your old set of truths with a belief in the existence of a higher self within you. This is akin to doing a somersault and landing in a new reality—a reality in which all things are possible.”

I created the beautiful mandala above with the intention for our expanded healing and awareness. My hope is that it brings magical changes to the lives of all who see it and bring the beauty into their hearts.

I AM as beautiful and expansive as the Universe.

Waking Up

When something has been feeling off, but we can’t quite put our finger on it… When things don’t feel quite right anymore, with no explanation why…

Perhaps the reason things feel different but we don’t know why is that we are waking up. A new higher way of thinking is just organically appearing in our hearts and minds as if it were a flower opening with its petals unfolding. It’s as if a door is slowly opening in our consciousness and new awareness is trickling in. The old way of thinking and doing things just doesn’t work for us anymore. It’s when we feel there is just more to life…

Rumi Dr Wayne.jpg Literally waking up on and around the hour of 3 AM, often, can also be a sign of a spiritual awakening. That is an hour when we are very close to God. It is a quiet time of great inspiration and creativity. For years, I would wake around that time, with an intense feeling like I was working hard on something in my sleep, or being worked on by a close friend or mentor, or God. I now know that I was being healed and re-wired.

We use the term waking up for spiritual awakening because waking up means just what it says, we have been asleep, following along through life as life just happens to us, afraid of a God that judges and condemns us. When we wake up, we see more truth. Our minds and hearts change roles. We do more feeling than thinking. We are becoming more compassionate and connected. We are coming home to the divine within ourselves.

When we look back over the past several years, we can’t pinpoint just when the change occurred, but we know we are different now. We eat differently, live differently, think differently, spend our time differently. There are things we just won’t tolerate anymore. We do some things in new ways for the simple fact that it is the right thing to do.

Or an awakening may come in a powerful moment of realization. Dr. Wayne calls it a quantum moment and he describes it in his blogpost, Wake Up Call from Heaven as this, “It’s easy to see why a quantum moment would be seen as turning life upside down. It’s a complete shift away from the pleadings of the ego and back home to desiring a God-realized life of peace, family, love, and personal honesty.”

Angel’s Love

Mandalas can bring peace and healing. The circular spiraling flow entices us to organically match the divine rhythm of the Universe. Mandala coloring books are very popular. Time spent coloring them can help our focus and can gradually bring energy from the higher realms into our lives. So as we stretch to rise higher, the divine reaches down to us, to pull us up.

About a year ago, I passed a mandala coloring book in a store and did a double-take. I had been seeing mandalas during my sleep for 2-3 years by that time, not realizing what they were or why I was seeing them. Finally I got the message that I needed to work with them and somehow create them.

All our thoughts and emotions are energy. We actually emit energy patterns as we think and feel. Energy patterns are sacred geometry. The basic circle, triangle, square, rectangle, tetrahedron etc. shapes come together in various ways creating patterns. When we put out thought patterns, they hook in like a gear with other things that are similar, and can pull them toward us. This is how the Law of Attraction actually works. This is exactly why we are being told to be very careful of our thoughts. To work now to cancel fears and worries, and steer our thinking and feeling toward more positive things, like gratitude. This is exactly why they say “what we put out, comes back to us.”

Some day soon, we will be able to see these energy patterns, and a whole new form of living and healing will emerge. Right now though, each of us is on a journey to healing and wholeness, then raising the vibration of our lives by living better, happier, healthier… and being kinder and more compassionate with eachother and our planet.

Each and every one of us has Angels around us. They are there to help and guide. If we reach out, and ask for help, the energy is such right now that beneficial change can happen quickly. But we have to ask for the help. We need to speak it and declare it, and then get quiet and listen for the answer. Then we need to be ready to take inspired action. We are supported in every way if we are open to it.

As Dr. Wayne Dyer said in his article 4 Amazing Angel Stories From Children, “Remember, just because you can’t see them, this does not mean that they’re not there. After all, the guidance comes not from anything here on Earth.”

Mandalas and Healing

Do you ever remember learning something in high school that lit a light bulb and amazed you? For me, it was when we learned about atoms. Studying diagrams of electrons circling a nucleus of protons and neutrons, and realizing that it looked exactly like our solar system, in miniature form. That got me always on the lookout for patterns in nature and trying to see how everything is tied together.

Mandalas come in many forms. They are a representation of our Universe, or our connection to it. For centuries, mandalas have been used as a support for meditation. By focusing on the mandala one can connect with the Universe in their own environment. The word mandala means circle in Sanskrit.

I designed this mandala to represent the light growing in each of us, and on our planet. It should give a feeling of inner life glowing and growing from within. That light is a divine spark of God and it is within each and every one of us. As the mandala travels in a circle, it creates a bloom of light pulsating in a circular rhythm, transforming nature into a world of light and love. This rhythm creates a vibration. There is a flow of energy. If we can get into the flow that syncs with the Universe, then we are living in harmony with the music of the Universe.

Mandalas are sacred geometry and sacred geometry is the music of the Universe, in visual form.

Affirmation

I AM the highest and best version of myself.

I flow with the rhythm of the Universe.

I am limitless and a light to the world.

Healing With Sacred Geometry

Sacred Geometry, put simply, is the geometry of life. Everything, just like magnified pictures of snowflakes, has a unique energy pattern. Some are simple, some are very complex. For example, the spiral of a seashell is known as the Fibonachi spiral. It is also found in a pine cone when you look down at it from the top. It is also in the spiral arms of our Milky Way galaxy. Sacred geometry patterns are the divine energy patterns of our Universe. They are the way our Universe flows and interacts. Everything living or non-living has an energy pattern, and that pattern is made of sacred geometry.

The Happiness Mandala above is here to help move our focus toward higher thoughts. The word Mandala comes from the Hindu language and means “concentric energy circle.” Circles represent protection and good luck. Mandalas are linked with sacred geometry in the way that the spiraling movement facilitates the consciousness toward healing. It is a microcosm of the Universe from the human perspective.

The Happiness Mandala above is my own creation as an artist and energy healer. I had been shown it in order to create it and put healing energy into it. My husband also helped me to design it in a very special and unique way. This Mandala exists to help heal. I hope you enjoy and I hope it helps.
