Father,

We pause our work and enter sacred rest. To pause what we are doing and connect inward to You. You want us to do this regularly and often. Why do You want us to do this? When the chaos of the world becomes too much, You want us to come back to center and feel You. To reach back into pure potential and infinite possibilities. To hear You and know what you are saying is truth. To be washed clean of negativity and confusion, and be renewed in Your Light. “Let us, therefore, make every effort to enter that rest, so that no one will perish by following their example of disobedience.” (Hebrews 4:11)

Fill each of us with peace, Father. We allow our thoughts to slow, and come to a peaceful rest, centered in the Love with which You created us. “Be still and know that I AM God.” (Psalm 46:10) To be bathed in Your Light, the Light of The Soul. Thank you Father for cleansing us in this peaceful rest, now. To hear what You want us to know, and be refreshed and renewed.
