Father,

Today we come to You about relationships. We bring to you the relationships with family and friends that are painful and strained. We come to You Father and lay them at Your Feet. We invite You into these relationships. We ask You to come into our hearts for divine opening. We ask You to ease our feelings and we come to a pause. “Be still and know that I AM God.” (Psalm 46:10) Bring us healing for our hearts, Father and help us see what we have not been able to see, until now. For we cannot experience the mercy and kindness of healed relationships if we cannot be open to their possibility.

How will You bring about miracles if we are not willing to give it all to You? And so, we carefully let it all go- the who’s right and who’s wrongs, the injustice from being hurt and harmed, the need for things to happen like we want them to happen- and we turn it all over to You, Father, because holding onto it only keeps things in a deadlock, and that is not in line with the teachings of Your Blessed Son, Yeshua. So we decide now, to relinquish control of our painful and strained relationships, to You, and lay these things that mean so much to us, at Your blessed feet.

So let us come boldly to the throne of our gracious God. There we will receive his mercy, and we will find grace to help us when we need it most. (Hebrews 4:16)

Because, in this time of change in the world, we are willing for everything to be transformed by Your Hand, including relationships, with Your grace and mercy, so that we can grow into a new time, with the strength of kindness, tolerance, understanding, faith and compassion.
