Father,

Inch by inch, You are transforming our lives from the inside-out. You know us each individually, Father. You are the spark of life within us and with the utmost care and respect, You are reaching in and helping us dismantle our own fears, which are at the root of most of our problems. Because it is when our fears get triggered, that those fears become the goggles through which we view the world. Those fears are the crumbs from an old world that once was. You are active in this NOW time and making changes inside us all, and in the outside world as well. “Turn away from evil and do good; seek peace and pursue it.” (Psalm 34:14)

Our fears have taught us much, but it is time to let go of them. Give us the courage, Father, to have an honest look at ourselves and to take a step forward differently, out of our fear, and into a new way of being. Help us find the methods and tools to replace fear with love and the awareness to understand what is happening. “If you know that He is righteous, you also know that everyone who practices righteousness has been born of Him.” (1John 2:29)

Our calm and trust is in You, Father. Allow us to see one another differently. Come into our interactions, our thoughts, words and deeds. Raise us up onto a higher level, on the solid rock that is our faith in You. We know the You have a special purpose for each of us during this time, and that we are on Your lighted path, always pointed North, and always in Your hands.
