Father,

As we prepare our minds for action, we keep sober in spirit, and fix our hope completely with the grace to be opened up, gifted and lifted. Bless us with peace, Father, because we know deep inside that Your Will will be done, no matter what.

As we step into the work ahead, we ask Father, that you help us to see more clearly and love more dearly as we are fed and rejuvenated by the life-giving wellspring that is your divinity. Make us ready to shine into the darkness, illuminating all things for all to see.

We endeavor to clear all doubt, all worry, all fear within ourselves as it says in 2Timothy “Therefore, if anyone cleanses himself from these things, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified, useful to the Master, prepared for every good work” and as we prepare, we are steadied by your hand and endeavor to rise to the level of that which we have been destined.
