Feeding Spirit

While sitting outside this morning drinking my coffee I had a vision of a cloud coming in and bringing packets of information, envelopes opening spilling out information. They first show me a woman’s hands and how there is incredible healing power in those hands in everything she does. By contrast, or complement should I say, they showed me a man’s hands that build and tear down, protect and coax. As I sipped my coffee in the early dawn, listening to the cloud, I kid you not, a dense fog began to descend all around and stayed there for the entire 2 hours that I received and contemplated what I am about to discuss. Absolutely magical, but I’ll let this morning’s pictures tell the story of the fog.

The new awareness coming to the human psyche. It will address addiction in a very surprising way. We will go through experiential change permeating us that will make us feel like we are expanding up and outward like the top of a mushroom. It will take our attention completely off the habits we’ve created and we will be presented with a choice whether to overwrite the need in the brain for any addiction, or to hold onto the addiction (no judgment from me on this<3.) To move forward, just approve the change, say you welcome it, and it will just happen (you can do it right now if you like.)

Humanity is breaking the addiction to needing to watch the old paradigm play out, as if it was a movie whose ending wraps up all the lose ends into a tidy bow. We are taking the reins into our own hands and are now ready to push the shift into the new. The old ways that had been programmed into what life had become had starved us. Products targeted our taste buds with less and less actual nutrients, that kept us on a superficial sensory level devoid of the deep sustaining nourishment that real food affords. Makes me wonder if the story of the loaves and the fishes was really about feeding the spirit. When I say spirit, I’m referring to the part of us that is driving our body. It has been gradually starved from choices being whittled down and funneled into socially acceptable directions that have less and less opportunity to pursue our passions and happiness. Experiences that reach deep inside and feed us. We have been in perpetual survival mode for so long that our addictions sprang up out of the long gradual starvation of our spirit.

When you are creating, ask yourself how your creation will feed the spirit. If you design buildings, look into how the building can generate a positive life supporting energy. As a matter of fact, everything in our environment can feed us on deeper levels, and can aid the restoration of us back to what we really are… gifted beings with the spark of God inside that can affect our reality in surprising ways.

So, to resolve this, have a heart to heart talk with yourself and ask: What do you really want in life? What makes you feel alive? Be honest and get clear on it. Don’t pay any attention to the thoughts that say you can’t do it because______ (fill in blank.) Be prepared to drop every distraction and superfluous thing that you picked up to fill the voids. Just drop them. Now… create what will bring in that thing that really feeds your spirit. Speaking in metaphor, plant a garden that will continually feed your life force energy. By now, wheels should be turning and ideas flinging off.

We’ve been trying to run a marathon subsisting on junk food. No wonder we are so tired. The new point of being here is to learn through expansion of human creativity fueled by our greatest joy and the experiences we can dream up. Ask yourself what will assist you to climb the stairs of vibrational frequency in the coming days, weeks and months. Your answer is the first thing to start creating for yourself, your family, your community and the world.
