Healing Journeys

On my journey of inner healing, I thought I would share one way to do self-healing work. When a trigger or a message comes up, I do a search back through experiences of pain and loss and failure in my life. I look at it and feel into it and search for the origins of the imbalance. When there is someone else involved, I look for the reasons why and how they played the role. I send compassion and forgiveness to them. Then I apply my own compassionate healing, understanding, and unconditional love to myself. Something I say, not nearly often enough, is: I send gratitude and blessings to every person in my life for the role they played. I give thanks for the invaluable lessons they taught me. I ask that person to forgive me if I’ve hurt them in any way, whether I was aware of it or not. I ask that our energy exchange be cleared and transformed into healing for all involved.

My latest healing work inside myself took me to visit how my own self-image has been affected by messages of failure and inadequacy coming from all around… I had to be reminded that we are each created in the Divine image of God, with his spark within. This work we’ve been doing to clear out all the old, I assure you, will be worth it. Loving and accepting everything about ourselves enough to be our authentic self, allows us to move forward more clearly, doing our best work yet.

If you are feeling a little down in any way right now, I want to reassure you that this is all going to be worth it. Stay strong in who you are, and how you’ve been called to serve. God chose you to be here now. You chose to be here now. You are a magical being capable of extraordinary things. Ride at the crest of the energy on the planet right now, do not get pulled down into the churning of the waves.

I’m just a lady with a garden. I’m like many other beautiful Souls that connect with Mother Earth as they tend their own gardens. I am me, I am perfect as I am and in who I am. Anyone telling me I am less than God’s Love in human form, is missing my true beauty. I see the beauty in you, and the God spark in me honors the God spark in you. Namaste.
