Change is constant and inevitable. That is potentially a fearful thought, but not really. We ride on top of the wave of change if we have faced our fears and stood up to them and simply voided them. Despite common knowledge, we are collectively going through a change. We are evolving. World, local and personal events are bringing our fears to the surface. Our job right now is to stand up to those fears and release them as they materialize. This really is the work at hand.
Many are feeling frazzled and not realizing that it could be that they are out of sync with the Earth’s rising vibration. We need to ground ourselves to the Earth to ride the vibration upward with her. In order to raise our own vibration, we need to dump our own personal ballast, weighing us down. That ballast is darkness; it is fear.
Dr. Wayne, in his blogpost tackles the most common basic fear this way…
“Just take a look outside tonight and contemplate the infinity of space. There are stars so distant from you that they’re measured in the distance that light travels in an Earthly year. Beyond those stars that you can see are endless galaxies that stretch out into something we call eternity.
Indeed, the space that you occupy is infinite. Its vastness is too huge for us to see. We’re in an infinite, never-ending, never-beginning universe.
Now pay close attention to this next sentence. If life is infinite, then this is not life.
Read that again and consider that life truly is infinite. We can see this in everything that we scrupulously observe.
Therefore, we must conclude that life, in terms of our body and all of its achievements and possessions, which without exception begins and ends in dust, isn’t life itself.
Grasping life’s true essence could radically change your life for the better. This is an enormous inner shift that eliminates fear of death (how can you fear something that can’t exist?) and connects you permanently to the infinite Source of Creation that intends everything from the world of infinite Spirit, into a finite world.
Learn to be comfortable with the concept of infinity, and see yourself as an infinite being.”
Besides grounding to the Earth, the best thing we can do to help ourselves during the shift is to make it a daily practice to get quiet and connect with our inner light. Whether it be in meditation, while doing chores, while walking in nature, or as we are going to sleep, we need to connect with and feel our connection to God every day in order to strengthen our baseline peace and calm.
It’s not exactly clear what is going to happen, but change is coming, and whatever fear that brings up in us, we need to strengthen our trust in God. We need to void any fears that come up. It could be that the veil that has been separating us and Spirit is temporarily lifted, and we get to see our departed loved ones right next to us, and we get to hug them again. It could be that we have a blissful experience seeing and feeling God’s complete and utter love for us. Perhaps we will become aware of all we have forgotten about who we truly are, and how beautiful and powerful and timeless we are. Some may not experience a single thing (and that’s okay.) One thing is clear and that is each individual will have their own unique experience and it will be what they need, to move forward on their path of awakening and spiritual growth.
Rising vibrations in the body are completely normal and it changes and adjusts. The cells of the body are actually vibrating. This can be misconstrued as a panic attack, or we can have a panic attack when we are out of sync with the Earth. Other physical symptoms such as headaches, body aches, digestive changes, tingling, ringing in the ears, blurry vision, fatigue, heart flutters, can occur. If you are at all concerned, get checked by your doctor, but if nothing is found, it could be “ascension symptoms.” They are temporary until the body adjusts, and then new ones start again until we go through that adjustment, and so on.
If I can shed some light at all on this change, it is that on some level we agreed to go through it. In fact, if we are walking the Earth now in this moment, we came into a life now in order to have a front row seat and experience this wild ride. Some of us came to help others through it. So, remember you are eternal. You are part of God and God’s light shines in you. Be a shining lighthouse to others just by dumping your fears, staying grounded to the Earth, connecting with your inner light regularly, and shining that light wherever you go… no matter what changes occur.
