Along the train tracks of the Nashville & Eastern Railroad, we got to help set up the town of Dry Gulch.

 Where local residents dress up in period costume and put on a show to benefit a local scholarship fund.

As participants ride the train from Nashville to Watertown, the train is robbed by bandits who ride to Watertown, where they are dealt with properly.

 There were townspeople and floozies and bad guys and good guys.

It was a thrill to see…

…kinda like being transported back in time.
