Body Energy Regulation Exercise

This is a useful way to discharge excess energy down into the Earth, much like we do for all electrical systems. It is grounding ourselves and can be used whenever we feel anxious, scared, restless, frustrated or just generally out of sorts. When we raise the energy at our divine core and connect it down into the Earth, we discharge energy and receive energy from the Earth in return in a way that regulates our body’s energy system. Our bodies know how to do this and the Earth knows how to help us. Trust the Earth.

Body Energy Regulation Exercise

  • Imagine yourself standing on the Earth
  • Look inside yourself and find the spark of God.
  • It is at your center right above your belly button.
  • It is God’s spark of life but it is also you.
  • Brighten that light and make it a little bigger.
  • Expand that light until it becomes a vertical lighted column from your pelvis up to your collarbone.
  • Now brighten it and expand it until it fills your entire torso.
  • You are now a luminous lantern.
  • That is your light shining from within.
  • Feel the hum and the tingles in your body.
  • That is your body rebalancing and healing itself.
  • Now expand that light down your legs and out your arms and up to the crown of your head.
  • You should feel a hum or buzzing sensation throughout your entire body. You are now lit!
  • Now feel downward through your feet connecting into the center core of Mother Earth.
  • She welcomes you with open arms, she heals and rebalances you as a loving mother does.
  • She sends renewed energy upward through your feet into your body.
  • This energy circulates throughout you and is available any time you feel wonky (frazzled and restless.)
  • Feel the strength. Feel the balance. Know you are blessed. Know you are loved.
