Dear Jesus,

Thank you for the gift of this beautiful day. Although there is some confusion in the world, You are working inside us to dislodge the grips of the old system that had control of our thinking and our beliefs. You are dislodging the control of the old systems and we are so grateful. As those old systems fall, You are making sure we are ready for bright new things and better ways to do things, and You are doing it with Love. Thank you for blessing us so. All Praise to You for the Miracles that are happening here. As we grieve those who have left us too soon, we are saying goodbye to the old world with gratitude for the myriad of experiences that helped shape us and prepare us for new life. Thank you for choosing us to be here now. Thank you for being our best friend in showing us how to walk this journey in Peace and forgiveness. Thank you O Blessed Savior for giving us this truly great Gift of Life. This incredible opportunity to see and feel and bee the change of darkness to Light.

Thank you, Beautiful Friend, for always being with us, never leaving our side, and always taking care of us. Thank you for always encouraging, lifting us when we are discouraged, renewing us when we get tired, chiding us when we get complacent, and putting your foot down when we stray from being humble. Thank you Precious Heart, for always reminding us of Father’s Love and of Yours. We have come to know Your guiding hand as gentle, but firm… and we are so grateful for all the work and care you put into us to teach us The Way. The teachings to which we gravitate and wholeheartedly embrace. “So commit yourselves wholeheartedly to these words of mine. Tie them to your hands and wear them on your forehead as reminders.” (Deuteronomy 11:18)
