America’s Booming Economy

All the hard work of the past months has built a solid foundation. New investment in America manufacturing and business is bringing jobs roaring back. These are all positive indicators of solid work to put America in a good position. All the indicators are looking good and the American people are more hopeful than they have been in a very long time. The Congressional Budget Office released a report stating that President Trump’s tariffs would decrease the U.S. budget deficit by $2.8 Trillion and the trade deficit has been reduced to half. The price of eggs are 61% less, the price of gas fell again and the stock market is strong. The border is secure and the murder rate is dropping. Inflation has evaporated, and companies are flocking to come and invest in America.

Kilmar Abrego Garcia has been brought back from El Salvador under charges of alien smuggling and conspiracy.
He was apparently operating in an international smuggling and trafficking ring.

They found this was his full-time job. He was a smuggler of humans and children, and women.
He made over a hundred trips smuggling people throughout our country.
MS-13 members, violent gang terrorist organization members, throughout our country.
Thousands of illegal aliens were smuggled, including minor children.
He traded the innocence of children for profit.
He is charged with a very serious human trafficking charge.
Was involved in child sexual abuse.
Was involved in sexual assaults of females being trafficked.
Was involved in several murders of rival gang members.
Upon completement of his sentencing, he will be returned to his home country of El Salvador.
They bring young children into our country and start grooming them at middle school age to become dangerous gang members in our country.
Criminal gang and cartel traffickers will be arrested, prosecuted, convicted and deported where necessary.

Now, it is time for us to codify the President’s Executive Orders into law.” said Congressman Burchett.

Executive Order 14290 codifies President Trump’s directive to end the taxpayer subsidization of biased media. The Corporation for Public Broadcasting Board shall cease direct funding to National Public Radio (NPR) and the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS).

Executive Order 14293 provides regulatory relief to promote domestic production of critical medicines.

Executive Order 14292 improves the safety and security of biological research. Dangerous gain-of-function research on biological agents and pathogens endangers the lives of American citizens.

“My legislation will make Trump’s Executive Orders law by cutting taxpayer funding from NPR and PBS, promoting medicine production here in America, and improving the safety of risky gain-of-function research. The BBB is not an appropriations bill. It does not fund 99% + of government. Zero dollars for Dept of Ed, zero dollars for HUD, zero dollars for EPA. Not a cent. BBB cuts taxes, deports the illegals and reforms welfare. We could have never dreamed of a bill like this in 2017.

In this post, Stephen Miller explains things to clear up some confusion.

One of the bigger points of confusion on the BBB is spending vs tax cuts. The lefty CBO says extending the 2017 tax cuts (preventing their expiration) increases the deficit. Some critics have seen this figure and claimed or implied the bill increases *spending.* Even according to CBO, the bill cuts spending over $1.6 trillion. So when a libertarian (eg Rand) attacks the “deficit” impact of the bill they are attacking the tax cut. Of course, honestly accounted, extending current tax rates has zero deficit impact which is why the bill, because of its spending cuts, reduces the deficit. A second major point of confusion is what’s actually in a reconciliation bill. It is not an appropriations bill, or a general budget bill. It provides no funding or authorization for 99%+ of the operations of government. It was written not by appropriators but some of the most conservative members of the House. It has not a single Democrat provision or vote. The bill has three principal sections: tax cuts, welfare reform, immigration and border security. It is a dream bill.

It has to be in one bill.

The One Big Beautiful Bill cannot be two different bills or a dozen “single subject” bills because then each would need 60 votes to pass the Senate. Reconciliation has various restrictions, but it allows us to codify tons of Trump campaign promises with just 51 Senate votes.

The OBBB has 3 parts:

1. The most significant border security and deportation effort in history, including the entire wall — up front, now, with no possibility of Democrat obstruction. 2. Full extension and expansion of the Trump Tax Cuts (this is what CBO is “scoring” — not spending, TAX CUTS. The ones we campaigned on and pledged!) 3. The largest welfare reform in history, CUTTING almost $2 trillion in spending (net) Item 1 alone (border security + deportation) makes this the most important legislation for the conservative project in the history of the nation.

Stephen Miller: “The only ‘new’ spending in the bill is to defend the homeland and deport the illegals — paid for by raising visa fees. All the other provisions? Massive spending cuts. There is no “pork” in the bill. Just campaign promises.”

How the OBBB will boost small business

The National Federation of Independent Business (NFIB) supports the One Big Beautiful Bill Act because it is one of the most pro-small business pieces of legislation in recent history.

The bill prevents a massive tax hike on over 33 million small business owners, while also providing a tax cut for most small business owners. Here are four major wins in the legislation that will specifically impact America’s small businesses:

Increases and makes permanent the Small Business Deduction. The 20% small business tax deduction (also known as the section 199a deduction), which was scheduled to expire at the end of the year, is increased to 23% and made permanent in the bill. In 2021, 25.9 million small businesses claimed the deduction.

Increases Section 179, Small Business Expensing Cap from $1.25 million to $2.5 million. This will allow small businesses to fully expense business equipment purchases in the first year.

Makes the 2017 marginal rate cuts permanent. Without this provision, 5 out of 7 marginal (individual) income tax rates will rise at the end of the year. Nine out of 10 small businesses are organized as pass-through businesses and pay regular income tax rates rather than the C-corporation rate.

Increases and Makes Permanent the Small Business Estate Tax Exemption. The new exemption thresholds will be set at $15 million for individual filers and $30 million for joint filers.

“The One Big Beautiful Bill Act is one of the most pro-small business pieces of legislation in recent history,” said NFIB President Brad Close. “NFIB urges Congress to continue to focus on small business, especially the permanent and expanded Small Business Deduction that is in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and pass it as soon as possible.”
