Child Trafficking in the CPS and Foster Care System

“Thousands of children in the CPS system go missing each year. If the caseworker does not tell anyone the child is missing, no one will know. As parents‘ ‘rights’ are in the process of being terminated, a CPS caseworker might tell them: ― ‘your child is in a loving home, she is doing well you have no need to worry.’” See this 2017 report on how bad Child Protective Services has become.

This video of a California Judge’s Remarks in CPS’s “Right to Lie” case. Before going to the Supreme Court, CPS made this argument before the 9th Appellate Circuit. At 6 min 22 sec, a judge says in no uncertain terms what CPS wants, the right to commit perjury in courts to take kids. CPS literally asked for the right to lie about a family’s situation in order to be able to take children away.

CPS dishonesty is a matter of court record. These CPS social workers argued all the way to the US Supreme Court that they have the right to lie, even perjure themselves before judges to take kids.
