Thank you Jesus, for the multitude of ways in which You are making Your Presence known in our world. The heart of The People heeds the call of The Way. Thank you for bringing the truth and clarity we crave. Your lessons have provided the direction to withstand assault and resist snares. Your Word serves as a reminder to stand up to injustice and inequality, while knowing the appropriate time to turn the other cheek. Your Presence heralds a time of compassion for making things right, in order to lift up our fellow man as aid for the marginalized and the oppressed. The Blessed Way, has taught us to keenly don the Armor of God in faith, while taking off the yoke of slavery.

Beloved Jesus, Oh Holy King, smite the wicked with Your armies and bring them to their knees. Run them in circles until they are panting and out of options. Remove every weapon from their grasp until they don’t even have straws. Align us with every possibility and potential for success beyond survival. Bring to us the health and healing, reveal to us the peace and truth.

With all that is good and holy, with all our passion and might, help us be the surprising good that completely disarms and overcomes evil. Help us see The Way yet again, Oh Beloved Teacher. Emboldened by the courage of Our Father’s Righteous Right Hand. We will act in common symphony, choreographed in beautiful harmony. “Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.” (Romans 21:12)
