MEMORANDUM FOR THE SECRETARY OF DEFENSE THE SECRETARY OF HOMELAND SECURITY
SUBJECT: Expanding Migrant Operations Center at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay to Full Capacity
I hereby direct the Secretary of Defense and the Secretary of Homeland Security to take all appropriate actions to expand the Migrant Operations Center at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay to full capacity to provide additional detention space for high-priority criminal aliens unlawfully present in the United States, and to address attendant immigration enforcement needs identified by the Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security.
This memorandum is issued in order to halt the border invasion, dismantle criminal cartels, and restore national sovereignty.
This memorandum is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.
- End the chronic disease epidemic- 60% of Americans have a chronic disease. We have Unique and unprecedented allergies, depression, diabetes, arthritis. RFK Jr stated, “We are sinking like the Titanic.” No other nation on Earth is this sick. He says they will reverse the chronic disease epidemic and put the nation back on the road to good health.
- Get toxic chemicals out of our food. RFK Jr: “The Europeans won’t take our food. That’s not good for farmers. We’re also destroying our soil because some of the chemicals that farmers use destroy the microbiome and that causes the erosion of the soil.” Agronomists estimate we have about 60 harvests left before our soil is unusable.
- Restore transparency to public health agencies- RFK Jr says his approach will be “RADICAL TRANSPARENCY.” “If we want Americans to restore [their] trust in the public health agencies, we need transparency.”
- Improve healthcare for all Americans- As Secretary of Health & Human Services, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.
One of the remedies RFK Jr mentioned for healthier food was no-till farming. As an alternative to the use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides, soil reclamation can be done to heal the soil in the following ways:
- Minimal Soil Disturbance: No-till farming avoids the use of plows and other equipment that turn over the soil. This prevents soil compaction, preserves soil aggregates, and maintains a healthy soil biome, which includes beneficial microorganisms, fungi, and bacteria.
- Residue Management: Crop residues are left on the soil surface after harvest. This residue acts as a protective layer, reducing soil erosion, and enhancing water infiltration. It also adds organic matter to the soil, which improves its structure and fertility.
- Cover Crops: Planting cover crops in between cash crops helps to maintain soil cover, prevent erosion, and add organic matter to the soil. These crops can also help in weed suppression and nutrient cycling.
- Herbicides and Organic Alternatives: In conventional no-till farming, herbicides are often used to manage weeds. However, organic no-till farming employs alternative methods such as cover crops, crop rotation, and the use of tractor implements like the roller crimper to manage weeds without resorting to chemical herbicides.
- Soil Testing and Monitoring: Regular soil testing helps farmers understand the nutrient status and health of their soil. This information can guide the use of appropriate fertilizers and other amendments to improve soil fertility and structure.
- Integration of Livestock: In some organic no-till systems, livestock grazing can be used to manage weeds and add organic matter to the soil through manure.
- These practices collectively contribute to the long-term health and fertility of the soil, making no-till farming an effective method for healing and maintaining soil quality.
This is a great moment where it was stated that RFK Jr is the perfect choice to lead our Department of Health and Human Services to help reverse the chronic disease epidemic and to work with our farmers for healthier living. We all want that. The only ones who do not want that are the ones supporting more chemicals in our food and environment which lead to more profits for big pharma and the medical industry.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr: “And if we want Americans to restore trust in the public health agencies, we need transparency. I wanna say something about what you first said. When I launched my campaign, it was about uniting Americans, Democrats and Republicans. There’s no issue that should unite us more than this chronic health epidemic. There’s no such thing as Republican children or Democratic children. These are our kids. 66% of them are damaged. I know what a healthy kid looks like. Because I had so many of them in my family. I didn’t know anybody with a food allergy growing up, peanut allergy. Why do five of my kids have allergies? Why are we seeing these explosions and diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis, neurological diseases, depression, all these things that are related to toxic to the environment? Why can’t we just agree with each other to put differences about so many issues, intractable issues aside, and say, we’re going to end this. I don’t think anybody is going to be able to do this like I have experience because I’ve litigated against these agencies. When you litigate against them you get a PhD in corporate capture and how to unravel it. I’ve written six books about these agencies. I know a lot about them and I know how to fix it and there’s nobody who will fix it the way that I do because I’m not scared of vested interest. I don’t care. I’m not here because I want a position or a job. I have a very good life and a happy family. This is something I don’t need. I want to do this because we’re going to fix it. And the other thing is we are attracting now a caliber of people to HHS, like never before in history. And they’re entrepreneurs. They’re disruptors. They’re innovators of immense talents that are walking away, many of them, from growing concerns. They’re not coming there or positioned. They’re coming there because they want to save our country. And they’re from across the political spectrum. And all these Democrats are opposed to me for partisan issues. They used to be my friends. Agreed with me on all the environmental issues that I’ve been working on for my whole career. Now they’re against me because anything that President Trump does, any decision he makes, has to be lampooned, derided, discredited, marginalized, vilified.”

Why were some of the Senators so rudely rough on Robert F Kennedy, Jr.? Well, some of them are big recipients of money donated to them by lobbyists in the pharmaceutical industry. According to opensecrets.org, in 2020, Senator Bernie Sanders received $1.4million and Elizabeth Warren received $830k (among others.) More people than ever are watching our Representatives and Lawmakers now and we are shocked at the appalling conduct and behavior of some of those Senators in questioning a presidential nominee. One of them even referred to him as a witness. We need better rules for a more civilized questioning during these hearings.
In 2008, RFK Jr testified in front of Congress about the harmful effects of mercury and the alarming amount of mercury in fish. Senator Ed Markey from Massachusetts was the one who invited him, and yet, Senator Markey said “Robert Kennedy Jr. is an unqualified, unserious, and dangerous nominee for US Secretary of Health and Human Services.” RFK Jr. “Nobody called me anti-fish then.”
Just another way for us to truly realize how big pharma has interfered with our lives and manipulated our government.
President Trump Gets Tough on Government Employees
Government Employees on the the federal government payroll, but not showing up to work for decades, even before Covid, while working other jobs. What is that all about? “We think a very substantial number of people will not show up to work, and therefore, our government will get smaller and more efficient. And that’s what we’ve been looking to do for many, many decades, frankly.” Thank goodness they will be pared out of our government to whittle down our debt to become more manageable.
President Trump signs the Laken Riley Act.
President Trump has officially signed the Laken Riley Act into law, which will make it easier for law enforcement to detain & deport illegal aliens. It’s the first bill he has signed since taking office last week.

He said he would secure our borders and that he never would forget about Laken — and he hasn’t. He is a man of his word.” She is very grateful that the tragedy that befell her daughter has been transformed something that will make sure violent criminals and abusers are punished and that it sends a message to others to mend their ways. She said that President Trump is a man of honor, which he definitely is, and that he kept his word.
Honoring the Americans who were ruthlessly attacked and killed. President Trump has met all these families and looks after them to make sure they are okay. This is a president who is not afraid to stand with people and hear their cries. He is strong for them while they tell their stories.
School Choice
Today, President Trump signed the Expanding Educational Freedom and Opportunity for Families. School Choice across all 50 states. Parents get to decide where their children go to school. EXECUTIVE ORDER
January 29, 2025
By the authority vested in me as President by the Constitution and the laws of the United States of America, and to improve the education, well-being, and future success of America’s most prized resource, her young citizens, it is hereby ordered:
Section 1. Purpose. Parents want and deserve the best education for their children. But too many children do not thrive in their assigned, government-run K-12 school. According to this year’s National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP), 70 percent of 8th graders were below proficient in reading, and 72 percent were below proficient in math. Moreover, geographically based school assignments exacerbate the cost of housing in districts with preferred schools, straining the finances of millions of American families sacrificing for their children’s futures.
When our public education system fails such a large segment of society, it hinders our national competitiveness and devastates families and communities. For this reason, more than a dozen States have enacted universal K-12 scholarship programs, allowing families — rather than the government — to choose the best educational setting for their children. These States have highlighted the most promising avenue for education reform: educational choice for families and competition for residentially assigned, government-run public schools. The growing body of rigorous research demonstrates that well-designed education-freedom programs improve student achievement and cause nearby public schools to improve their performance.
Sec. 2. Policy. It is the policy of my Administration to support parents in choosing and directing the upbringing and education of their children.
Sec. 3. Guidance on Supporting State-based K-12 Educational Choice. Within 60 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of Education shall issue guidance regarding how States can use Federal formula funds to support K-12 educational choice initiatives.
Sec. 4. Encouraging Education Freedom through Discretionary Grant Programs. (a) The Secretary of Education shall include education freedom as a priority in discretionary grant programs, as appropriate and consistent with applicable law.
(b) Within 90 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of Labor and the Secretary of Education shall review their respective discretionary grant programs and each submit a plan to the President, through the Assistant to the President for Domestic Policy, that identifies, evaluates, and makes recommendations regarding using relevant discretionary grant programs to expand education freedom for America’s families and teachers.
Sec. 5. Expanding Opportunities for Low-Income, Working Families. Within 90 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall issue guidance regarding whether and how States receiving block grants for families and children from the Department, including the Child Care and Development Block Grant (CCDGB), can use them to expand educational choice and support families who choose educational alternatives to governmental entities, including private and faith-based options.
Sec. 6. Helping Military Families. Within 90 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of Defense shall review any available mechanisms under which military-connected families may use funds from the Department of Defense to attend schools of their choice, including private, faith-based, or public charter schools, and submit a plan to the President describing such mechanisms and the steps that would be necessary to implement them beginning in the 2025-26 school year.
Sec. 7. Helping Children Eligible for Bureau of Indian Education (BIE) Schools. Within 90 days of the date of this order, the Secretary of the Interior shall review any available mechanisms under which families of students eligible to attend BIE schools may use their Federal funding for educational options of their choice, including private, faith-based, or public charter schools, and submit a plan to the President describing such mechanisms and the steps that would be necessary to implement them for the 2025-26 school year. The Secretary shall report on the current performance of BIE schools and identify educational options in nearby areas.
Sec. 8. General Provisions. (a) Nothing in this order shall be construed to impair or otherwise affect:
(i) the authority granted by law to an executive department or agency, or the head thereof; or
(ii) the functions of the Director of the Office of Management and Budget relating to budgetary, administrative, or legislative proposals.
(b) This order shall be implemented consistent with applicable law and subject to the availability of appropriations.
(c) This order is not intended to, and does not, create any right or benefit, substantive or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity by any party against the United States, its departments, agencies, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person.
