Father,

As the world swirls, fill us with a peaceful strength. Help us lift our minds to an upper vantage point, safely out of the fray, with the sight of eagles. We know that what is dissipating is not of You, and so we wash our hands of the old ways of doing things in favor of Yeshua’s elevated rules of conduct. A quiet peace inside where You reside that is directly connected with Your Heavenly Light. “Think about the things of heaven, not the things of earth.” (Colossians 3:2)

When those who have lost power won’t cease their warmongering ways, we stand for what is right, defend our rights and protect those who are vulnerable. We stand in our peaceful strength, in our Light, and won’t budge, and we take action as necessary. We will clothe ourselves with tenderhearted mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience.  We will make allowance for each other’s faults, and forgive anyone who offends us. You forgive us, so we can forgive them. When we clothe yourselves in love, we become part of the song that naturally flows between, the connector of everything in perfect harmony. “And let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts. For as members of one body you are called to live in peace. And always be thankful.” (Colossians 3:15)

Our gratitude today for this blessing of peaceful strength, from which we draw the ability to live as Your true Warriors of Light.
