Born to Win

We have been born to win this day,

Keeping strong above the fray.

It certainly would prove us pro,

To stand up and tell them NO.

We’ve sifted through all their lies,

The discard pile is drawing flies.

A thousand wishes they fly the coop,

To see them gone in one fell swoop.

Truth be told, we’ve built the skills,

We’ve done the work and run the drills.

Yes of course, we’re a little bit tattered,

But we really came through, when it mattered.

We’ve been tempered and honed like steel,

A Godly sustenance for every meal.

Our minds sharp, our focus sees,

Willing to put our fears at ease.

With open hearts, we hold the line,

We fight the dark with every shine.

Forward progress is our battle cry,

We take it back, in the blink of an eye.
