You are a shining Light to the world.

To anyone who is having a difficult time today. I want you to know that you are not alone going through this and that it will not last forever. We are adjusting to a whole new framework of our reality and the energies have been off the charts.

It may feel as if your heart has been ripped wide open. To you who feel as if you are adrift in feelings of vulnerability, tenderness, sensitivity and innocence. It may feel as if you are completely alone even if you are in a room full of people… To you who feel like you are floating and not able to touch the ground… you will survive this.

We are changing internally and as unsettling as it all feels, Christ Consciousness is activating within and connecting us to the Christ Consciousness grid.

Try to relax and know this will all smooth out very soon. I have been hearing the message to surrender every time I feel confused and lost. As soon as I surrender to the process going on inside, it all starts to flow naturally again.

Hang in there. Although there will be more challenges, it will get better. You are loved and we are never really alone.
