We are being challenged to be more balanced as a human family in order to rise up and claim our future. When men and women work cooperatively, the balance in the masculine and feminine is greater than the sum of its parts. Those who experienced friction and abuse by male or female have an interesting challenge here. Even after extensive therapy, there can be bits and pieces still remaining. It can be a struggle to break the memory of unhealed wounds and remnants of old programming. To disconnect the pathways of reacting to threats defensively and filling in those channels with forgiveness and compassion is the key. We are being our own healers and patching Love into what we’ve cleaned out. Being free of all that to be able to consciously create our lives into the life we want. Instead of waiting for the world to fix itself, we can dream it and create it into reality.
Those who are most stubborn to waking up, and are the loudest complainers, perhaps the roots of the problem lie in the stuff they cannot or will not face. Understandably, there are those who will deal with their shadows and those who will not. There are those who have been facing their fears, and clearing their demons, whilst accepting that this is not a process that will end at a certain point, but a life-long or multi-life-long journey. They are settled and ready to work together, no matter what.
Self-actualization through self-realization of the power that we have in working together. Having hope without being addicted to hopium, chronically looking for the next fix of something hopeful to sustain us. Self-sustainable hope must be based in faith and come from the strength of one’s conviction and connection to God. We were programmed to become dependent on hopeful stories by our media. The carrot being held out in front of us in the stories they put out, that we never reach but keeping us hopeful and easily lead in the direction that they want us to go. If I may suggest that we stand strong... eyes wide open, mindfully awake and aware, emotionally balanced and working together, being the carrot for our own selves.
We cannot let our previous wounding keep us from discussing hard truths. Societal etiquette warns us off subjects that are polarizing, but is avoidance the answer though? From my own experience with my husband and his aversion to any kind of discussion about his health, not talking about the elephant in the room means rapid decline. Does that mean we should not have difficult conversations though? Are we to be scared off certain sensitive topics because the powers that be try to deter us? What is happening to Julian Assange is a metaphor for what is happening to us. Although he has great support, he is still imprisoned for publishing uncomfortable truths about the governments that seek to keep him locked up. Once we stop feeling safe to talk about the truth, then tyranny sets in. One of the greatest threats to our safety and well-being is not a virus, it is when the vast majority of people are kept from hearing the full gambit of information. When some information is intentionally suppressed and conflicting information purposely hyped, there is a vast injustice occurring. Joining our voices and working together no matter what, is the key to being heard. More voices speaking in unison, more volume… more volume, more power.
