Halloween is over and it is time for Owlfonz to trade in his wizard duds and get festive for Thanksgiving.  I decided he needed a turkey hat.  Looked up some free crochet patterns here and went to work.

This one is loosely based on the pattern by Stitchin’ Mommy.  I decided googly eyes were best.

A little tuft of hair topped it off, and then it was time for some colorful tail feathers.

Made a quick little color coordinated owl-sized scarf and he was ready to strut his stuff.
