Prayer for the Wisdom of Soloman

We come to you today, asking for the discernment for the path ahead. There are problems plaguing many. Chaos is rising in our world. Much of what we see we cannot imagine being fixed. We ask that you wash us of all the things that are not serving us in our best interest. We ask to be cleansed of old anger, resentment, jealousies, and fear that have no place in our bright future. As we step forward, cleansed by you, into greater knowing, we renew our faith that you will be our guidance, our rock and our salvation. Bless us today with the wisdom of Soloman who asked of the Lord, “So give your servant a discerning heart to govern your people and to distinguish between right and wrong.” (1Kings 3:9)

We ask you to put wisdom in our hearts, Father, just as you put wisdom in the kind heart of Soloman. We ask for the ability to see clearly and to judge wisely. May we have insight and understanding in keeping with your Divine Laws. “And the spirit of the LORD shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the LORD.” (Isaiah 11:2-4) May we stay grounded in faith and hope as we make our next careful steps on the Divine Path you have set before us. Give us a discerning heart to distinguish between right and wrong. May You always Light the way with your everlasting Love for we, your humble servants, your Children of Light.

Prayer of the Balanced Approach

Father,

As we ring in the day, grateful for the chance to rise above the things that plague us, so that we may surpass what trips us up to achieve a form of mental toughness. Toughness in the way that we emulate you in being “full of compassion, slow to anger, and rich in mercy.” (Psalm 103) We will strive today Father to see all things with a balanced focus in order to maintain productive flow, without taking things too personally. To adopt an outlook of aged wisdom, with the innocence of a child. To take on our work with zeal, while pacing ourselves so that we don’t burn all our reserves. To operate with tha mental toughness, while maintaining kindness and compassion for our fellow human beings. To not see things all black or all white but as the more realistic shades of gray that swirl to make up the people and situations we know.

Father we ask that you keep our human family close in your arms with special protection and elevate their messages so that they are carried by the wind from a thousand Angel wings to all ears that can hear. We ask for blessings of health, strength and endurance for all our team members. May we and our loved ones know the impact of your love and tender mercy today and every day, Father, as we open our hearts fully to receive the gift of your miracles, upgrading our lives and clearing our paths.

“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” (Romans) May we step forward in this day with the eagerness and lightheartedness of a child, able to take on whatever the world brings, to carve it into a creation of our choice, and leave it better than we found it. To stare down the darkness one heartbeat at a time, carried on the momentum and loving guidance of your life-giving life-force that is inside each of us and all around us.

Let it be so,

Another Look: The Four Lessons

When I received my Rife Machine I was surprised to find a thin little book entitled “*Liao-Fan’s Four Lessons*” tucked into the box.

This amazing little book inspired me. It was written by a Chinese man who lived during the Ming Dynasty. He wrote the book for his son to tell his story and teach him the rewards of living one’s life with the purpose of doing good deeds out of kindness and with humility. The wisdom was that one can change one’s own destiny that way.

“The mind of an ordinary person is forever occupied by wandering thoughts and therefore his life is confined to the destiny created within yin and yang. We cannot deny the existence of destiny, but only ordinary people are confined to their destinies. Nevertheless, destiny cannot confine those who have done extremely good deeds. This is because the merits accrued from their good acts are so great as to alter their original destinies for the better.” – Liao Fan

Liao Fan also teaches about ways to rectify our faults. “When a person is completely sincere, his mind aligns with the wishes of Tian (heaven.) Therefore, if we can interact with others and handle matters with complete sincerity, good fortune will consequently knock on the door. By observing good speech and deeds, others will be able to foresee the coming of our good fortune. On the contrary, by observing our ill speech and deeds, they will foresee our approaching misfortune. So, to gain good fortune and avoid adversity, we can put the question of how to do good deeds aside for now; first of all, we must rectify our faults. In so doing, we will gradually move in the direction of good deeds.”

Lessons Three and Four concern the ways of cultivating goodness and being humble. He speaks of how accumulating many merits by doing good deeds will bring luck and prosperity to the family for generations going forward. Concerning humility, Laio Fan states that “the laws of Tian take from the arrogant and give to the humble. The laws of Di pass flowing water from areas that are full to those that are lower and have less water. The laws of spirits bring harm to those who are arrogant, and good fortune to those who are modest. Even the laws of humans despise the arrogant and favour the modest.”

Interesting to learn in this little book that Laio Fan was a government official and how the process of one’s elevation in government was based on goodness and merit, being mentored and tested by wise sages in order for one to rise in the ranks. I know this is sounding like a book report, lol, but I could feel a wise calming presence with me as I read the words in this book. You can download the book for free at the site below.
