H.Res. 934: Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that regular journalistic activities are protected under the First Amendment, and that the United States ought to drop all charges against and attempts to extradite Julian Assange.
Please contact your US Congressman and ask them to sign onto House Resolution 934 to retract the charges and extradition request for Julian Assange and to protect journalism under the First Amendment.
We are finding out so much about our three-letter agencies. Finding out they did not have our best interest at heart. That’s kind of shocking and saddening to think that those we entrusted, abused that trust and lied to us about it. Many of us have dealt with betrayal at some point during our lives. It hurts. Our brains go through disbelief and cognitive dissonance. But we are starting to realize that this is being done on a massive scale and we must stand up to it before it gets any worse.
It’s no wonder that people are clambering for government transparency. We learn more with each whistleblower that comes forward and from every release of declassified documents. How many years has it taken for documents to be released that our own CIA may have been behind the death of JFK? By now, anyone responsible for that horrible event is long gone. Where is justice for the public, and for the family? We are too familiar with cover ups and lies. We are finding out three letter agencies have had a hand in controlling governments all over the world in the name of stopping terrorism, but we’ve found out that our government has also secretly been funding the terrorists. Because of Julian Assange, we’ve seen the shocking footage of government committing war crimes against innocent people, in other countries, some were press. Journalists that go into war zones know there is risk, but every journalist would think twice about what they expose after that.
Assange’s detainment sent a message to journalists everywhere to be very careful what information they publish. They have been told to step carefully. Most journalists today know they are under scrutiny. Most won’t even get close to exposing government crimes. Thanks to the Twitter files, we are finding out that the social media and news media is controlled by the CIA and the FBI. We have been finding out that this agency has been getting away with so much devilry, that we do not trust what we are being told anymore. It’s no wonder why citizen journalism is on the rise. The public is trusting ordinary people on the street with a cellphone more than the report on their evening news.
A growing number of people all over the world are yelling for truth. It turns out those pesky three letter agencies have been making mischief in the Assange case all along. Unfortunately truth about the Assange case has been sparse. Stories discrediting Assange have stuck in some minds, but that is changing as court cases emerge such as Kunstler vs the CIA. This case has been brought by Assange’s lawyers whose phones were taken by the CIA when they met with Assange to discuss his case. It turns out that the CIA copied all the information on those phones, violating the Fourth Amendment rights of not only Assange, but of all the other clients of those lawyers.
But the truth is that Assange believed that truth and transparency would solve numerous problems in the world with governments that have gotten out of control. He stood up for the truth and told the world what governments were really doing with the people’s money, in their name. More and more people are catching on that this is where the people need to take a stand and tell their government NO. Assange knew that there would be consequences. He still went ahead and did the right thing. Assange stood for change and he knew it could only happen by exposing these crimes against humanity. He is an exceptional courageous man and he has been detained in horrible prison conditions for years without being charged.
Publisher and journalist, Julian Assange, has been nominated for the 2023 Nobel Peace Prize. The letter written by Professor Marcello Ferrada de Noli, outlining the motivation for Assange’s nomination is a testament to Assange’s work for truth and transparency. People don’t really understand what has been done to Julian Assange, because he has been treated as an enemy by government agencies, when all he has done is tell the truth. Assange exposed government secrecy at the highest level. Can we honestly say the public doesn’t have a right to know or a need to know what their government has been doing in their name, using their money? Assange wanted the truth out about what powerful nations do to people without power who are victims of governments exercising that power, and then covering it up. Publishing the truth allows those governments to reform themselves, but instead they have been using the democratic process to deceive the people and criminalize journalism. Human rights are under threat all over the world. Our actions in support of the public’s right to know and in support of Assange can change the course of human rights globally. Assange’s detainment has been an attempt to silence all journalists for publishing evidence of war crimes, human rights abuses, human rights crimes, and crimes against humanity. For Peace in this world, we need more journalists to stand up and publish the truth, to bring it all out into the Light, in order to keep governments in check.
We are often encouraged to raise our vibration and be grateful. I do think it is very difficult at times to be able to get oneself into that headspace, particularly when one is caught up in the challenges that a normal hectic life incurs. If I may be of any assistance at all, please accept this…
Put all thoughts out of your head. Pick a few moments to breathe and appreciate the simplest thing you can find in your immediate vicinity. Look around and find a thing that makes your life better or a thing that is glad you are here. It’s affirming, in a small way. Work up to something larger from there. Make yourself a cup of Spruce Needle Tea (see below) and go somewhere pleasant and enjoy everything about that experience. Take it in.
Don’t kick yourself if you can’t quite get there, it takes practice. Try. Imagine I am sitting next to you and we are just enjoying the moment together, no speaking, just BEing. 😉
Remember you are here for a reason. Start with small things.
Spruce Needle Tea(Christmas in a Cup)
1. Snip off a bit of branch from your Spruce tree.
2. Rinse the Spruce and boil some water.
3. Put the Spruce in a mug.
4. Pour boiling water over the Spruce and fill the mug.
5. Sweeten as desired. I recommend a splash of maple syrup.
6. Sip. Smile.
7. If you are curious, here is a page of health benefits of Spruce Needle Tea. The page has great information on identifying Spruce trees (this one isn't, I don't think.)
Winter
from The Vision of Sir Launfal
by James Russell Lowell
Down swept the chill wind from the mountain peak,
From the snow five thousand summers old;
On open wold and hill-top bleak
It had gathered all the cold,
And whirled it like sleet on the wanderer's cheek;
It carried a shiver everywhere
From the unleafed boughs and pastures bare;
The little brook heard it and built a roof
'Neath which he could house him, winter-proof;
All night by the white stars' frosty gleams
He groined his arches and matched his beams;
Slender and clear were his crystal spars
As the lashes of light that trim the stars;
He sculptured every summer delight
In his halls and chambers out of sight;
Sometimes his tinkling waters slipt
Down through a frost-leaved forest-crypt,
Long, sparkling aisles of steel-stemmed trees
Bending to counterfeit a breeze;
Sometimes the roof no fretwork knew
But silvery mosses that downward grew;
Sometimes it was carved in sharp relief
With quaint arabesques of ice-fern leaf;
Sometimes it was simply smooth and clear
For the gladness of heaven to shine through, and here
He had caught the nodding bulrush-tops
And hung them thickly with diamond drops,
Which crystalled the beams of moon and sun,
And made a star of every one:
No mortal builder's most rare device
Could match this winter-palace of ice;
Stopping by Woods on a Snowy Eveningby Robert Frost
Whose woods these are I think I know.
His house is in the village though;
He will not see me stopping here
To watch his woods fill up with snow.
My little horse must think it queer
To stop without a farmhouse near
Between the woods and frozen lake
The darkest evening of the year.
He gives his harness bells a shake
To ask if there is some mistake.
The only other sound’s the sweep
Of easy wind and downy flake.
The woods are lovely, dark and deep,
But I have promises to keep,
And miles to go before I sleep,
And miles to go before I sleep.
Empathy
Lastly, I just want to touch on what it feels like to understand what another is going through and treat them as you would want to be treated if you were in their shoes. Things are so hectic, that person who was rude to you in the parking lot may not just be without manners, they might be hanging onto life by a thread.
Empathy is defined as the ability to recognize, understand, and share the thoughts and feelings of another person, animal, or fictional character. Emotion researchers generally define empathy as the ability to sense other people’s emotions, coupled with the ability to imagine what someone else might be thinking or feeling.
Please if you can, try to remember that the holidays are very, very hard for some people. Please be patient and understanding with them if you possibly can. It can be entirely overwhelming and they are struggling to just get through. Be someone who lifts others up please. Thank you. God Bless You and Yours. <3
“Keeping this case going is corrupting to the legal system.” -Stella Assange
Hear the truth about Julian Assange’s case in this Twitter Spaces podcast. This case is very important to our future. Listen here.
A big world shift like this isn’t easy. It has many moving parts, seen and unseen. Many of those parts are resting on Julian Assange.
Journalists all over the world are being careful. They are worried that the imprisonment and extradition of Julian Assange could mean the end of free press. That doesn’t bode well for a free democracy. News professionals worldwide are concerned that the laws that are being used against Assange could also be used on them and that his imprisonment is setting a dangerous precedent.
Julian Assange’s brother Gabriel Shipton and their father John Shipton have been advocating for Julian giving speeches throughout the world on the facts of Julian’s imprisonment. Julian’s wife, Stella Assange has also been educating groups about the facts of Julian’s case and what it means for journalists everywhere.
The latest: President Biden is receiving pressure to drop the charges against Julian Assange, see the article here. This does give hope because he is talking about respecting free press and AG Merrick Garland stated last October that “a free and independent press is vital to the functioning of our democracy” when the Justice Department revised their news media policy expanding protections for news media journalists. See article here.
Australia’s Prime Minister, Anthony Albanese has put pressure on the US government to bring the Assange matter to a close and appealed for his release. Brazilian President-elect Luis Inácio Lula da Silva called for an end to the “unjust imprisonment.”
Also, New York Times, the Guardian, Le Monde, Der Speigel,and El Pais all wrote a letter to the US Department of Justice calling for them to drop most of the charges against Assange. They stated that prosecuting under the Espionage Act sets a dangerous precedent and that holding governments accountable is a duty of a free press in a democracy. Article here.
So there is a hopeful momentum building for Julian Assange. I do believe he is a linchpin for many other things leading to greater positive change. If you are willing to add your voice, please call and write your elected officials and tell them you want them to support freeing #Assange. Let them know your opinion. Let them know how you feel about this.
We may all have different reasons for which we feel strongly impassioned. A better future for our children, a longer healthier life for our pets, healthier bodies, environmental conditions that create longevity for ourselves and our loved ones, better stewardship for our dear Mother Earth, a stronger healed country that shines because it is loved, a happier peaceful world, equality, the end of corruption… We may be standing for different reasons, and that’s okay, as long as we are all standing up and standing together.
If there was one linchpin opening the bridge that takes us to our future, it is Julian Assange. Without him free, we do not have accountability in our system, and that means more wars, higher taxes, more health scares, energy crises, worsening inflation and a media that has been scared and intimidated into keeping silent about the truth. With Julian Assange imprisoned for publishing proof of bad things our government did, crimes, he is being held to send a message to all journalists, everywhere… to keep quiet, or else. He is a family man with a wife and 2 young boys. He could be your brother, your cousin, your friend, your son…
Please call your elected officials and tell them you want them to support freeing #Assange.

Assange in the News
Unless we were looking for it, we would not know what is happening with Julian Assange because it is being kept quiet by the media. The truth about Assange needs to be told. Please see the following News Articles:
British Parliamentarian Kenny MacAskill, a former Scottish justice secretary, is officially pressing the UK government for answers around “Operation Pelican”, the secret plot to kill Julian Assange.
The movie Ithaka is the poignant story of Julian Assange’s family desperately fighting to see him free. It is incredibly well done, has already won numerous awards, and explains the whole situation.

Article: December 10th is Human Rights Day with Initiatives and Actions for Julian Assange
My pre-dawn chat with the Universe revealed some surprising revelations this morning. I woke up thinking about Julian Assange and the upcoming human chain events all around the world on October 8th demanding his freedom (It was a huge success!) I began to wonder about the big picture when he released the truth about how loosely the US government was playing with their firepower. Like many of us, I had my head in my own little life, and I didn’t realize how Julian Assange was setting things in motion that changed our world.
My mind drifted. I found myself wondering, was Stella Assange, aware of the role she would eventually play as his wife and the main voice of the battle to free him? I’ve recently rewatched interviews with Julian before he published the leaked whistleblower information in 2010. He was confident and brilliant and nimble. Did Julian know when he published that video and those documents that his life would change so deeply? Did he have any idea back then that when he pulled the trigger, his life would never be the same? If he had any inkling at all, did he do it anyway because somebody had to shine a flashlight and show the people what a loose cannon the US government had become in the world. Anyone looking at the information he made public had to wonder what evil was running our country at the time.
I then thought of the impact on the US soldiers seeing that information. It must have sent them into cognitive dissonance and shook them to their very core. I was reminded of a sermon given by the minister of my family’s church about war. He examined what was morally and ethically right, the men and women who enlisted and served their country following orders that may have led to deaths, or those who avoided going to war completely. Both are right, said the minister, both are equally moral and ethical.
My heart led me to look back on 9-11 and wonder how deep the corruption and how far a corrupt government might go. I know my own son entered the military following that event and became deeply depressed after his service. There was a general malaise throughout our military as well as the rest of our country. But, what of those who were serving at the time when Julian Assange released those logs and documents and that video. What went through their heads when they realized how dark things had become… and just couldn’t do it anymore. In fact, I think the whole world must’ve stopped and took a sharp collective inbreath.
Personally I was embarking on life on the road in an RV when Wikileaks published the 2010 leaks. My life was about cutting and polishing rocks then and when I put down roots 4 years later, the world had changed. I felt the aftershock, but living off-grid with spotty WIFI and poor satellite TV, I just didn’t realize how the awakened world had become aware of what monsters, the wolves that ran the US, had become.
All these things caused people to change the course of their lives. On an individual basis, people had to assess where they stood, in the dark or the light. We were headed for a dark timeline, but individually, those carrying Light made a course change. Lightbearers connected with eachother and formed a network of Light. While the wolves were slowly beaten back to the shadows, and the story spinners spun their webs, those soldiers became Warriors of the Light, highly trained specialists with the skills of a surgeon. The methods of war had to change after Julian published the whistleblower information. People were aware now and it wasn’t okay to do anything close to the way things had been done before. This actually changed the trajectory of our country, and our world.
My mind turned to Julian as a family man. He and Stella married just last year while he was in prison. Their two beautiful young sons are growing fast. I wondered if Julian and Stella knew how hard a road lay before them as they made plans for the bright, loving future of their family together… but the wolves plotted revenge and Assange was arrested and buried under mountains of snail-paced legal proceedings.
And so here we are…
Those wolves never regained the upper hand. And with the influx of higher light on our planet, our laws have changed over to Divine Law. God has released his divine decree, we have the Divine Plan and the name of the game is that we’re on God’s timeline now. For the freedoms we all seek, whether we realize it or not, Julian Assange must be released. We are all Assange and we have all been slapped by the dark in some form. But The Light has won. It’s time to release ourselves from our own prisons. When we show up with our hearts activated and link arms, we are forming an intensified beam of Light that will act as a bolt of lightning that cuts through mountains of papers and sets them ablaze. Mother Earth says that Fall is a season of change… and change it will be.
I am a small blogger. I enjoy writing about spiritual musings and helping with the changes we are going through on the planet. People sometimes need to be reminded of the positives as they travel on their journey. I try to assist how I can. I am also a fan of freedom and standing up for people’s rights. Hard to imagine that my ability to write about planetary ascension would ever be jeopardized, but the future of real free speech rests on the Assange case. Do you know why Julian Assange’s imprisonment matters to writers and journalists? Because if the government keeping him imprisoned is successful, it means that anyone publishing information from whistleblowers, if they haven’t been scared off, can be shut down. Protected sources such as informants and whistleblowers are often the only way we find out what has really been going on. If the government successfully prosecutes him, it sets a dangerous precedent that affects all journalism, even trickling down to small bloggers like me.
On Saturday the 8th of October 2022, people are going to gather in two places to form human chains around the buildings where justice should be taking place, the UK Parliament and the US Department of Justice. Please consider adding your strength to these important events.
