Blessed Jesus,

As we Give Thanks on this day, Your Day, we are grateful for all that transpired this week to bring us to this point where we are now, resting safely in Your Arms. We appreciate all those who work to keep our communities running safely, emergency workers and first responders, and all those who do the jobs that we take for granted. We are thankful for all the leaders that are making the tough decisions and standing boldly for what is right in the face of scrutiny. We thank you for the precision skill and bravery of our Military, and the families that love and support them. Lord, there is so much good in this world for which we are thankful and we want to build upon and grow more of. We want this country strong and prosperous, where people feel authentic joy in their life and a true sense of satisfaction in their work.

Right now Lord, it feels like we are doing a very dirty job, scrubbing decades of grime out of something very treasured, very valuable. It may not always be easy, but we have faith in You.

Thank you Lord for every Blessing.
