Blessed Jesus,

You are the Life in All things. You are The Way to Peace and Meaning. You are The Truth of All Existence. It is by Your Grace and Mercy that we are healed. Lift us up. You are the life that pumps through our bodies. You are the beautiful rhythm that carries our heartbeat. In Your Peace is the ever expansive Love that pulsates with our very in-breath and out-breath. Our body is the Temple in which You dwell. Our Spirit is part of You. Light bubbles through us like an energetic fountain. The Light that emanates from Your beautiful Heart. Dear Jesus, we invite You into our lives and into our world now. We put our arms around You and embrace the Love that You are and the Life that You bring, from everlasting to everlasting.

“The one thing I ask of the LORD— the thing I seek most— is to live in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, delighting in the LORD’s perfections and meditating in his Temple.” (Psalm 27:4)
