Dearest Jesus,

In this precious now, we will put our trust in You. We pray for Peace. We trust in Our Father’s Plan, for it is bringing our world from darkness into Light. We will not worry about tomorrow, we will stay mindful in the moment and strive to know You better. This calms our fear, and literally rewires us to become closer to You. Whenever we forgive, as You taught us, we let go and release our own pain. Through Your teachings, You gave us important tools to relieve stress and calm our emotions. We are becoming aware of the greater meaning of Your teachings and are using them and it is healing us from the inside-out.

When You taught us about turning the other cheek and showed us how to choose to have compassion for others over revenge, You were helping us make better decisions using wisdom. Through empathy, You gave us the tools to live here on Earth as it is in Heaven. You taught us that the key isn’t about what the other person is doing, but by being the master of our own reactions and thinking, and in that way we are raising the level of everything, and we are renewed daily without sin. “For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins.” (Colossians 1:13)
