To set the tone for this post, in last week’s Cabinet meeting, AG Pam Bondi gave this report to President Trump.
He gave her a directive to keep America safe and that is what she is doing.
The arrest of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, a foreign terrorist MS-13 gang member, and citizen of El Salvador in Maryland by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on March 12, 2025 has brought the spotlight on criminal gang members in the U.S. and why they are being deported. Pam Bondi spoke about the importance of arrest and deportation of gang and cartel member foreign terrorists at last week’s Trump White House Cabinet Meeting. As Attorney General, Pam Bondi decided to drop the criminal case and deport him to his home country, El Salvador, who agreed to take him.
El Salvador’s President Bukele refused to return him, citing terrorism concerns, despite the gang member’s lawyers denying gang affiliation and a lower District Court judge granting him protection from deportation, that judge does not have jurisdiction over the President of El Salvador, or MS-13 foreign terrorist gang member, determined that by 2 immigration courts. Because he is a citizen of El Salvador, and entered the U.S. illegally, committing a crime.

When CNN reporter Kaitlan Collins asked President Bukele “Do you plan to return him?” He answered, “Well, I suppose you’re not suggesting that I smuggle a terrorist into the United States, right? How can I smuggle? How can I return him to the United States? Like I smuggle him into the United States? Or what do I do? Of course I’m not going to do it.” Then he told her “The question is preposterous. How can I smuggle a terrorist to the United States? I don’t have the power to return him to the United States.”
It’s actually kind of embarrassing that a U.S. reporter would ask a visiting President of a country that is helping us so much, a question like that. It shows a total disregard for laws and foreign relations and a total disconnect from what is really happening. Our media is not doing a great service for us and they are apparently not interested in reporting the truth to us, only in furthering their own fake narratives and political agendas.
Statement by Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt, “Abrego-Garcia was a foreign terrorist. He was an MS-13 gang member. He was engaged in human trafficking. He illegally came into our country. And so deporting him back to El Salvador was always going to be the end result. There is never going to be world in which this is an individual who is going to live a peaceful life in Maryland.”
These criminal gang and cartel members have been designated as foreign terrorists for a reason. The media is doing us a disservice by protecting them and covering up their crimes. These two men had ties to Tren de Aragua foreign terrorist gang.
Why doesn’t the media want the U.S. to be crime free like El Salvador? Why is the media protecting criminals? Why are they working against the best interest and safety of our families by trying to stop the capture and punishment of foreign terrorist criminals that have been r*ping and murdering innocent Americans? The Trump Administration is not lying to us about the illegal aliens being criminals that have done monstrous things, the media has been lying to us about them being harmless. With President Biden’s open border policies, other countries emptied out their prisons and mental institutions and sent them to the U.S.
If you look, there are countless stories of how these hardened criminals have been committing heinous acts against innocent Americans. The truth is out there, it’s just that the mainstream media has been lying to us. This is how these crimes should be reported. We just don’t realize what these criminal gang and cartel members are capable of.
I want everyone to listen to these Angel Families tell their stories. We all really need to understand what is happening to good American citizens at the hands of these foreign terrorist criminal gang and cartel members.

Vice President JD Vance makes it clear
So the Supreme Court’s decision was in favor of President Trump 9-0 (but somehow the media is trying to paint it as a loss.) The criminal gang member is a citizen of El Salvador. The President of El Salvador is keeping his citizen. The lower court of the U.S. does not have jurisdiction over the President of El Salvador.
President Bukele said he is happy to help the United States, and President Trump asked him to build more prisons and they both agreed that the United States will be sending more illegal alien gang and cartel foreign terrorists to El Salvador as needed. Thank you President Bukele!

The Court rulings are a little confusing, and with media spin even more so, so this thread breaks it down- It comes down to the difference between a deportation order and a withholding order. Stephen Miller explains:

Takeaway Points on Garcia’s Deportation:
- The Supreme Court “CAN NOT” compel the United States to conduct diplomacy or foreign policy.
- Garcia is a citizen of El Salvador, came to the U.S. illegally and never attempted to become a legal American citizen.
- Nobody was mistakenly deported. He has a U.S. deportation order.
- “He’s in El Salvador, and that is his country of activity and citizenship. He is an illegal alien in the United States. He has no lawful right to be here!”
- The media is spreading lies by saying “mistakenly removed.” They are spinning a mistruth to trick the public into believing they deported the wrong person, which they did not.
- An illegal alien gang member and citizen of El Salvador is not a “Maryland Man.”
- When a foreign alien terrorist is removed to his home soil he is justly and rightfully deported.
- In 2019, he was ordered deported by a U.S. Immigration Court.
- Since he is MS-13, the withholding order is invalid.
Related, President Trump takes Executive Action to insure that foreign terrorist gang member criminals that entered our country illegally do not continue to receive Social Security benefits.
Senator Van Holen travels to El Salvador to try to bring the El Salvadoran MS-13 gang member back.
Two Immigration Courts verified that Garcia is an MS-13 Gang Member in these orders. Abrego Garcia never contested or denied his affiliation with MS-13. They denied him bond because he had a history of not showing up for traffic violations and was a danger because of his gang affiliation. The first immigration judge’s ruling was upheld on appeal by another judge.
Is it fair and right for foreign terrorist gang members to come to the U.S. illegally and live free on Social Security, and not ever seek U.S. citizenship? What if they came here to traffic the children that were smuggled through the open southern border? What if we find out that our tax dollars have been paying for these children to be trafficked all over the U.S. and elsewhere?
Thank goodness President Trump is willing to clean all this corruption up and liberate the 350 million people of America!
