Emirati billionaire businessman and the founder of the property development company, DAMAC Properties, and his private investment company, DAMAC Group, Hussain Sajwani announces a $20 billion investment in the United States alongside President Trump: “For the last four years, we’ve been waiting for this moment.”

President Trump’s Special Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff speaks on peace negotiations in the Middle East. “I think we’re making a lot of progress. I’m really hopeful that by the inaugural, we’ll have some good things to announce on behalf of the president. I actually believe that. It’s the president, his reputation, then things that he has said, that are driving this negotiation.”

President Trump says that they better make a peace deal in the Middle East by the time he takes office on January 20th, “All Hell will break loose.”

Greenland purchase is for National Security purposes to protect the free world. He stressed that he will use economic force not military force to achieve the deals with Canada and Greenland. He hints about leveling big tariffs on Denmark if Greenland is not released to choose whether it wants to join the US or not. He is adamant that the United States has to stop loosing so much money in trade deficits with all of its trading partners.

He says we will have pretty drastic price reductions at the grocery store. Higher energy costs are primarily responsible for driving prices up, but new energy exploration will bring prices down.

He speaks on understanding why Russia does not want Ukraine to join NATO. “Russia for many years said you could never have NATO involved with Ukraine. That’s been like written in stone. And Biden said no, they should be able to join NATO. Then Russia has somebody right on their doorstep. I could understand their feelings about that.”

Court Case Update

Judge Aileen Cannon has blocked the release of special counsel’s report on President-elect Donald Trump cases as appeals court reviews the challenge. This is appropriate to halt all lawfare and weaponization of the courts against a President about to take office.
