Oh Wonderful Redeemer,

You have touched our world with Your Light and we will never be the same. We call You Teacher, Master, Wonderful Counselor, Friend. You are The Lord Our King forevermore. Your Light penetrates the deepest depths and farthest reaches of all darkness. You are the candle that lights our lanterns so that they burn brightly. You are the warmth at the center of our hearts.

We are only able to know Love because of YOU. May You bless all babies and children in our world and keep them safe from harm. May we all be healed by Your Light, soothing our deepest wounds and washing us clean to purity with gentle loving hands. May all babies and children be nurtured and loved as the sacred gifts to the world that they are. For Your presence in our world is truly the greatest endowment of grace, and the world cannot help but shift into Your Hands. “And she gave birth to her firstborn son and wrapped him in swaddling cloths and laid him in a manger, because there was no place for them in the inn.” (Luke 2:7)
