Father,

You are the root of our existence. When we reflect on our selves and our life, You are the very base from which we came. You created us with a piece of Your own spark. You instilled a drive for life within us. You are the Source of humanity within us which cannot be denied. The heart that pumps, the blood that circulates, is Your Perfect design. The field of Love that is created around us, is what flows between us and all around. The breath that we take in, and give out is shared with all humans, water, plants and animals.

All these things we normally do without thinking, we now do so mindfully of The Love with which it all was created. Our hearts expand. And we realize there is nothing else that really exists but the incomparable Love that birthed a Universe.

Your Love is in us now. It is alive and working in our bodies, in our thinking, our interactions, and in the world. That Love is intelligent and it knows us and it wants the ultimate best for us. It doesn’t want us to suffer. It doesn’t want us to be confused. It wants us calm and knowing how loved we are. “But as for me, I will sing about your power. Each morning I will sing with joy about your unfailing love. For you have been my refuge, a place of safety when I am in distress.” (Psalm 59:16)
