Prayer of Being More

Father,

Today we want to thank you for the gift of patience. The kind of patience that leads to courage of our conviction. We are humbled before You, Father. No matter how tired and worn out we are, we put our trust in You. With patience and fortitude, we will advance the Love that we are, because we have walked the long red road to discovering just what we are made of, and the answer is Your Love. Without You, Father, we are nothing. Without You, there is no Light, only falsities. The more we put ourselves in You and hold You sacred in us, the more awake and alive we are. “Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer.” (Romans 12:12)

It is to the world, through our work and creations that we have so much Love to give. That Love is rooted in You, Father. A world of our making. In all our struggles, in all our challenges, we forget– You designed us to heal. You designed us to overcome. You designed us in Your Image. We are greater than we know, and the only way we truly will know, is if we reach out past where we think our limitations end. “Each one should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not out of regret or compulsion. For God loves a cheerful giver.” (2Corinthians 9:7)

It is in praise to You when we stretch ourselves past our limitations. In truth, there is no end. It does not matter that we make mistakes or fall flat. You are with us. You will change it to the positive and beneficial, because You are in charge, and You are working all things for the better because You have made a grand covenant with the Earth, and with us, Your Children. You are doing something different this time, and we are so fortunate to be here now, witnessing it all. It is with cheerful blessing that we give of ourselves. “If it is encouraging, let him encourage; if it is giving, let him give generously; if it is leading, let him lead with diligence; if it is showing mercy, let him do it cheerfully.” (Romans 12:8)

For a generous soul will prosper, and he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed, and we strive to be that, for Your Glory Father. Because of You, we now believe we are more. Thank you.

In gratitude and humble service,

In the name of The King,

Amen.
