Father,
Thank you for instilling us with the endurance and perseverance in the midst of suffering and fear during this time. Thank you for allowing us to be present to experience the reversing of values of the old systems so that true greatness arises from humility through our deepening faith in You.
“Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted.
Blessed are the meek, for they will inherit the earth.
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.
Blessed are the merciful, for they will be shown mercy.
Blessed are the pure in heart, for they will see God.
Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called sons of God.
Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven; for in the same way they persecuted the prophets before you. You are the salt of the earth.” (Matthew 5)
Give us the courage of today. Help us persevere with fortitude, holding steadfast to our faith and principles. Allow us humbly serve You in everything we do today, knowing that we carry Your Light to the world in all ways possible. May we lift eachother up today when any of us need it.
May we lift eachother up today when any of us need it. “Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.” (James 1:12)
“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.” -Romans 15:13
In the name of The King,
Amen.
