Father,

We come to sit with you for a few moments and connect with the greatest love we have ever known. A love that washes over us and pours through us and fills us up to the brim with everlasting affection. You see us in all our honesty and you love every bit of us. We do not have to hide parts of us from you in shame because you already see it, and love every bit.

“He has made everything beautiful in its time. He has also set eternity in the human heart; yet no one can fathom what God has done from beginning to end.” (Ecclesiastes 3:11)

What is of You is of permanence. Your plan for us, Your path forward, Your knowledge and wisdom that bring true meaning of Light. It is in feeling Your Love that this present moment touches eternity, all time expands within the human heart, to surrender completely to You with all abandon. To choose to be completely honest, and in the moment.

“O, the depth of the riches of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments, and untraceable His ways!” (Romans 11:33)

In this surrender, in this abandon to You, in this expansion of time through our hearts, we find all wisdom, all peace, all knowing, and a thousand new wonderful doors waiting to be opened.
